Manhattan Slots Casino Experience

13 replies • Last post

Hi CL,

I played at Manhattan Slots Casino shortly after their debut. Being a fan of the Club World group, i anxiously waited for their doors to open. The lobby is very busy and has the feel of a downtown hussle bussle frenzied shopping spree.

All i could do was think about winning some serious cash and buy a new spring wardrobe! I played the free chip with not much luck. I headed to the cashier to make a $50 deposit. It lasted me a New York minute.........just like downtown Manhattan for a "While Supplies Last Sale!!! I n my case my supply of cash lasted 15 minute!

I was not about to give, after all i have been waiting for this casino to arrive for awhile now. I went back a couple days later and made another $50 deposit. One thing i did find pretty cool is the minimum deposit here is $5.00. I don't see that too often at many online casinos. I make a mental note of that when i am down to just a few bucks in my account.

I played RTG's newest slot game Golden Lotus for the first time. I had much better luck this time with playtime lasting me an hour and a half. Did not win enough to ever cash out. One thing i was pleasantly surprised with is i received their monthly loyalty chip the other day. I have not played the free chip yet. I will keep ya posted if i had any luck.

Oh and if i am not here for a few days......it means i won and i am on a major shopping spree!!

Thanks Usne, for your comments.
Have you heard anything about this casino group giving you the major run around if you win anything? I have some money coming to me and they are asking me for a FB form and cards for a visit that my husband and I made last august to a sister casino with the cards used there too! I had closed the card as lost or stolen and was getting frantic when I remember i found it last Christmas in a coat pocket and had just simply put it in the office desk drawer. I think they are giving me a crock of crap by emailing me over and over for FB forms for not only the casino I won in Manhattan Slots, but also Aladdin's Gold and Club World Casino as well. I really like the professional help when I get on the Chat line, but the 5-6 hr difference in time zones has made it difficult talking with a live person in the cashier's department. One time Monday when I was off work and called the live chat representative tursely informed me that the cashiers "were too busy to pick up the phone". so even if I can call while they are there I will be told they are too busy. Others can only read notes left in my account, a real limitation. Notes are left in my account about what they claim are still missing, but these notes are growing more numerous so i was wondering if they were a good place to play or not. What is your take on it and have there been any other US players that can tell me about payouts with those guys? They are supposed to be rated highly but what does that mean if they don't
want to pay you your winnings?
thanks, bedoin
PS I am already trying to get a small payout from cool cat casino and its been hell.... A guy named Marty is trying to fix that, but I dread another mud wrestling mess....I don't know why I have had two winning pots this month, since I have never won on an online casino before, but its a real pain if you win and its depressing if you don't :''( .

Don't worry bedoin. The Club World group is at the total opposite end of the scale to cool cat. They are just about our #1 recommendation to players from the US because they run everything professionally and pay promptly when you win. They will pay your winnings!

Asking for documents the first time you make a withdrawal is standard procedure. It protects the casino against fraud. It can be a hassle but should only be a one time thing. But I don't know why they would be asking for forms for their other casinos too. Strange.

I'll see if I can get someone from Club World to give you a hand.

Thanks so much! I am going 2 go ahead and fax a FB form for each casino even though they use the same form and there is a place 2 just check which casino at the top. I have been asked to refax the same cards over again. I can kind of understand the drivers license and utility bill in my husband's name since he played at the other casinos last year. So I'll get them refaced sometime this weekend when I'm off.
Thanks Cl for your attention 2 my post. I did not email u directly over this matter sine I felt I had asked a lot from u with the Wild Vegas problem . Which I'm still waiting 4 just 4 the record... Smile

Hiya Bedoin,

I hope you get this all straightened out. I know getting the docs approved can be a process. If you are patient and can get through it, this is a good group. I have never had a problem with them and they have a very good reputation.

The only thing i never could understand as in any casino group why docs need to be faxed when it is already on file at one of their sister sites. I know once you get past this hump you will be happy with this group.

Besides you have eds support and he is the best!!

Well see... thanks Usne. Your moniker says you are a jackpot winner. What sort of jackpot did you win? I hope you got it all. bedoin
Oh and Cl is a lifesaver since there is no one else to turn to for help when the casino is in another country with no laws for online gaming...i.e. Wild Vegas and Coot Cat.However, CL hooked me up to Marty and David and I am waiting a few more days to check in and see where I am in that process. Its been said this group, CWC, is straight up but since my husband and I both played off my card over the year since I had the card I think it looked a little spooky to them and they've made it even more complicated. Maybe it'll all work out. Who could know they would pull up a visit from last August, anyway? at another sister facility? A year ago? Well, whatever, they have everything about me now but my dress size and blood type and the dress size I'm not saying....... lol the other is A-.......

I think I lost my last post. If this is a repeat, sorry about that. Usne, thats a great payout! You got it in 10 HOURS? I'm waiting 10 DAYS and I'm still waiting. Nothings paid out at all. If the previous reply doesn't post I will rewrite about my time at Manhattan Slots.
Cl, how long should I wait to PM Marty/ David over at Wild Vegas? Its been a week and I've heard nothing. Thanks, bedoin

I would keep reminding the WIld Vegas people at lest once a week. Its annoying I know but its the only way you will get paid.

I PM Marty and went to Live Chat on the WV and they blew me off that it takes 7-10 days and not 7......They got a lot of nerve getting LEGAL, no? Well, I just want to get the payout after so long three more days and I'll try it again. In the meantime nothing yet from Marty...I really wish I had gone somewhere else. Does CC and WV also have a brick and mortar down in CR? or is it all online? bedoin I don't know That would be a wallet black hole, I suspect....

Yes bedoin i did get paid in 10 hours time. Have faith with this group they are top notch as far as i am concerned random jackpot or not. I have always got paid in a timely manner. I am not sure what current delay is now for you. Is it still an issue over your docs? Or did you finally get paid?

bedoin, Cool Cat and Wild Vegas etc do not have a bricks and mortar casino in Costa Rica. They are online only. They do however have offices there. The last player I heard of who went there personally was beaten up by thugs working for the convicted criminal who owns the casinos*. So yes um ... don't go there.

* Note Marty Davis is not the owner, and I imagine that many of the employees there probably don't even know the owner, nor his history.

Well, Cl, sounds like a place to avoid. I was hoping they had a brick and mortar spot where I could log into traveladvisor and warn the great unwashed...
I haven't heard a thing from anyone yet....still waiting to exhale... Guess I"ll waddle off to bed and dream of green bucks.... Sleep bedoin
