Quicktender or E-Wallet Users from US (WA State)?

8 replies • Last post

Anyone haveing trouble withdrawing their $$ from quicktender? All these new B.S. rules have not allowed a wire transfer to my account. I guess there's new rules in place, etc...especially for my state, I'm just wondering if others are having the same or similar problems?

Quicktender is having issues transferring money to U.S. customers at the moment, so they have stopped doing it over the last few days.
Info here: E-payment processor concerns abound

If the money is still in your QT account you should be able to deposit back into your casino and request a check or ACH transfer from them if they offer it.

I've already requested the withdrawal from quicktender. My money is in limbo somewhere. 😢 and they tell me they are working on it, I don't have any options and no time frame...

Oh no. That is bad news. This sort of thing is killing things for players from the USA, but I guess that is the aim. Thanks Uncle Sam.

The only good I can see from all of this is that it seems that they only had the "in transit" funds seized, but it remains to be seen whether they step up to the plate and compensate you if the money is never recovered.

Ok, the money was actually returned to quicktender, so it is available to me, the funny thing is lucky red, where I made the withdrawal from, will now not accept quicktender as a deposit method. So I can't put the funds back and make a new withdrawal, I have to find someplace else...goofy.

I am in big trouble, Ed! I just saw an e-mail saying that they may never be able to payout the money in my Quicktender account. I have $3,000.00 in that account! I am furious! Just a couple of days before, I was told there was no reason to be concerned, and they were working on their payment processing issues.

What can I do? Any suggestions?

Yes it looks like QT has been hit as well now. Another casualty of federal enforcement

Their website is just a white page with a one line message saying their service has been discontinued. Aside from hoping that the U.S. authorities allow them to pay players their balances, I don't think there is a lot you can do. If it goes like it has with other wallets like eWalletXpress then I have to be honest and say I am not confident that you will get your money back. Americans who had money in Neteller did receive theirs a few years ago though but Neteller is a massively bigger company than QT or EWX. Once again the players are the losers in all of this.

Oh no Rodaaf that is horrible. Hopefully like the other processors that were shut down you will eventually get your money. It may take a while and i know thats a pain but i think you will eventually get it.

I am sorry this happened to you 😢
