Took some of my gambling winnings and got this

8 replies • Last post

I took my winnings from my last online blackjack experience and had quite a time with it. First I took my wife to Detroit for the Red Wings game on Saturday (a great time was had by all 21,000 fans in attendance), fed her Detroit style Coney dogs and lived it up for a day.

Today I took the remaining money from that withdrawal and went and got myself a tattoo that reads "Meh.". For those of you who don't know, meh is defined by urban dictionary as, "Indifference; to be used when one simply does not care". I had it done in Terminator font.

What do you think?

Actually it made me imagine Arnold Schwarzenegger with a half blown up robot face saying "Meeeeeh".

Haha, you know this tattoo is way better than Terminator 3 and Terminator Salvation!

My tattoo actually has some meaning to it beyond simply, "Meh." It actually is meant to honor my friend Joel who passed away last year. He was a Marine and was out in Iraq twice, great guy and very funny. He had meh tattooed on his arm and when he passed away his parents put it on his tombstone (inside of a military cemetery at that!). I figured this would be a great way to honor a great friend, Marine, and human being.

Oh, and when people ask my opinion on something I can simply tap my shoulder. Smile

Terminator Salvation, what a steaming pile of a movie. It actually made T3 look half decent. Sick

Sorry to hear about your friend. It is a nice way to honour him.

Very cute and sentimental at the same time. Now that i know the real meaning behind it i adore it and respect your loyalty to a great friend. Sounds like you are a pretty good fella yourself.
