What do you think about female gambling ? Do you share the widely established idea that women are less successful gamblers than men ?
Although I haven't heard of any famous female gambler (I'm not very much aware of either men, but at least I know Phil Hellmuth LOL ) I think that there are many of those who was won and been very successful. Can you name the women that played important role in gambling history, or in current situation? I am very interested about the topic and will be extremely glad if you share what you know about them !

StaffI don't think it matters much. Gambling is one pasttime that really doesn't discriminate.
There are plenty of very good professional female poker players today. Kathy Liebert, Annie Duke, Vanessa Rousso, Jennifer Harman, Mimi Tran to name a few.
Poker Alice was probably the most famous female gambler from the wild west in the 1800s.
But I would say that you are right in that there are not as many well known female gamblers than men. Maybe you ladies are more sensible?!
