I saw it yesterday and agree it is stunning. The plot is cliched and predictable but it didn't bother me because it is so visually amazing. If you see it in 3d try to not sit at the sides of the cinema because to me the 3d looked a little off (blurry? kind of) on the other side of the screen (it was a last minute decision to go see it so we were at the front right). I might try to see it again from the middle.

LOL...i remember those red and blue lensed glasses...and if my memory serves me correctly...the movie itself was black and white..."The Three Stooges"

I haven't seen Avatar yet...but I've been told how amazing it is and recommended to go see it in an IMAX theatre...they say it is well worth the $17 to do so.

Hi CL,

I just saw this movie about 3 weeks ago and i really loved it. I saw it on DVD at home, so i didn't get to view it thru the 3D glasses.

It reminded me a lot of the movie Dances with Wolves. The storyline had a very similar theme. Wouldn't it be nice to have the tree to go to and talk to past ancestors!!

I read someone else saying that it was very similar to Dances With Wolves and I guess it is. If you get a chance to see it with 3d I highly recommend it!
