Perpetual thread for winners. Post your winning screenshots & win CLchips!

100 CLchips to be won in this thread every month

We pay a prize of 100 CLchips to the member that posts the biggest winning screenshot each and every month. To make things fair we calculate the win as a multiple of your bet size, so everyone has a chance of winning no matter whether you're playing at 1c per line or $1.

The rules:

  • As stated, the winner will be the screenshot with the highest win calculated as a multiple of their total bet size (i.e. all lines played).
  • If you get a huge bonus round or free spins round, take a screenshot at the end and we'll count it as one spin.
  • It doesn't have to be slots, but if it isn't then you're probably going to have to win some kind of a jackpot on Caribbean Stud or something.
  • Screenshots must be your own. Don't go re-posting them from elsewhere because if you do we will find out and publicly make fun of you.
  • You must tell us which casino you were playing at when you had your win.

From time to time we also run monthly specials where you can win CLchips just by posting winning screenshots from games that match the theme for the month. So you can still win even if you don't have the biggest win for the month.

Punk Rocker and Dragon Tribe have some decent potential, they're both high volatility.

Unfortunately, I had some issues with a recent withdrawal at Televega (it was rejected 6 times before they paid) so I have closed my account there. Not sure where else I can find Nolimit City games here in Australia 😕

I've been kinda obsessed with the Punk Rocker game lately. It and Deadwood have insane potential but Deadwood is a freaking impossible game for me. The buy-a-bonus feature is fun but also pretty dangerous.

Speaking of NoLimit games, here are my current best wins:
728x on Barbarian Fury
591x on Punk Rocker

I've been lurking here for the last month or two as a newly obsessed slots player. This was 2 weeks ago now. Crazily, I had another big jackpot but didn't even get a screenshot cause I put it on auto spin.

Thanks! I definitely put a lot into that machine the few weeks before it hit. I think I started chasing it when the jackpot was around $37k.

Congratulations on such a huge win. Your post corroborates with the win we picked up on our jackpot tracker. Have you had any issues in getting paid?

I've tallied up last month's screenshots and found our winner for June. This time it is Eljuno, proving that you don't need to bet big to win our comp, with this 2827x win on Break da Bank Again at Zodiac Casino while wagering only 9c on a spin.

Congratulations Eljuno, you pocket 100 CLchips to spend in our shop.

Just a clarification that ThisTimeNextYear has a whopping win on Tombstone that is bigger than Eljuno's that may be showing as June for you depending on where you are in the world. For me it was posted early in the morning on July 1 so I've included it in this month's comp.

Eljuno

Hi Ed,

Bovada was very quick to pay out. I gotta say thanks for all the info on this site, it definitely was the reason I targeted that particular jackpot

I stared blankly at it for a solid minute trying to compute what just happened. Even though I had visualized it happening on every spin, to see it happen just didn't seem real. I also expected a bunch of stuff to pop up on the screen and not for it to basically treat it the same as any small win, so that kind of threw me off. But yeah, just an incredible thrill to win life changing money like that.

Did they stick to the withdrawal limits of 9500? I'm always curious about the larger progressive hits.

Vulcan was FINALLY good to me over at Slotocash. I retriggered twice in the bonus to get to the 30x multiplier. One more retrigger and I would have hit the elusive 300x multiplier. 😳

Noticed the Gold Haul progressive was kinda high on the Gangster Affair slot at Winaday so I started grinding it. Lo and behold I actually got it.

I used bitcoin and it was unlimited total withdrawal split into $20k max payments every 3 days. So about 9 total days for it all.

Very nice, congrats! Just curious, any plans for it? Keep it in Bitcoin or convert to fiat? Bitcoin's volatility is kinda scary to me. It could be up to $20k or down to $5k seemingly at the drop of a hat. It's like gambling on top of gambling, except you have no control. 🙂

If you do end up cashing out to fiat, be wary of taxes! Since US tax code apparently treats it as property and not gambling it seems to solely matter on the value of Bitcoin when you bought vs sold, not whether you won or lost it.

I moved it into US dollars immediately and will deal with the tax implications, which are in a serious grey area to say the least. From what I've read (and I think I'll talk to a professional eventually) I may have the chance to declare it as gambling winnings on a 1040 which would be about 25% tax rate. In terms of the bitcoin fluctuations, one of the $20k installments which happened overnight became $19k by the time I saw it because the transaction occurred during a brief spike in the price. Plus you pay about 1.5% transaction fees on converting to and from bitcoin.

I thought about trying to skirt paying money on the profits by buying gift cards and prepaid credit cards directly from my bitcoin wallet, but in the end I don't want to worry about doing anything illegal.

In terms of plans for the money, I have been completely out of work because of the pandemic so my gambling winnings have occurred at the luckiest possible time and I will for sure use some of it to live off of until work comes back, spend some to celebrate, and save the rest especially considering the uncertain future.

You're right about Bitcoin being in a gray area. When I dealt with Bitcoin and taxes a few years ago, it considered the value of Bitcoin when you bought vs. when you sold as if they were investments (even though it was gambling wins and not the same Bitcoin I initially bought) so I ended up owing even more because the value of Bitcoin had gone up when I sold my withdrawals, even though I was technically down. I'm probably not explaining this well since it was totally separate Bitcoin where the FIFO method doesn't make sense. Hopefully you're able to find a better method with a professional's help. Congrats again!

Yeah I've read about people getting hit by the taxman because they bought and sold loads of different cryptocurrencies without realising they had a taxable capital gains event every time they traded, not just when they converted back to fiat. In they end they owed more in tax than they held in crypto.

On the other hand where I live if you only acquire crypto in order to send or receive a payment then immediately convert back to fiat there is a capital gains tax exemption. So definitely talk to a local pro who knows about crypto.
