Club Player Casino

Just wanted to let everyone know that Club Player Casino is blacklisted for a reason. DO NOT PLAY THERE AND DEFINTELY DO NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT!!! Everything they said about them on this site is true. Luckily I didn't make a deposit with them. I took them up on their $100 free play offer and after being very lucky and playing through the ridiculously high playthrough amount, I ended up having $675.00. It wasn't minutes later after finishing the playthrough that all of a sudden all but $100.48 was taken away from my balance. I contacted live support and was told that because I didn't make a deposit, the winnings were null and void. While talking to customer service they proceeded to take the remainder of my balance away with no explanation as to why. After telling them I planned on blogging and tweeting about the dishonesty of their casino, the chat became increasingly hostile. He then had the audacity to tell me that if I would like to make a deposit, I would get so much percent added to my balance as a bonus. I told him... are you serious? Why on earth would I EVER make a deposit at a casino that twists the terms of the offer around to only benefit them in the long run and to come up with any reason they can to NOT pay you the money you are entitled to. His responses to me were cryptic and confusing to say the least and I pity anyone that decides to play at this or any other casino this company operates. For the sake of other players out there, PLEASE spread this around. Let's not let this casino/company give legit online casinos a bad name.

Good decision not to deposit there bijahi. Many others have not been so sensible!

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

I feel for them and that's why I posted, so hopefully others won't make that mistake. The supposed "customer service rep" told me "we don't put up with anyone bad mouthing our casino and if you do, you will be banned from this and any of our other casinos" and my response was "Really? Go ahead and ban me... It's not like I plan on giving you my business after being deceived this way and after being treated so rudely by you"... which only made him more angry lol.

I doubt they will ban you. In fact they will probably continue spamming (and sometimes even phoning) you endlessly. If you still have access to your account I recommend logging in and changing your personal details to something wrong so they cannot continue to contact you.
