Question about Withdrawal

50 replies • Last post

Hello!

Well, the good news is that I reached my play-through at Slot O'Cash, after winning the Lucky Tiger minor (see perpetual winners' thread). I reached it in a relatively SHORT time, but I didn't post about it, as to not jinx myself, lol.

Now is the time to figure out withdrawal. It looks like the ONLY option for me is MyPaylinQ. The casino told me this is the quickest way for U.S. players to receive their money. However, upon reading MyPaylinQ's terms, it is not looking like the withdrawal is quick at all! PLUS there are some conditions (which I will post below) to receiving my cash.

So far, I have sent in all required documents to Slot O'Cash and MyPaylinQ. I have NOT requested the withdrawal yet. I am almost afraid to, because it sounds as if once I do, my money is going to be tied up at MyPaylinQ for a while. Here is what I understand, and I am just asking for some confirmation that I am understanding this correctly.

Slot O'Cash will send my money to MyPaylinQ. Then, according to the MPQ policies, I will have to make ONE deposit to my account AND make one merchant purchase with my account BEFORE I am eligible for a withdrawal. AND in spite of the fact that they had me register a credit card with them, I CANNOT use the credit card for withdrawal, but instead I have to use Western Union, and there will also be a $20.00 fee for them to send me MY money through WU. Not only that, but they are saying that could take up to 15 business days! 😢

Questions: Will my requirement of one deposit be met when Slot O'Cash sends my money to MPQ? So then all I would have to do is use that money to buy one item from a merchant, and then wait for 15 days for my money?

I have to admit that I am a little frustrated by all of these requirements. At LuckyRed casino, my ONLY other withdrawal, I was able to use the ACH and have that money sent directly to my bank account. I asked Slot O Cash if they could even send me a check, and they will not.

Any confirmation of my understanding the above correctly will help me feel a little better. Here are the MPQ policies:

This option to transfer directly to your card is not available.
Below is our Withdrawal Limits and Fees as posted within your account. This information can be found by selecting My Account at the top left then Withdraw under that.
Withdraw limits and fees
• All withdrawals will be sent via Western Union
• Withdrawals are limited to 2 requests per week Maximum amount per request: $995.00. Minimum: $200.00. (Even dollar amounts only)
• $20.00 handling fee + service fee charged by Western Union will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
• You must have made at least one deposit to your account, and one transfer to a merchant site to be able to withdraw funds.
All Withdrawal requests will be manually approved by the Cashier Department and may take up to 15 days to process. Additional documentation may be required.
For security purposes, no withdrawal request can exceed the combined deposit totals for the first 30 days after the initial deposit.

Regards,

I am going to chat with MPQ about some of these questions, too, so I am sure I have accurate information before withdrawing from Slot O to MPQ. Waiting for chat to come online right now.

OMG, CL-Ed and everyone! I am completely confused!

Here is what MPQ is telling me now. They say that the withdrawal from Slot O'Cash will NOT count as my one deposit to MPQ!!!! 😢 They are telling me that I have to make a deposit to them using my visa card OR Western Union or I cannot take out my money. (PLUS I have to make a purchase to a merchant and THEN wait 7 to 15 days). I can understand everything about the conditions EXCEPT why the Slot O Cash withdrawal will not count as a deposit to MPQ Isn't that the whole idea of using them? WTH? I am beyond frustrated and upset right now.

Still talking with chat. 😢 :'( :'(

I am beyond upset and depressed right now! WTH? NOW this stupid MPQ is telling me that the 900 dollars I withdraw from Slot O and have sent to MPQ will not be able to be withdrawn for the following reason:

They will NOT count the funds from the casino as my initial deposit (requirement) because one has to make a deposit using Western Union or Visa for it to count. The deposit must be at least 25.00. So, I thought, no problem! I will have the money sent to MPQ, buy something with my money from a merchant, then make a deposit of 25 then make my withdrawal request and wait the insane amount of time and I will be done. BUT NO!!!

There is more:
[CSRep19] Basically, if you deposit $200 for the first 30 days in your MypaylinQ account, you can only withdraw $200. After those 30 days have passed you can request to withdraw the rest of the money, up to $995
[CSRep19] You will be able to withdraw those $900, but just after the 30 day period has passed

I am sickened beyond words and (big baby) close to tears here. I was so hoping to receive my money before 30 + 15 days. After I calm down, I am going to chat with Slot O Cash to see if there is ANY other way to get my funds. I have a horrible, sour taste in my mouth for MPQ now, which makes one jump through a thousand hoops just to get my OWN money that belongs rightfully to ME! 😢

They say this is all for security purposes but that is COMPLETE and TOTAL B.S.! It has NOTHING to do with security, because our documents they make use send should be security enough! It is all about bleeding us for every last dime they can, then give us whatever is leftover.

I am pissed at MPQ, at Slot O Cash for not having better options, and for telling me that MPQ was 'quick and easy" (LMAO at THAT one!) and at the US of A for making me go through all this B.S. in the first place by not allowing adults to make their own decision!

I am beyond angry and upset right now, so I am going to go calm down. 😠 💣 🤢

Hope, according to their website's main page, they have free wire transfers for amounts over $350. I would think that MyPayLinq isn't the wire transfer option that Slot O' Cash was talking about, maybe you can ask them to clarify. It would be a lot easier to transfer the money that way or through Western Union than a money wallet.

Hope you get that money out easily!

THANK YOU 🙂 THANK YOU 🙂 THANK YOU, : B'Slim! I will try that. The customer service person DID suggest to me that MyPaylinQ was the quickest and easiest way to withdraw, so I have no idea what that person was talking about! 😢 I will go check out the wire transfer option and hope and pray there are NO hoops to jump through for that method!

Can you believe all those conditions for MyPaylinQ? I could have never imagined! I thought once you sent in your verification documents, which I did right away, that would be it, but how wrong I was!!

Going to go open Slot O Cash right now.

That is actually the reason I refuse any money wallet. I don't trust them as I have heard they are prone to shut down. I also don't like all the terms, as it leads me to think they are up to something shady.

I would prefer a wire transfer or check over money wallet any time. Hope something good happens for you!

Well, I struck out there, too, Slim. 😢 They are saying the wire is only to my bank account and they do NOT have Western Union. I can't use my bank account right now, so I am screwed. They also said they do not send checks, which is what I wanted in the first place. chatting now.

As it stands right now, I have no way to get money that is rightfully mine. Not even MyPaylineQ is showing up for me and he is now telling me, after all the trouble of signing up for it, after the other person told me that would be "quickest and easiest" way to get my money. He is saying the system detects the options available for me, then tells me the options that are showing up for me are NOT available for me. Good grief! He is checking into if they can add the MyPaylinQ to my account now, which would be worse case scenario, because it will take 30 to 45 days, but better than nothing. He is assuring me, now that they will find something for me.

Final Word from chat tonight:

Please give us 24 hours to find a way to withdrawal the money for you

Andy: Because it is not a standard sitiuation

Andy: Thank you for your understanding

They will be emailing me.

Last word, "We will try to do our best for you."

Keep your fingers crossed for me, everyone!

Well, I wish they did Western Union. That would have been ideal. I got my hopes up for a minute there. I was thinking that maybe I could open a savings account somewhere while I wait for my banking issues to be worked out with my checking account. I had some trouble with my account being compromised, so I am giving it a rest right now, as the bank instructed me to do, too.

Don't more casinos have more options for US players for withdrawals than ONE option? They are saying that they only have ONE option right now and that is wire transfer to checking. I got back on chat and asked if I opened a savings account if they could wire it there, and now they do not know. I am going to get out of this thread for the night, as I am just upsetting myself more, lol, and I will let you all know how it is resolved in the end.

I am not saying anything bad about Slot O Cash, because they certainly sound as if they want to try to get my money to me, somehow. It is just the system that angers and frustrates me right now, and I am a bit frustrated with myself right now, too.

Still trying to think positive, and I will keep you all updated. 🙂

Okay. Well, I lied, because I have one more question. I went back to Chat and asked if I opened a Savings account, if that would help. They said, well it would have to be an account that would accept money from us. How would I know that ahead of time? And if a checking account would accept, wouldn't a savings? Would there be a difference? Plus, I can't outright ask at the bank or even over the phone if I set up a savings, will you allow my money from an online casino to be wired to my account, can I? HELP!

They are still checking on other options, and reassuring me that I will get my money, somehow and some way, if the above does not work, but how would I know, ahead of time, if it will work or not work? 🤷

First of all, congratulations you finally made the play through.... cheers!

Last year, I opened MPQ as suggested by Bodog (now Bovada) Casino but I never use it. I think their fees are ridiculous! I'm so sorry to hear your dilemma. Here's a helpful link:

Thank you, Ubetcha. I actually reached my playthrough fairly quickly, but I didn't post about it, because I wanted to make sure I could get my money before I shared the good news. Now that I am having issues and need advice, I had to post. Yup. It was surprisingly quickly how fast I reached it, and I purposely did not check for a while, because I thought there was no way I had reached it. Then when I saw the entire balance showing up on the tournament page, I got all excited, plus even confirmed through chat that I had reached it, because I wanted to double and triple check, lol!

Yes, the MPQ conditions are insane, too, and I am worried that is what Slot O Cash will tell me to do, and I don't want to wait 45 days for my money. I really had no idea how those "e wallet" things worked, but I thought it was a quick transfer of funds both ways. Was I ever wrong.

And, again, I DO NOT buy that it is for security, because the documents should be ample security. Their policies are about greed and taking advantage of people.

I will check out the links.

Hi Hope,

I am sorry you are having such a hard time getting your money. It sucks that everyone wants a chunk of your money to get it too you. It would be nice if they could just send you a pre-paid Visa card sent where you just had to sign for it in order to get it. My fingers are crossed that it all works out in your favor. I know it's very frustrating.

The MyPayLinq "security" story is spin. They hold it because what they do skirts around in that legal grey area due to the UIGEA. This means they can have credit card deposits refused and blocked, so they put long clearance delays on withdrawals to make sure they don't lose money (i.e. pay a withdrawal to a customer for which they never end up receiving a deposit).

As with every e-wallet solution for U.S. players, there is a risk that you can lose the money if they are shut down while your money is in there. We have seen it happen with eWalletXpress and QuickTender. It is preferable for U.S. players not to use one if possible. As slim said, Western Union would be better - maybe someone in the Sloto could do that manually?

Can you clear one thing up Hope - is the money still sitting in your Sloto account? If it is, please whatever you do, don't go on tilt and start playing with it and blow it all! It is off limits now until this is resolved - don't touch it!

Hi CL-ED!

Yes, the money is sitting at Slot O'Cash, and I already put my limit on it for what I am withdrawing and what I can play with. I PROMISE you that I will not play it or blow any of it. For the past few days, I have been playing the free tournaments, only. I plan to keep my money! Thanks for the warning/reminder, but I want to cash out my only second withdrawal ever. 🙂 I worked hard for the money, spinning those Lucky Tigers! LOL! 😉

Now I am afraid they will come back and say that I can use the MyPaylinQ. Then I will have to tell them that I don't want to do that either? I also prefer they send Western Union.

What about a savings account? I don't really want to set one up, either. I am getting so tired of all this. I guess I will wait and see what they say. That would be devastating to have money in MyPaylinQ and lose it all. I feel for those people. 😢

Setting up another bank account could be a bit of a lottery as it may refuse the payment too.

Keep us informed about how it goes. If they do come up with an alternate method of paying you they probably won't want you to post about it publicly. If so and you want any advice on that just PM me.

sounds like a total mess. I don't know if this is even possible for an american citizen but personally I have bankaccounts in 4 different nations, this would be, Finland, Sweden, Norway, UK. If you ever take a trip somewhere to a bankfriendly place, be sure to open an account! I sometimes deposit funds from a Norwegian Bank but manage to withdraw them to my Swedish or Finish Bank. This however was possible first after long negotiations with the Casino and after an extremly detailed Identity check.

I am not sure if that is possible. That is a lot of bank accounts, MB, lol! I am still patiently waiting. I will check in with them again on Monday. 🙂 Thinking positive............

Similar tactics they've done to me.. maybe they are running out of funds? So it seems like they need you to deposit your winnings back, not funny at all! As the saying goes, "there is light at the end of the tunnel".

I am hanging on to what I have, plus some. I am trusting they will figure something out right now, but we will see. I just hesitate to use MyPayLinQ and that is what they seem to want, since no bank account. If I could get my bank account back on track I would be okay! 😢

Thanks for the positive words. 🙂

Hi Mr. Bingo. They really sound like they want to help, but what I don't care for is two promises in a row for an email by management within 24 hours and then nothing. That makes me upset. I told them they came highly recommended. I am an "unusual case." Leave it to me to be unusual, lol! Thanks for your words of encouragement.

The most I have EVER withdrawn from an online casino before was $350.00 from Lucky Red and it went straight into my bank account within a few days, so to have a win like this and not be able to withdraw is kind of disheartening, but I am not going to give up "hope." 😉

Thank you! I appreciate your support, and I will definitely keep this in mind. I hate playing the waiting game. I really did try to be patient at first, but knowing I could have that money in my pocket (and believe me, I need it) but do not is very difficult as time goes on. 😢
