I just ( Monday night) hit the progressive for Let Em Ride through Lock Poker...Merge handles their Casino. Jackpot hasn't been approved yet but it was real !!!!

My question is what has been the history of payoffs for Jackpots with Merge and how should I expect to be paid 🤷 Any help would be appreciated. Diamond royal flush...way cool !!!

Thanks

Well I now have over $ 100 K in my Lock account......now the question is how much and when will be available for withdrawal ....more to come on that ...CL-ed thanks for your help. I was hoping to get a cashiers check but now will have to deal with the Lock withdrawal system.

Fantastic... post a screenshot. It would be epic!

I always say this when someone has a big win - whatever you do, don't play with it. You could gamble the rest of your life and never win a jackpot that big again so don't blow it.

Anyway, that answers the question about who will be paying you. As for Lock's withdrawal process - it can be slow and they pay normal withdrawals in instalments. However it should be different with the progressive win because your account balance suggests that they have been paid the win by RTG, meaning they should have it all in their bank account. The difficulty is whether they can transfer it to you in one go seeing as you're in the USA. Also in my experience there, for some reason the poker and casino funds are separate and you can often get a quicker payment if you withdraw through the poker account instead of the casino one (wait and check with them on that one though to see if it is still the case).

Well the winnings have been posted to my Lock account. CL-ed, thanks for your help. They apologized for the delay but gave no instruction re. withdrawal....Looks like Lock only allows w/d in $ 2500 increments to US by check...anyone know of a better method.

Pretty wild !!!

They may be able to pay out a progressive win in a lump sum. I would ask the customer service rep before you pull anything out.

I have heard that some casinos have this max withdrawal each week, but have the ability to pay out progressives in one shot... Worth a shot!

Lock is a name of an online casino. It does not have a good review in here:

I now have a small fortune in my Lock account and I'm starting to figure out why its called Lock...have to go through an act of congress to get money out and then only in relatively small increments.

Shouldn't you get the whole jackpot if you hit it ?? Doesn't seem right that its given back in small pieces...if at all !!!

Frustrating. Things need to change in favor of the player. The system of withdrawals is designed to get the player to lose his money while supposedly waiting for his withdrawal.

JUST SENT THIS EMAIL OUT......I'm pissed

I am officiailly posting a compliant regarding getting paid for the "let em ride" jackpot I hit on January 30th, 2012. Do I not deserve to be paid for the total jackpot now ??

I have read on various web sites that Real Time Gaming is fair and quick to pay progressive jackpots...that doesn't seem to be the case. In the case of Lock it seems as if the system is set up to make it very difficult to get withdrawals and quite frustrating.

My understanding of progressive jackpots is that the money basically goes into a pot and should be given over to the winner immediately after the progressive is hit. That is my expectation !!!

Mr. Olazabal or Jennifer from Lock please respond to my email ASAP.

Good for you for doing this, but wow, do I feel for you. How frustrating! It is so exciting to win, then waiting weeks and months to get money that is rightfully yours has to be just plain frustrating!!!

I am still waiting for Slot O Cash to figure out how to get me my money, and believe me, I could use it right now: I am so darn broke! 😢 I have sent them my information/paper THREE times, I have the dates recorded, yet they continue to say they have not received. Also, THREE times they have promised me an email "within 24 hours" from the manager, saying we will find you a way to get you your money, and I have received ZERO emails.

Finally, they want me to use that stupid MyPaylinQ, but I cannot use it unless I make a deposit with them. THEN I would have to do the following to get my money: 1)deposit at least 200 dollars (and the money from the casino, if I chose to have THAT deposited there does not count, it would have to be my own money and using my CC), 2) buy something from an "online merchant" using MyPaylinQ, then after ALL that, I would still have to wait 3)30 to 45 days to withdraw my money. I cannot afford to do that, PLUS I have heard of these "online wallets," closing down, and that would be just my luck to have it close down with all my money in there. I do not trust that. WTH is wrong with Western Union?

dogfather, all to say, I can relate to the frustration and my winnings are a fraction of what is owed to you! I have been more than patient with Slot O Cash, but my patience is running out quickly. 😢

PLEASE keep us posted.

Also, can you answer: is Lock Casino where you won the progressive? I am sending positive thoughts that everything will go YOUR way!!! Hang in there!

I assume the reason you have $100,000 in your account is that RTG has paid the jackpot money to Lock. So Lock cannot say that they don't have the money to pay you. There are issues with getting money to U.S. players but they should be going out of their way to get it to you as quickly and as painlessly as possible.

I feared this might happen if the money went through Lock. Imagine if you had won their Jackpot Pinatas progressive which is currently $1,709,148. At $2500 per week that would make it 684 weeks or 13 years to receive it all!

I'll send them another email and see what the story is.

CL-ed

Received this email from Lock from [email protected] (Jane Grey)...they continue to ask for more documentation from me which I have been sending.

Thanks again.

Hello Dennis!

Yes I was made aware that your Lock account was credited. Back when it was easier to move large sums of money RTG used to handle paying player but the policy has now changed. I am looking into ways to move a larger sum of money to you.

We have some VIP ATM cards we can fund with larger sums.

I will get back to you but in the mean time I will get your first wire sent out on Monday and the second one the following week. I will let you know the other options we have. I am working on it very hard. Congratulations by the way!

Amazing win 🙂

I love the sound of a 'ViP ATM card!' I think they should send those to all U.S. players, pay ALL withdrawals to the "VIP ATM cards," and problems solved! Yes, I am a dreamer.

Your update is sounding a bit more positive, anyway. At least they are communicating, which is huge!

Thanks for the update and do keep us posted! 🙂

wow.. that would be a really great option, the VIP ATM card to all online gamblers! It will be an easy access with the PIN for withdrawal. Again, good luck to you.

They seem to be backing off on the VIP card idea...just getting the runaround. Seem to be stalling me thinking I'm going to lose it all ....Supposedly I have someone who is working to get me the money but her emails conflict with what Lock tells me.

Still have seen no money.

Frustrating. All on line players need to be aware of withdrawal issues such as this one.

I'm keeping an eye on this very closely. They have emailed me and keep saying their payment problems are over and that our review of them is harsh and out of date. But I'm not seeing much evidence of their claims being true.

Thanks for the message.

Supposedly Jane Grey, who represents herself as being with Lock is "going to take care of me"...shes the one who mentioned a VIP ATM card. I have a request for a wire transfer into them and according to Lock security all of my documentation has been appoved but...it will take 2-3 weeks.

Jane says she will work to make it happen soon. I have been cc'ing Jennifer on emails.

CL-ed

I am beginning to get some of my withdrawal requests processed....mostly in the amount of $ 3,000. Apparently they just improved their method of bank wire and I have requested several of them. I will keep you informed as to how those work out. Still haven't received any money...expecting some this week.

Thanks

Yeah, Mr. Bingo. Can be very disappointing and disheartening for us U.S. players. Imagine getting so excited about winning BIG then being so darn frustrated, because it takes so long to receive what is OWED to a person, if they ever even receive payment at all.

Something really has to give when it comes to the choices/options for US players. I would think, after all this time, casinos could figure out how to offer MORE ways to pay us! There are so few choices, and the choices offered are not even that great (MOST of them!). 😢

(At least I THINK that dogfather is from the US?)

well it's not easy for us In Norway either.. But Im a bit on top of the game cus I used to Live In Finland and Have bankaccounts in 4 different nations in total. Used to be a moving around guy).. this means that I will allways find an account to use. Just have to make a deal with the casino first thats its okey for em to pay out winnings to an bankaccount not located in not the actual nation I live at the moment. This have not been any problems.
Good luck still to you!

Mr. Bingo--

Has it been convenient for you to access funds in other Counties ?? I'm thinking of opening an account in Canada.

Thanks
