Question about Withdrawal

Hello!

Well, the good news is that I reached my play-through at Slot O'Cash, after winning the Lucky Tiger minor (see perpetual winners' thread). I reached it in a relatively SHORT time, but I didn't post about it, as to not jinx myself, lol.

Now is the time to figure out withdrawal. It looks like the ONLY option for me is MyPaylinQ. The casino told me this is the quickest way for U.S. players to receive their money. However, upon reading MyPaylinQ's terms, it is not looking like the withdrawal is quick at all! PLUS there are some conditions (which I will post below) to receiving my cash.

So far, I have sent in all required documents to Slot O'Cash and MyPaylinQ. I have NOT requested the withdrawal yet. I am almost afraid to, because it sounds as if once I do, my money is going to be tied up at MyPaylinQ for a while. Here is what I understand, and I am just asking for some confirmation that I am understanding this correctly.

Slot O'Cash will send my money to MyPaylinQ. Then, according to the MPQ policies, I will have to make ONE deposit to my account AND make one merchant purchase with my account BEFORE I am eligible for a withdrawal. AND in spite of the fact that they had me register a credit card with them, I CANNOT use the credit card for withdrawal, but instead I have to use Western Union, and there will also be a $20.00 fee for them to send me MY money through WU. Not only that, but they are saying that could take up to 15 business days! 😢

Questions: Will my requirement of one deposit be met when Slot O'Cash sends my money to MPQ? So then all I would have to do is use that money to buy one item from a merchant, and then wait for 15 days for my money?

I have to admit that I am a little frustrated by all of these requirements. At LuckyRed casino, my ONLY other withdrawal, I was able to use the ACH and have that money sent directly to my bank account. I asked Slot O Cash if they could even send me a check, and they will not.

Any confirmation of my understanding the above correctly will help me feel a little better. Here are the MPQ policies:

This option to transfer directly to your card is not available.
Below is our Withdrawal Limits and Fees as posted within your account. This information can be found by selecting My Account at the top left then Withdraw under that.
Withdraw limits and fees
• All withdrawals will be sent via Western Union
• Withdrawals are limited to 2 requests per week Maximum amount per request: $995.00. Minimum: $200.00. (Even dollar amounts only)
• $20.00 handling fee + service fee charged by Western Union will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
• You must have made at least one deposit to your account, and one transfer to a merchant site to be able to withdraw funds.
All Withdrawal requests will be manually approved by the Cashier Department and may take up to 15 days to process. Additional documentation may be required.
For security purposes, no withdrawal request can exceed the combined deposit totals for the first 30 days after the initial deposit.

It's so strange and I must be really just a small player but every time I have won a bit more.. (2-4000 euros) I have always had my money within 5 days at the most. This is from 4 Casinos that I really trust! pafonline.com spinpalace.com Casinoroom.com and bet365.com

Never had any enormous wins but I dont really either play and bet more than max 3-5e/usd per spin som I guess its hard to hit those bigonce then? 🙂

Hang In there!!

You're fortunate not to be in the USA mrbingo83. Our poor friends in America are treated as second class citizens when it comes to gambling online at the moment.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.
Post in our forums to earn CLchips which can be used to buy real prizes in our CLchips shop.

Hang In there.. I Hope you have told em that you are a member here at the forum and that pep from all over the world are following up on what they do so the losses from not handling this correctly will be far greater than acutally to pay your winnings!

I have no incentive to deposit if Hope can't get her winnings out. I am watching to see what happens with this. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for you Hope.

I am so beyond frustrated. THREE times sent my info and THREE times they say they have not received! 😢 THREE times I have been promised an email from the manager "within 24 hours," and THREE times NOTHING. I am honestly losing hope and so very discouraged. So exciting to win, but what good is it? I am afraid to deposit anywhere now, too. Just been waiting around, playing some free tournaments, etc., but not playing much at all. I could really really use that money yesterday! 😢

Three times to send stuff is ridiculous. I got the same run around with GoDaddy. I finally had to get my credit card company involved and disputed the charges. I had to send all of the emails showing that I tried to cancel with them but they made it impossible. I finally got my money back. It took me several hours though to compile all the info and send it to my credit card company with delivery confirmation.

Hang in there.

I think it's all a ploy to not pay. It seems like the chat person could hang on the phone while you send info to verify it got there. I think there should be some way to upload the info to your account and have it available there. After they look at it then you could delete it.

Make sure you protect your ID when sending it over to them. I black out the middle digits of my driver's license number and credit card so that they are worthless to them. Do not accept it if they give you a hard time about it.

Love the sarcasm, Ubetcha. I will remember to ask them next time, lol. And was really, honestly liking this casino, because...well...I just seemed to do better there, all the way around.

Well, LuckyMe, Ubetcha, B'Slim and everyone else, after FOUR times, and Ccing CL-Ed, NOW they say they received the documents, but the sega has not come to an end yet. I will post the instant anything positive happens!

B'Slim, thank you for the reminder. This casino even recommends/reminds players of this when they send in their documentation, so that is a good and positive thing. This is something that, as a Newbie, I honestly would not have thought of doing.

I put this in the wrong thread, so I am adding it here, too:

Still waiting, people, but do not judge the casino by me. I do fault them for their very LIMITED withdrawal options, but I do take some responsibility in the time it is taking, due to my being a different, difficult case. However, the time they are taking to get back to me, between correspondence, is not excusable. The thing is, I DO seem to win here more than any other place I have tried before. Don't know why, but it is true.

I will keep you all posted.

Everyone has to remember that mine is an unusual case. If I could use my checking account, I have no doubt that I would have received my winnings by now. It is just the other options offered are VERY few and undesirable. I did receive my money into my checking when I won a very small amount at LuckyRed casino, and in four to five days after they received my information. I have no doubt Slot O Cash would have done the same, but my situation is not "normal." Of course not, lol. I wish they could send a check or even put it on a prepaid Visa or something, but you know what they say about wishing. 😢

Good to hear that you are keeping positive Hope. Casinos seem to sometimes have difficulty dealing with unusual circumstances. It will all work out just have faith... and hope!

Thank you, both. I am really losing "Hope" now, lol. I just plan on never receiving my money, then if I do I will be surprised. I did still play there for a while, but I had my mark that I would NOT allow myself to dip below, because I don't want to lose it all. Since losing faith, I Have only played the free tournaments, but not even that for a while now. Kind of ruined the experience for me. I don't even want to deposit anywhere else now, unless I know they can send a check. Maybe I will ask about that in this forum.

that's the sad part after winning its the withdrawal.. processing is really taking a long time but if its for the safety of my money its okay with me but if its taking like 3 days to a week already that's definitely bad...
