Stay away from this casino. This is casino is blacklisted and spotted as scam. I made couple of deposit there some time ago, made withdrawal of 300$ but I haven't received it. Support wasn't answering me and later in the end they blocked my account with no reason. I was trying to unblock my account and receive my winnings but unsuccessfully. Wild Jack is one of those casinos which has given me a lot of headaches in the past. It was quite some time ago when I saw them offering 5€ free chip. I was already a member at their sister site so I decided to give them a try. To get the chip I had to verify my phone and I just couldn't do it. I was sending the text message from their page but I didn't eceive any confirmation code to my phone. Then I had a conversation about that on live chat and it was one of the longest sessions I've had. Support was unprofessional, rude, left chat so I had to reconnect multiple times. I spent over an hour with support and they didn't help me at all and at the end I wasn't given any free chip and had wasted my time. After that I was sure they should be avoided so somehow it doens't surprise me to see that they are blacklisted here.

Hello! Wild jack casino is a part of jackpot factory group. I play there not so long ago, and i like their welcome offer, you get bonuses on your first 4 deposits, so i think for myself that this is nice, and with 4 deposits and 4 bonuses of course you should win something. Also they run freerolls, and this is one more reason to join this casino. I start from 50$ deposit, and of course i lost it. I can say that i made 3 more deposits of 50$, total 200$, but did not win anything, absolutely zero luck, i try to play different ways, but luck on this day was not on my side, so i use all 4 deposit bonuses, and did not win anything, but i am absolutely ok with it, because it is gambling, and you should understand that you can not win every deposit, moreover you probably will lost more, than win, as this is how casino and casino games made.
