Supervisor Interrupts Game

8 replies • Last post

I was playing yesterday at the Lucky Red Casino. It was during "fun play" so I wasn't risking my own money. I was interrupted once and asked if I wanted to deposit money. I was interrupted again saying something like security/time reasons. The last time I was interrupted I had just won a multi-spin round. I think I had 9 spins left when they just cut me off. I don't believe the money (fun money) was calculated right...how could it be? I didn't even get to finish my spins.

It left a bad impression with me. If I'm using real money (even if it was bonus money) I can play uninterrupted but if I'm playing the free "fun money" games I feel that they don't want me playing there. I was having fun. I was trying games I've never played before.

Another question...If I forget to "cash out" is the money I had left put back into my account? I forgot to cash out a couple of times and was wondering about it.

That is a real pain, and I HATE seeing that when I am gambling online.

I understand that their purpose is to lure you in to wager real money, but if you are just having fun and maybe don't necessarily have the funds to gamble (or just don't want to), you should not be hassled about it.

I don't know the particular answers to your questions, but I can relate and I find it hella irritating.

The thing is, I'm new to online gambling. I was learning the games before I deposited any money. I was having fun, especially when I got the bonus spins and the casino just ruined it for me. If they had waited 'til all my spins had finished that would be one thing or if fun games told you ahead of time that there is a time limit, I would understand. I don't mind so much having to sign back in after so many minutes but to take my free spins away? I don't think that was right. I appreciate that they give us free money to play with but if it's a casino I like, I'm sure I would spend that much money many times there.

To be fair to the operator, they probably would not have known that you were in the middle of a free spins round - their information would most likely just show which game you were playing, if that.

Understandably it is very annoying though. I hate being bugged by the chat operators for anything. If I want to ask them something I will initiate it, not the other way round.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.
Post in our forums to earn CLchips which can be used to buy real prizes in our CLchips shop.

I'm sure it's just a timed response type of thing. I've found though that I can get to know how to play free games right here on CL. My boyfriend and I checked out a few of them. He said they made him want to go to the casino. I really like the free play ones because I've found a few I like (Jack & The Beanstalk..even if it's not here in US) but I've also found a few games that are annoying so I'm glad I haven't wasted money playing them.

Other than this inconvenience stated above, I like Lucky Red Casino and I'm sure I will play there with real money in the future.

It kinda would give me the feel to not ever deposit real money in to that casino if they act like that!

I did feel like that at first. It's not like I'm bothering anybody. I will get a feel for which casinos are good I'm actually making my own list of things I like about each casino before I deposit money. Putting it into perspective, it's really no big deal now.

I have never had anything like that happen, but to me, it sounds very rude. I have never played in the free game mode, though, but that is really ridiculous to interrupt a FREE game. Why not send an email or something to convince you to deposit, and NOT interrupt the game? I didn't even know they did that! 😢

They do send messages like "do you want to play with real money now" or something like that. I've started playing the free games here on CL to learn which ones I like the best. A lot of these games are not in the US though. I've leaned which games I don't like too though by playing them on CL.so I won't waste my time on them when I do deposit money at the casinos. I think customer service should come first though. It shouldn't change because you are not playing with real money. I think it would be helpful to send a message saying something like your free game session will end in 10 minutes, or 5 minutes or whatever.
