17 replies • Last post

Hi, Has anyone played at the casion slots inferno. I cashed out for $2,000 on July 20th and cannot get any answers from them only that it is in the processing stage. Never once rec'd a reply to my email. Worst casino i have ever played on. Can i please get some advice or help.

Also, Can anyone recommend a casino for US players that has flashplay that will give you your withdraw in a timely manner?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news Monica, but Slots Inferno is owned by scammers known as the Curgam Malta Group that rarely pay winners. See the entry under "Curgam Malta Group" on our blacklist page for related casinos (the link is in my signature below this post).

As for casinos that support flash and U.S. players, your best bet at the moment is the Club World group which includes Manhattan Slots, Aladdin's Gold, High Noon, Lucky Red, All Star Slots, and Club USA casinos. They have the same software and games as Slots Inferno (known as RTG software), but they will pay you when you win.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

Same thing happened to me at Slots Inferno. I cashed in $1400 on August 21st and I am still trying to get my money. I have emailed, chatted and talked to them on the phone with absolutely no luck. But I did cash in at a casino that did pay me, Jackpot Capital, so you might want to give them a try. Good luck!

They have owed me 1300 dollars since the 12th of October and all I get is excuses. Slots Jungle is a good casino they paid me 2500 but they only pay 1000 dollars a week at 500 dollars a time. Really frustrating but you get your money.

One thousand dollars a week at five hundred at a time? So they send two payments of five hundred during the same week? That seems strange.

I won't EVER deposit at a casino that does not have stellar review for paying out, because it makes me way too nervous. You have to wonder why they have all these restrictions on money rightfully won.

Hi nabih2011, I am Australian too. You might have to chalk this one up to experience I am afraid. There's virtually no way you can force them to pay you - if they decide to then you are lucky.

The best piece of advice I can give you is stick to the casinos we recommend here and don't ever play at the dodgy place again. As you are non-American I would also avoid casinos that still accept Americans due to the difficulties they all have paying players. As an Aussie there are heaps of excellent casinos that you can play at and they will pay you within 24 hours when you win.

I played at Slots Inferno and won a little money. It was under $100. I put in a request to withdrawal since the minimum was $20. I requested $65. After 5 days the status still said pending. I then had a live chat and was told that the minimum to withdraw was $100 to $200 so I was told that my withdrawal would not be processed. Based upon all the comments, I guess I shouldn't be suprised.

Sorry to hear that loretta. If you had won $165 they probably would have told you the minimum was $200.

I'm sorry to hear that abarrick. It is apparently nothing new with these guys.

Make sure to look for good sites to play. Check out the review section here for good casinos to play.

I am truly sorry to hear this, too. Sure takes the fun out of winning. I know karma will get them in the end. Better luck at a reputable casino.
