Review of View Casino

Coming into this review of View Casino, I knew little about the actual site itself. Using its own proprietary software, View Casino was founded by Vuetec Gaming back in 2012, and is currently licensed through Malta and the United Kingdom. Is it a spot you should dedicate time to playing though?

Software and Games

When I first saw View Casino’s website, my initial thoughts were that the casino looked a bit dated to me. The casino itself utilizers its own proprietary software to power the casino as well as the games, which are delivered through an in-browser instantly play option that requires just a few minutes of your time to register and play. No downloading of any software is necessary.

After I got myself registered and deposited some funds, I began searching my way through the site’s lobby in order to play View Casino’s games. What I found was a selection that is decent in scope but unfortunately very poor in its execution.

The production values for the Vuetec software are incredibly poor, with the game dealing out hands too quickly and with a thud noise that sounds like it came from a Commodore 64. I was also very unimpressed with the table aesthetics that I found on every game, as re-betting was a chore, and it was hard to follow exactly what was going on at the tables.

Slots are a mess as well, with the limited selection of games sounding horrible and lacking any features that would make them playable. While I understand that smaller developers often don’t have the pocketbooks to make titles as immersive as industry giants, the overall look and feel of View Casino’s games make me feel like I am playing an online casino from the 1990’s.

Live Dealer Games

I am a big fan of live dealer games at a casino as I enjoy the slower pace and interaction that I can have with the dealers who are broadcasting my hands for me. Unfortunately View Casino also manages to mess this up as well, as the video quality of the hands is very poor and I could not follow any of the roulette hands as they were being played out. Couple this with the fact that players at the land casino where the games are played at often block the camera and you will see that View Casino’s live dealer option is a waste of time.

Banking and Customer Support

Banking options at View Casino are limited, with the casino offering a few credit card, bank wire, and e-Wallet options for depositing and withdrawing money. Deposits are generally handled instantaneously, while withdrawals are processed within a few business days.

Customer support is available through email as well as telephone, but we were unable to find a working number, as the ones posted on View Casino’s site were all listed as fax numbers. The inability to message directly or call the casino is a big concern, and nothing is worse than waiting to have an issue resolved when you are trying to have fun. This was the last in a long series of disappointments that I experienced at View Casino.

Conclusion

I was eager to try View Casino as it was something new, but almost everything here is a big disappointment. I don’t care for the games, and the production values are very low in almost every aspect of this casino. If you want to play something different, View Casino is definitely that. It just isn’t very good.
