Review of World Wide Vegas Casino

World Wide Vegas Casino is a long standing online casino operation that is powered by Parlay Entertainment software. It has been in operation since 1998 and is based in Costa Rica. Offering only a small selection of games and a dated appearance, we advise players to steer clear of this casino.

First Impressions do count

It is clear that World Wide Vegas hasn’t changed much since its introduction to the online gambling industry. The homepage of the website is clean, simple and easy to navigate, while at the same time screaming "1998 wants its website back" at you. The mention of "software provided by Dot Com Entertainment Group (DCEG)" is particularly telling - DCEG renamed itself to Parlay Entertainment way back in 2004!

Games at World Wide Vegas Casino

The games offered at World Wide Vegas are provided via either Flash or Java code, and appear very dated compared to modern casino offerings from Microgaming, Playtech, Net Entertainment and others. There is very little information provided on the website about the games on offer to prospective players but on a more positive note, you can try some of them for free on the website without registering.

Classic card and table games are present including blackjack, poker, roulette, Caribbean Stud, video poker and craps. There are also a small selection of slot machines on offer which are most commonly found as side games at Bingo sites. Progressive jackpots are available on the video poker games but unsurprisingly the jackpot meters on the casino's site appear to be permanently broken - either that or absolutely no-one plays there any more!

Still Alive?

I an effort to determine if this abandoned-looking casino is in fact still alive, I jumped onto the live chat facility. And fair play to them, I was chatting with a CSR within a minute:

Oops. Casino Vega is blacklisted here at Casino LIstings. Not a good look - it appears that these two casinos share at least their support operations.

Banking and Support

World Wide Vegas offers limited payment and withdrawal methods which consists of the major e-Wallets and credit cards for deposits, along with bank wire transfers. Withdrawals are only processed once per week on Tuesdays. Customer support can be contacted through email, live chat and toll free telephone service. Just make sure they know what casino you are talking about when you contact them!

In an age of sophisticated casinos available at the fingertips of players worldwide, World Wide Vegas utterly fails to offer a compelling reason to play there. The possible link with the rogue Casino Vega operation is also disturbing. Give this one a miss.

Warning! This casino is blacklisted and should be avoided.
