Gold VIP Club Casino Fraud

7 replies • Last post

Hello,
I recently deposited 168 at GoldenVIPCasino. On Thursday December 17th. I got a match bonus which started me with approx. 550. That made my playthrough 12,500.00. I won huge on paydirt. 7,500 on the bonus. At this point I was very excited. Every 2 hours I would call to check my playthrough balance. I got my total balance up to 11,000.00. I was so excited.

I made the playthrough and had a withdrawlable balance of exactly 11,000.

I contacted customer support to ask what I needed to do. They told me to print and sign the faxback form along with id and a utility bill in my name. All sounded legit. Until I went to click withdrawl. It would not even let me submitt my withdrawl. It said it had been declined until the faxback forms were recieved, which was strange all in it's self. I called and customer support said it would be on file with-in 24 hours, after 24 hours still no faxback on file, I called again they said with-in 48 hours. After over 48 hours had passed and I still couldn't even submit the withdrawl request I called again and they said the finance lady will be in the office in 5 hours and she will process it then. It was around midnight so I went to bed.

I called about 3:00pm the next after noon and they said it can take up to 72 hours. At this point I'm getting irritated but I say ok. 3 days go by so I call again. They say that Friday, Saturday and Sunday are not business days so it will now be by Monday. But keep in mind they never told me business days they said all with-in 24 hours. Everytime I called I got a different excuse and a delayed time. Today I finally got through and they told me that I have multiple accounts and ALL winnings are forfeit and locked me out of the casino.

When I called they would NOT give me any other user names or email accounts. They just hung up on me. I have never played or deposited on thier site. It was a new download and I talked with customer service before depositing because they had a special new player match bonus. Another thing customer support told me the 1st time I contacted them on live chat after I won was that 1st time withdrawls are up to 500 dollars, then 10 business days later, which actually in thier terms of not counting Friday, Saturday or Sunday is approx. 3 weeks I could get another 1,000 and 3 weeks later get 2,000 and recieve 2,000 every "3 weeks" until my winning were paid.

Now I have played ALOT of online casinos and they all say up to 5,000 in withdrawls every 7-10 days. I have never been cheated or lied to this badly. When I asked why only $500 support told me that's how all casinos work. That it goes off your VIP status, but he would not tell me how to raise my status or how it was calculated. They also told me they have no sister or affiliate casinos. I am very discouraged to play at any other casinos. I do not have alot of money and that was like a miracle to me. And to have something that great stolen from you is very heartbreaking. I used Usemywallet to deposit and contacted them about the situation and they said they can not give me a refund so in other words I'm S.O.L.

They realy need to be investigated by someone and need to be BLACKLISTED on every site possible. Please blacklist them and hopefully save other people from this kind of heartache and headache.
>:( :'(

Thanks for the feedback learjetpainter (is that your job btw?). I just want to clarify something because I am not sure from your post exactly which casino you played at (also I hope you don't mind that I added a few paragraph breaks to your post which was a little difficult to read)...

GoldenVIPCasino - searching for that in google finds a casino portal, not a casino.
GoldVIPCasino - goes to a Russian casino that looks less than reputable, but it doesn't sound like you speak Russian.

Now I have heard bad things about a casino called Gold VIP Club Casino and I suspect that may be the place you are referring to. Can you confirm?

weird...i have heard bad things too about Gold VIP Club casino; however I was able to cashout with a freechip of all things for $1200. the issue i had they would process only $600...and the return $600 back to my GVC account...and told me to make another withdrawal request...they then did it for $300...returning $300 back my account..and then finally processed the whole $300 when i made a 4th withdrawal request...the time it took to finally get all my money took almost 5 months..so i haven't played there again.

that is a shame what happened to you and i really feel for you. if i may offer you a tip, knowing you are discouraged about playing online..i've had my share of issues at casinos too...especially when i first started out..i call them growing pains now...but my tip would be to really read the reviews within the forum before registering and especially before making any deposit. Also I make it good practice to always read the terms and conditions in every new casino I register. I will even bug support (one time even for an hour) until I was comfortable and completely understood how things work at that casino. save yourself from anymore heartaches...as eating the apple can keep the doctor away...reading the forum can keep the heartache away too.

Sorry Just got back from holiday leave, I'm trying to get caught up on everything. Yes I miss spelled the casino. It is GoldVIPCasino. I would not recommend anyone to play there. I have never had this bad of service anywhere.

Yes to CL-ED I do paint learjet airplanes for a living.

Sorry I am still a little confused because GoldVIPCasino is the Russian casino. But I am pretty sure you were playing at Gold VIP Club because it is an RTG casino and having re-read your post you said you were playing the Paydirt slot.

I have picked a few things out from their T&Cs page:

Quote:

Before any withdrawal totalling more than $100. U.S. Dollars is authorized, a FVF (Fax Verification Form) must be properly printed, clearly filled out, and faxed back to Gold VIP Club Casino before any monies will be sent.

So nothing strange there, except for their shoddy service and delaying tactics.

Quote:

A maximum of $2000 (Two Thousand US Dollars) will be sent per installment per ten business days. Our business days run from Monday to Thursday and do not include national US holidays.

The CS weren't lying. So 10 business days there is actually 12 in the real world where people work Fridays. So its basically $2000 every 3 weeks like you said, which is one of the worst withdrawal restrictions we have ever seen. I'd be avoiding the place on that alone.

I can assure you that making a maximum withdrawal of $500 on your first time is not standard industry practice. There is also nothing in their terms that I could find that indicates that they do this. These guys sound extremely dodgy and it confirms some things I have heard about them before. Thanks for the feedback.

We don't have any contacts there, nor have I met anyone from their organisation so I'm afraid I can't do anything to help other than to add them to our blacklist and keep this warning up here for all to see.

RTG casinos can be a mixed bag - there are plenty of dodgy ones out there, but there are a few good ones who don't mess around and treat their players right. They all have the same games, so the difference is in the service that the operator gives their customers.

My favourite RTG sites are - Jackpot Capital, Slotastic and Casino Titan - all have fast payouts.
