Review of Uptown Aces Casino

In 2014 Deckmedia announced the decision to split its Desert Nights Casino into two parts: a Rival powered casino that was to remain Desert Nights as well as a new casino dubbed Uptown Aces, which was powered by software from Realtime Gaming. Does this new site meet the high standards of the other Deckmedia sites we have reviewed?

Software and game selection

Uptown Aces is powered by Realtime Gaming, and offers players a large number of casino games, which are great options for players who don't have many choices in gaming software, especially those of you in the USA. The casino can be played by installing software on your Windows PC, via an "instant play" section on the website, or even on your mobile phone or tablet, albeit with a reduced set of games.

Slots are the largest selection here, with dozens of games available. Video slots are the biggest offering, with 5 reel titles being the most common. There are many 3-reel slots also available including cyber takes on brick and mortar classics such as 7s and Stripes and Diamond Mine. There are also a variety of progressive jackpot slots available for play at Uptown Aces, including the newly launched Megasaur and its $1 million plus jackpot, Jackpot Piñatas, Cleopatra's Gold, and more. RTG excels at designing fun and engaging slot machines, and many tend towards high variance which can mean frequent dry spells punctuated by the odd very big win.

Players who like to play table games will find a large variety of games including Blackjack (and several varieties), Poker, Pai Gow, Rummy, War, and more. Table limits begin at just $1 and go up to $100 per hand on the high end. Unlike several other RTG casinos that have recently launched live dealer facilities, Uptown Aces does not offer any live dealer games.

Beware max-bet bonus wagering policy

It would be remiss of me not to report that we have dealt with several complaints against Uptown Aces due to the casino confiscating winnings from players that have broken the "max-bet" rules in the casino terms and conditions. The bonus rules usually state something like this:

In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of any bonus including cashback offers (10 being the maximum unless specifically stated otherwise). Betting above $10 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings voided.

This rule is designed to deter smart players who know that the mathematically best way to play a bonus is to bet big up front then reduce their bet size after a big win to "grind out" the rest of the wagering requirements. You agree to this rule when claiming a bonus and playing, so the casino is not technically doing anything wrong if you break it.

However the casino is applying this rule unconditionally and without mercy, even on players that win a big amount then increase their bet size afterwards to complete the wagering requirements quicker and, in doing so, lose far more back to the casino than they would have if they had stuck to smaller bet sizes. Additionally the casino's RTG software does not prevent you from breaking this rule accidentally as it does not apply any bet size restrictions on your account. As always, make sure read the terms and conditions of a bonus before you claim it to avoid making mistakes like this.

Banking and customer support

Punters who are looking to deposit and hopefully withdraw money from Uptown Aces will be happy to know that Deckmedia are very reliable when it comes to issuing payments. The casino accepts Visa, MasterCard, Bank Wire, Skrill, and Electon to deposit, and pays out via Bank Wire, Neteller, Skrill, Direct Payment, EcoPayz, and Ukash. Payments are generally made within a couple of days, but punters should be advised that they will have to submit identity documents before any withdrawals are processed. American players can also request a check payment that in our experience will take a week or two to arrive.

Withdrawals at the casino are capped at $5000 per week, with larger withdrawals being split into multiple payments. Although not particularly high, this is a typical limit that most experienced American players will be used to. On a positive note, the casino does claim to pay progressive jackpot wins in one lump sum where possible, unlike many of its competitors.

The in-house customer support at all Deckmedia casinos is generally quite good, and Uptown Aces is no exception. Support reps are available to provide assistance via telephone, email, and instant message. Help is available 24/7, and representatives are quite good at helping players with bonuses or small issues that may arise.

Conclusion

Uptown Aces has many good games to play as well as solid support and decent banking options. However the repeated confiscation of funds from players that accidentally break their max bet size rules, along with the casino showing no apparent interest in getting their software fixed to prevent it from happening, does not sit well with me. This is one casino that is best avoided.

I started play at Uptown Aces Casino with a no deposit bonus. I played the bonus on Cash Bandits2 which is my favorite among the RTG slots but I didn't win anything. after I made a small deposit to try my luck another time, I did not succeed in winning.
there is only one provider at this casino,
Realtime Gaming. my preferred deposit or withdrawal methods are present at this casino but we find only one currency accepted. at other casinos I prefer to make my deposits or withdrawals in Euro.
I am not sure this is a good casino as some sister casinos have a bad reputation among online casino players. therefore I cannot recommend this casino.

I'm pretty sure I reviewed this casino before but I'll update my review. I play here pretty consistently with not much wins. Seems to be the case with most rtg casinos. However, I did win 11k with them a few months ago. They paid it all out promptly with no issues. So if I do manage to win at least they will pay rather quickly. I haven't had much wins after the big win but that's to be expected.

After getting bored with the Bovada sites I decided to try out Uptown Aces and I've enjoyed the different games. They still have some of the same RTG games but a lot of different ones too. Probably my favorite feature on this site is the turbo mode. Being able to jam the spin button makes playing a little more fun for people who have no patience. They offer a multitude of deposit bonus's which is good. Usually the playthrough is anywhere between 25-40x. I've requested a couple payouts and always got the money within 48-72 hours via bitcoin. Good support as well. Usually very quick and helpful.

If Uptown Aces Online Casino and it's affiliates are truly interested in fair gaming
their gaming platform would include a betting limit corresponding to any terms of any active promotions.
We know they have the ability to do this because they actually, currently do it under certain contexts -
for example, they do it when a customer plays a no deposit, free spins promotion (such a a "new" game promotion).

I used a promotion at Uptown Aces. I abided by all terms and conditions of the promotion up until, and
and for awhile after I hit a "jackpot" of $12,484.25. About 350 plays after hitting the jackpot I broke an
ambiguous rule of the terms - I bet over $10. My total winnings at the time of stoppage
of all play is/was $16,000.

I tried to make a withdrawal today (06/21/2018). ALL my winnings had been taken and my balance
set to my deposit amount of $240.

As I said, the terms of the promotion are ambiguous - they state that, in the interests of fair gaming,
bets above $10.00 will nullify winnings. They do not state that winnings prior to a bet above $10 will be
taken away.

I would settle for Uptown Aces removing all winnings after I made the bet over $10. In my opinion that is
gracious on my part because we all know that the odds are in the casino's favor, and by increasing my bet,
I was most likely increasing my losses.

I believe that Uptown Aces is not concerned with "fair gaming" and are simply providing themselves with
more opportunity to make more money off of us.

I had previously lost a lot of money at their affiliate "Desert Nights Casino". Both Uptown Aces and
Desert Nights were accessible and quick about taking my money. However, it is not a 2 way street.

The first time I tried to play on uptownaces with a $ 20 deposit, and I did not get a match deposit but they gave me a bonus match replacement to 100 fs in "cash bandit", and when it was a freespin win of around $ 31, it's pretty easy actually because the playthrough is only 5x bonus, so I had to finish $ 160 to make a withdrawal, but in fact said another, I had to give up the golden opportunity because after the playthrough finished the remaining money only $ 10. Because I was annoyed I spent until there was nothing left, but after that I always take the freespin bonus every deposit because it has a low playthrough and quite easy, warm greetings uptownaces

I think they are RTG casinos The most wise, why? Because they provide convenience by giving a 100% deposit bonus with wagering only 15x, unlike the others uptown aces gives its own added value to their name to be the most remembered by its customers, and that's what happened to me when thinking of playing RTG then my first goal is uptown aces, if you do not like 100% bonus then you can choose bonus which have bigger percentage, but its wagering requirement also change, but still fairly easy than wagering requirement in other RTG casino, highly recommended

I just finished playing at Uptown aces casino. and it adds to my list of defeats on RTG casinos. I signed up yesterday and claims 400% bonuse.
I lost all balance with a little time when all games are very tight.

Before it I doubt RTG software until i play at lapalinggo casino. I very interested to continued play cause has some nice wins. unfortunately lapalinggo has exclude my country. it encourages me me look for other sites.

So my journey just lose & lose again in any play on any site RTG casino. I have try playing with bonus reload or without bonus the same resulted in defeat. hahahahahaha is I the unlucky person in the world?🤷 :'(

Great feedback Miyu. This sort of thing is fairly common when players win with bonuses. It has happened to me at many casinos in years gone by. I know it can be frustrating but it is their casino and they can do what they want so long as they don't break their own rules or rip you off. Think of it as a badge of honour because you earned it by beating the casino at their own game.

Oh speaking of Bonuses...I Would like to share my experience with the DeckMedia Group. This review is about Uptown Aces. I have been playing at Deck Media Casinos for nearly 2 years now and I have had a pretty fair experience with them, until January 2017. Uptown Aces has some really good promotions with really fair playthrus, some are a litter harsher then others and some are just pretty dang good like 50% match 17x playthru all games, tables, progressives ect. however, in Dec 2016 I decided to take up some of their bigger promos, I deposited $33 and took a 150% match with 30x playthru, I surprisingly beat the playthru and cashed out aprox $800, withdrawal process was fairly quick, received a check from fedex in 3-4days.(my account was previously verified) I was like nice win, alright, lets see what else I can do, so I deposited $30 this time on Christmas morning and took a 250% match with a 30x playthru, I couldn't believe it, I beat it again, I cashed out about $250, I was surprised, nice Xmas present to myself. So I decided to make another deposit of $33 and took a 100% match, 30x playthru and started playing Super6, filled the screen with Dragons and wilds, on 60c spin, won $200, two spins later, did it again but with more wilds this time, it was about a $350 win, in the end I beat the playthru again and cashed out about $700. I was on a Hot streak. I did receive all my winnings and this is why I rated it 2 stars, however I wanted to keep playing cuz I'm winning who wouldn't want to keep going, turned $96 into about $1600 in 1 month. Then it happened, EVERY promo was takin off my account. So I contact customer support and ask why, they respond we do not know, but you can get 25% cash back. This was very clear they were mad, I mean they do not know, really...yes they do. I was very kind to support and explained I understand that promos are up to the casino and they do not have to be givin to all players, however I felt cheated because I win and now I get no promos at all. And again support was like talking to a robot, they could not do anything and didn't know anything. And i still have no promos and its now 3 months later. SOOO if you win on multiple deposits especially in a row while using a promo, you will lose your promo privileges. If you do not use promos, well, like the post above 99% of your problems will go away. However, this is how they treat winners, And to me, this is unfair practices, it is not like I win non-stop, Dec2016 was truly a rare story for me and a awesome xmas and new years, and in case you are a promo user like me, you should be informed of this about how DeckMedia operates. I will no longer play at Uptown or DeckMedia casinos until my promos return. Also this is not the only DeckMedia Casino that has removed my promos due to multiple wins back to back, SlotoCash is guilty too. However Sloto hasn't yanked 100% of my promos like Uptown has, they just Nerfed them with low matches and high playthru(25% match 25xplaythru). Basically this is how they get their money back from you and this is not fair practices or how you treat a winning player, As a casino they should be well aware the hot streak wont last and they will get some of their money back threw time. For Promo lovers I hope this story helps.

You are completely right Ctslot. I have been saying the same for years, such as here.

The sad thing is that this casino is not the exception. It is the norm for an online casino, especially the unregulated ones that still accept American players. They pretty much all do it and you can count the ones that actually enforce bet size restrictions and other bonus rules using their software on one hand. There is no reasonable explanation for not fixing the problem, so the only conclusion I can draw is that cases like yours are why they don't.

Probably the biggest favour you can do yourself these days when playing online is to decline all bonuses. 99% of your potential problems disappear immediately.

I'm new to online slots and decided to start playing with Uptown Aces just last week. I hold higher "VIP statuses" in 2 land based casinos and play a lot of slots but the drive is starting to get tiring so I thought I'd try online casinos and see if they are legit.

Made a deposit on Uptown Aces - read the coupon description and said "wow - that's almost as if you can't really cashout your winnings unless you get really lucky". I started playing small until my winnings started going up then started betting bigger. Went all the way up to around $1700 but I still was far from hitting the wagering requirement. When my balance dropped to around $700, I hit a jackpot for $5k (profile pic) and couldn't believe it! Checked wagering requirement and saw that I was only around $50 away from fulfilling it. I made a few $12.50 bets until the requirements were met and logged off for the night with $5k balance.

I sent the required documents the next day to make withdrawals (DL, CC Auth form, picture of CC and a Utility Bill). Over the course of the verification process (48 hours) I kept playing. Went down as low as around $2k but settled at $3k by the time I was allowed to withdraw. 48 hours later, I got a notice that my withdrawal request was rejected. The reason: I placed a bet of more than $10 during the promotional play. They voided everything and only credited me back the money I deposited.

I was in disbelief!! I looked it up in their terms and condition and found that requirement. So yes, my ignorance for not reading through the whole terms and conditions before I started playing.

But looking through the game, one would think that if an action is not allowed or it would render all your money VOID, it should be disabled. You put a button on a game that has NO WARNING that if you press that button you will f**k yourself. You are in essence deceptively baiting your players to make that mistake. The welcome coupon did not even mention this. You even have games that aren't playable because of coupon restrictions so you disable them! Why not this?🤷

Bottom line is I learned a very bad lesson. CS was less than helpful. This is a casino that has very deceptive practices designed around not paying its players.

I am surprised I havent reviewed this casino yet. This is the casino i play the most at. I really dont know why bc I havent won anything. I guess I keep playing thinking my luck will change. I have deposited over 5k and withdrew 1k.

When I managed a withdraw I was mailed a check within 72 hours so that was impressive and they have the option for bitcoin withdraw too.

Their agents arent that friendly and seem to give canned responses. I am considered "vip" and really dont know what that means bc everytime I chat with the agents they seem like they could care less to get my business.

They have great promo codes but I just cant manage to make playthru. Lately I deposit the smallest amount the coupon code uses and just consider it a game to pass my time.

I would recommend this casino to players who are looking for good promos to be able to deposit a little and play for awhile with no expectations of withdrawing.

Good post casinodeb. I suspect a lot of the chat operators do indeed use canned responses. eg. press ALT+1 on the keyboard and it spits out the standard "thanks, have a nice day" or "may I help you with anything else" type responses. I'm sure it enables them to be chatting to several people at the same time, to the detriment of the quality of service provided .

First casino review and I suppose I might leave the jury out a bit on this one. I first played on a 50 free spins bonus , enjoyed play, and actually did well for a while. I had a fairly low balance , however , when I realized I had made playthrough so continued playing and lost. I reviewed the welcome offers in my email and decided to make a small deposit for a 250% welcome bonus plus 50 free spins in enchanted garden. I deposited $25 (the minimum for a U.S .deposit) , and earned about $10 on my 50 free spins. I did poorly this time and went through my `$96 fairly quickly. My email had offered an additional bonus of 100 spins for as little as my minimum deposit so I then attempted to activate the bonus code provided. Well, it would not allow me to do so. Note that I HAD tried to locate terms and conditions for this bonus on the website but only had what was in my email which did not give additional information. When I spoke to customer service I was told I could not use the code because " I had already deposited and played?? " When I told the operator that I did not understand based upon the email offer I had received, she simply said that coupons have terms and conditions and I could not use the code. I found customer service to be brief and direct, but not necessarily willing to be very helpful, with each response followed by "may I assist you with anything else today?" When I ultimately indicated that "yes, this was all", and stated that I was now less inclined to make an additional deposit because I had planned to use what I had been offered , the final response was "thank you for chatting, have a nice day , and enjoy playing at the casino." I have chatted before with some other casinos and have at times found the operators to be the same way with mostly "canned responses",, but with some casinos they really did try to bring about a positive experience and encourage business with the casino, making sure that they had done all that they could to be helpful. For these reasons I would actually like to give customer service here so far only TWO stars, but I am weighing this with the fact that the casino does have a low minimum deposit, several bonus offers with different playthrough requirements, and I did initially have some enjoyable play. Should I have some better experiences with this casino in the future I will certainly re-evaluate.

I have been playing in UptownAces Casino, from time to time.

Recently, I lost a small deposit. And then, I played with their free spins and withdrew a very good amount 🙂

Among the RTGs, the regular free chips/spins are the best in UptownAces and SlotoCash.
These casinos give them on a regular basis for a deposit - (1) Monday-Tuesday, (2) Thursday-Sunday, sometimes adding Saturday-Sunday, and (3) bi-weekly / monthly, and finally (4) holidays (for example. Valentine's Day), etc.

The wagering requirement is fairly good with 30 ~ 50x.
The max withdrawal is also big - $500(mostly), $350, $250, etc.

A very good casino for small/medium depositors.

Good Luck.

Another experience at Uptown Aces. I did say in the past that I would most likely not play much at Uptown Aces because I never come close to meet even 20% of the wagering requirements. Since then, against my own advice, I played there three times. I deposited $50, $57 early last week and late last week, I deposited $36 using their 100% bonus code. To my surprise, I ended up winning $600 and applied to withdraw $400, just to test their withdrawal process. This morning, I just got an email from them asking documentation to verify my identity.

Because they are part of the slotocash casino group, I do not expect to have any problems with the withdrawal.

Will I continue to play there from time to time? Most likely. But since I already enjoy playing at slotocash and happen to get better returns, I am not sure how often.

I am surprised to hear this, as I find Slot O Cash to be one of the tightest casinos for me. Every time I play there, I can't even play for a while on my money. I have basically quit playing there because of that

Uptown Aces casino,
provided with Rtg software.
they have a wide variety of rtg games, easy to find and the work fast!
you can either choose to play them instant or download there client, i always use instant play which works fine, if you rather like to play on mobile it's also possible but please remember that on there mobile casino not much slots are offered just a few, i hope they will add more soon. there customer support is great had good experiences with it, you can contact live chat which is open 24 hours, and you can choose other methods such as telephone, email, and even skype too! uptown aces is one of the less rtg casinos which process withdrawals really fast, mostly i received them under 12 hours and that's really fast! uptown aces sadly also have there bad point, a weekly withdrawal limit of 5000! i had great experiences with them, definitely my first was the best cashing out a free chip without any deposit and without any problems, only documents they needed this is absolutely awesome! so overall they are a great rtg casino, which have better service then most other Rtg casino's!

darian_glinski, In their defense, I have won several times there this year and got paid quickly. Although I am no longer qualified to receive their bonuses, it was worth it. Good luck.

If you're ever unsure of the wagering requirements, ask the support folks before you claim the bonus and make sure you are crystal clear on the exact amount that you have to wager before you can withdraw. As a rule of thumb I usually won't claim any bonus that has more than 30x the bonus amount in wagering requirements.

As for the transaction description, that is the nature of accepting credit card payments from U.S. based players these days, as the credit card companies will block anything coded as related to online gambling.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

My experience with this casino was bad. I deposited $100.00. I received the coupon with a %250 bonus for slots. For about a bonus of 250.00 I had a play thru requirement of around 10,000.00 dollars. As if this is not high enough the coupon limited the amount I could wager at slots. On the plus side I complained online about the limitation of wagering requirements which was not specified in the coupon and they removed the wagering limit on slot games. In my opinion the average player has no chance of walking away with winnings.

As if this is not bad enough, the transaction description on my card was for a business in China. The code they gave me was included on the transaction but I didn't order nothing from a business in China.

Because, they are part of the slotocash casino group, I do not expect to have any problems with the withdrawal.

Will I continue to play there from time to time? Most likely. But since I already enjoy playing at slotocash and happen to get better returns, I am not sure how often.

It is good to hear your luck turned a bit! My experience is that if you take the check option they deliver the check via Fed Ex in just a few days. I think the longest I have waited was 3 days.

I did try Uptown Aces for a second time. This time in a span of two days, I deposited five times. Each time, I deposited at least $50. With deposit bonuses, I had over $500 to play with. My experience is similar to my earlier experience with them. I rarely won a bonus round and if I did it was in the $20-$30 winning range even though I was playing between $1.25 and $1.75 per spin. Obviously I never came close to even meet 20% of the wagering requirements. I am not sure what their payout percentage is. But it is not good for me to continue playing there. Having said that, I like to play at slotocash casino (which is owned by the same team), and will continue to do so. My experience in casinos is that even though several casinos might be owned by the same group, they tend to have different payout percentages.

Sounds like a couple rounds of bad luck newflorida. I have had a couple recently, but like you generally find this group of casinos to be really good when it comes to trustworthiness.

Lets hope our luck changes a bit in the new year!

My experience at uptown aces. If you are like me and have played slot games in many online casinos, you don't rely on online blogs to tell you what a casino payout percentage is. If you consistently play at a casino, whether you cash out money or not, you will eventually figure our if they have a good payout percentage based on how you perform.

That brings me to Uptown Aces. I used to play once in a while at that casino when it was Desert Nights. I never won and their game lineup was not that different from other online casinos. In any event, now that they had become Uptown Aces, I wanted to give them a try.

After I logged in, they had a 215% deposit coupon which required a minimum of $35. I used the coupon and deposited $45.45, which came to a total of $143.17.

I lost it quickly. You must know that I was playing slots at between $1.20 to $1.25 per round. I dig get 2 free bonus rounds. one on King of Swing where I won $1.00 (less than my bet) and one at Enchanted Garden, where I won $ 5.25 (4 times my bet).

After I lost the money, I decided to use two other coupons that they sent me in the mail. One was for 150% bonus deposit and the other was for 300% bonus deposit. In total that day, I deposited $116, at their casino. With bonuses included, I had almost $400 to play with. I won maybe three more bonus rounds and the winnings were very little. After I lost, which was too fast from my perspective, my comps were 155.

Will I play at that casino again? Probably, but only because they belong to the slotocash group, which gives me confidence that I will get paid if I ever win. Was I impressed with my winning percentage? Not really.

Yes, I really regret that I have enrolled somewhere (or it also could grown ot its own, im not sure - yes, now I read the official - it was originally a casino where I have played at already in the past, that is the reason why they love that much my e-mail box 🙂 ). I think there was a need to register again (but I am not that sure) and they also restrict my country from taking the no deposit bonuses. This is the thing that I dislike here the most - they offer new no deposit bonus code almost every week, but I cannot benefit from it. Shameful, really.
So I was forced to try their first deposit bonus (and in result I was not even needed to get angry like Numb48 because of the bonus terms and wagering and non cashable-ity 🙂 ) and yes, I have received quite nice amount to play in result. But anyway I had large eyes and started to play Aztec treasure F.G., when it begins giving me features I finished on a stake like 6.25, and this one was large, very large. One incautious while and I could start finding another casino to deposit in, because my balance disappeared (autoplay).
Result - good bonus, bad software, restrictions and bonus terms - 2/5.

Deckmedia is a group that runs a lot of different online casinos that are open to Americans. They also make the good Uptown Aces Casino, which unfortunately runs RTG games. I was hoping that this spot would run WGS games like Miami Club, as I am an old English Harbour player and I really enjoy their tournaments and games.

Still, Uptown Aces does a pretty good job of offering jackpots, a lot of table games, and many slots (although some feel dated). I do wish that there were higher withdrawal limits (or no limits at all), but I can tell you that Deckmedia has never done me wrong when pulling money out of one of their casinos in the past.

There aren't a ton of withdrawal and payment options, but this is to be expected as the casino is US friendly. My overall opinion is that Uptown Aces is a good casino, but could be better if small changes are made to the casino's back end system.

Uptown aces casino new real time gaming place, and i was surprised to see that their welcome offer is great, up to 8.888$ USD in bonus cash it is of course very good. But awesome was only first deposit bonus, 250% , all other bonuses have 100% on board. And also wagering requirements is a bit high , 35x deposit + bonus make it is very bad and very hard to complete and request withdrawal. One more thing i am noticed only after i made my first deposit and claim bonus - all bonuses in this casino is sticky and not withdrawable, i find this at terms and conditions. Make so big wagering requirement and not allow to cashout bonus is not honest, and big disadvantage for any player, making this bonus offer very loosy, and looks like it is created just to suck money. With my balance i played only one slot, it was vulcan, this game can pay big money, and that was i waiting, because i was need big win to continue playing and make so big wagering requirements for bonus. No any miracle happen and i lose my balance, of course knowing that bonuses not withdrawable i decide not play here again.
