Review of Trada Casino
Trada Casino is a formerly highly rated casino that was forced to change platform suppliers in late 2019 due to the sale of its provider's business to Aspire Global. This was not a change for the better as Aspire Global casinos are fairly well known for their slow payments, low withdrawal limits, and choice to offer reduced RTP versions of popular games.
Software and game selection
Trada has an easy to navigate website that is well organised and simple to operate. Registering an account is very easy and only took a minute of my time. All of the site's games are playable in browser and they are organised in a grid layout that shows both a thumbnail and text name for each game, which makes the games easily scannable. There are links that allow you to divide the games up into categories such as slots, live games, and table games, as well as by the different game suppliers. You can also find a game almost instantly by typing its name in a quick search box at the top of the games list. The site works equally well on a PC, Mac, smartphone or tablet.
The game selection at Trada is very impressive, with the casino offering games from Net Entertainment, Microgaming, Playson, iSoftbet, WMS, Quickspin, Pariplay, Play'n Go and more. This gives players access to more than 600 games, the majority of which are video slots, although there are also classic slots available for play as well. I was disappointed to see games available from a supplier that we considered to be blacklisted here, namely Pragmatic Play (formerly known as TopGame).
Another big downer that I must mention is the platform provider Aspire Global's choice to offer popular games with lower RTPs than you may be used to at other casinos. Some suppliers such as Play'n Go offer multiple versions of their games to casinos which have different RTP settings. Aspire Global casinos almost always run the lowest possible RTP setting which ultimately means less spins, less playtime, and less chances of winning for you as a player.
It seems like more and more betting sites are heading toward just offering slots but thankfully Trada is bucking this trend by featuring a good assortment of table games, including Blackjack, Pontoon, Roulette, Baccarat, Oasis Poker, and more. Even better are the live dealer games that the casino has added, which puts you right in the middle of a game broadcast from studios. Table limits on the live Blackjack, Roulette, or Baccarat tables range from as low as £5 all the way up to £5000.
Banking and customer support options
The banking system is well fleshed out at Trada, with the site accepting major credit cards, e-wallets, and direct bank transfers for deposits. As per standard for Aspire Global casinos, withdrawals are held reversible for 48 hours until processed. I was disappointed to find that the old manual flushing service that the casino used to offer where you could contact support and request to be paid immediately has fallen by the wayside in the platform transition.
The casino does implement withdrawal limits which are set at a quite small €7000 per month. I find it curious that UK players are exempt from these limits, no doubt due to pressure form the UK Gambling Commission regulations. It certainly begs the question of why the casino and its platform provider consider it acceptable to have one rule for UK players and another for everyone else.
Customer support is available from 9am-11pm UK time every day of the week via live chat and email. While it would have been nice to see telephone support included, I still found the support to be up to scratch, as they were able to answer the questions I had which included where to find the payout percentages for the games, what the withdrawal limit on my account was, and how to set up a deposit limit.
Security, safety, and responsible gaming
Trada Casino uses standard SSL encryption technology to protect player information as its sent between your computer and the casino's servers. The site uses this encryption at all times, whether you are browsing, playing, or transacting with the banking department.
Trada is licensed and regulated by both the Malta Gaming Authority and the United Kingdom Gambling Commission, which is the world's premier online casino licensing jurisdiction. In accordance with UKGC rules, it discloses that it segregates player account funds from operational funds, meeting what the UKGC classifies as a "medium" level of protection.
You are able to set limits on your account once you have registered and logged in. This includes preset limits on the amount you may deposit, wager, or lose at the casino. There is also a "reality check" function that allows you to set a time interval where the casino will notify you with a message telling you how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost during that time.
Conclusion
Trada is a casino that has fallen from being among the very best to little more than an average white label in a sea of similar casinos. It has a good selection of games, but the enforced waiting period on withdrawals, low monthly withdrawal limits, and especially the choice to use the lowest permitted RTP settings for their games means that there is very little reason to recommend it anymore.

At the beginning of its creation, Trada was considered among the best casinos. I was very loyal to this casino until it changed Owner. I have never had a problem at this casino, I win almost half of the time, the total money withdrawn greatly exceeds the money deposited. my withdrawals were processed very quickly. the support in direct or by mail was always present and very fast. but currently a lot has changed, not a lot of promotions, the casino is no longer generous. support not good as before. I stopped playing at this casino, I did not close my account but I am no longer making deposits.

This Casino has been in decline since there owner changed, it was originally based here in my Ireland the Chat team i used to live close to worked by me, they were lovely, trustworthly, fast verification and withdrawals, not a single problem when i played here then,,
Now, The Casino is in a serious decline, and it saddens me because i personally knew of how kind and polite the original staff who were workin there were to players and treated players in highest of manner.

I used to be a big fan of Trada casino and would play there a lot, not winning much though but I stopped playing there when I stopped feeling like my time there (and money) was valued. I would almost never get any free spins or anything unless I deposited which made my interest slowly decrease. But more importantly, about a month ago, I logged into my account and wanted to make a deposit and I was given a message that there's no deposit methods available for my country. Later on I was told by the casino rep that it was due to them being moved to a new platform and that they had communicated this with players. However, I was never contacted via email by them updating me with these news which wasn't a great way to learn about these new developments. And now that they're on a new platform, I doubt I'll ever deposit there again. I feel like they were going downhill in the last year and this was the final point for me.

Just a quick update. I finally received an email on the 19th of December Saying my account is now verified with Trada Casino. I had sent my documents on Nov 21st. I had verified with customer service the following day that they had receive them. It took exactly 30 days for them to verify my Identification after confirming with customer service they had received them. Not to mention it was That same identification they already had on file before the changeover. I will never wager another dime at Trada Casino. So sad. From one of the best to the worst 😢

I agree completely. But I've seen similar things happen so many times. I think sometimes when these sorts of decisions are made they don't think the long terms consequences through, or underestimate how strongly their customers are going to feel about it. Or the people making the decisions don't actually play at casinos and wouldn't have a clue.
However I contacted the casino to ask what was going on and the info I got was that they were formerly using a platform from a company named Pariplay. That company was acquired by Aspire Global so they had little choice in the matter but to switch over. By the sounds of things they have less individual flexibility to control things on the new platform, hence the longer pending periods, slower withdrawals, and different games on offer (many with lower RTP settings where possible, like Play'n Go).
We're still waiting on a bit more information before we update the review but it is safe to say our rating will be decreasing. Already we can see changes for the worse: 48 hour pending period on withdrawals, no more locking of withdrawals to prevent reversing, withdrawal limits reduced from €10k a week to €7k a month, lower RTP versions of games etc.

After hearing that, your story does not surprise me at all thebookguy. Aspire Global are a mediocre white label platform provider with slow payments and low withdrawal limits. The only reason I can think of that a well regarded casino would do that to themselves is to save money. It does not make sense at all from their customers' perspective.
We'll check them out and revise our review in light of this news.

Hi, 6 year online player from Canada here and Up until the middle of November This was my favorite online casino to play at. I discovered it in January and it soon became the only place I would play at. The assortment of games was amazing from many different providers. The game providers were all listed in separate categories so it was easy to navigate through each one. There VIP bonuses were fantastic. Payouts were lightning fast after requests. (payout time is my main pet peeve with many online casinos) They checked in on me if they felt I was maybe gaming a bit unresponsively from time to time. There was weekly free spins and cashback ETC ETC. I could not say enough good things about this casino from a Canadian Player standpoint. The only thing I could nick pick about was there customer service reps were not available 24/7. That was the only complaint but it was very easy to work around.
Then everything changed. Starting around September of this year I started getting notices that Trada was changing to an exciting new platform sometime in November. They claimed everything would be better. Longer customer hours, more games more promotions etc etc. I'll be honest I was pretty excited , not knowing how it could get any better then it already was. Then the day came when they changed platforms.So there I was excited to see this new platform. I had been a VIP at the casino now for over 7 months and thinking it was just going to be even better. When I went to log in that day after work, you couldn't log onto the site. Just a notice saying check back in at a certain time and things would be up and running shortly. So periodically after that I kept checking in and the site was still down. No worries, they were changing over I realize that sort of thing can take some time and maybe have some glitches.
Finally the next evening I was able to log on to Trada Casino and check out the new platform. So about the only thing that was the same as before was my log in info still worked. Right from the get go I was turned off. The site was so slow I gave up on waiting for games to load. All my favorites were gone. The search engine was hard to use when trying to find my games, that I had no luck finding. The live casino games offered were about half of what was offered before. My favorite games are mostly by Quickspin Gaming and they were all gone(quickspin games don't exist anywhere I could find" and a few of my favorite Microgamming games like Hot Ink were no where to be found. Now I realized it was probably dumb luck that most of the games "I love" were no longer on Trada Casino, and the slow loading of the current games offered and other glitches were just growing pains of the platform change.
I get all that , but here's what got me the most. Even though I couldn't play my favorite games no longer, I decided to buy in and give some of the new games a go. After all this at the time was still my go to place to play and maybe this was my opportunity to discover some new games I would enjoy. I used my normal buy in method of "pay safe card" and everything seemed to work out well that evening (even with the annoyance of the slow loading games) as I won a little bit of money.
And here's where I will probably never play at Trada Casino ever again and a 1 star rating comes in. When I went to cash out my winnings, all the normal methods of withdrawal were all gone. The only option I was given was a international Wire Transfer with up to a 5-7 day waiting period. Now for almost a year I'm use to seemingly instant withdrawals with a few options of withdrawal methods available and now I'm seeing only 1 option with a week before I get my funds. This is just where the fun started.
So after contacting customer service to see if this was just a glitch of switching over to the new platform, I was informed that no this is the only way for a Canadian player to make a withdrawal now . So the main reason I played at Trada Casino is now gone. But that wasn't the only thing gone. After getting the customer service rep to walk me through how to do the international wire transfer withdrawal, she informed me they needed me to send my identification documents, and banking info before the withdrawal could be processed. When I responded with you should already have all those on file, she responded with "we have no record of you playing here before , we will need those documents" After confirming it was a Trada Casino Rep I was speaking with, My response to that was" No record?? I've been a VIP at Trada Casino for over 7 months!!! You already have my documents on file, please double check. Her response was " we will need you to send them once again as I have no record of you on file". I asked how that is possible and I guess with the platform changeover all that info was all the sudden gone. Although my login info was transferred,and my previous balance, none of anything else was anywhere to be found. My player history all gone. My documents apparently all gone ETC, ETC.
So, giving Trada Casino the benefit of the doubt as they were just moved to this new platform , I resent my documents in once again. Almost 24 hrs later my winnings were still in my account, (something I wasn't use to with Trada Casino) so I once again contacted customer service, and I was informed they had not received my documents yet. When I double checked to make sure they were emailed to the proper email address I was given , they were sent and delivered. After waiting for what seemed to be a very long time the customer service rep had informed me the documents were received. 🤷 So at first they hadn't received them but by me assuring her they were sent to the correct email address she mysteriously found my documents.It was so frustrating!
I ended up playing again that night and played back my winnings. I was so frustrated by this point I didn't even care any more. So as a player from Canada unless they have made a lot of improvements to there withdrawal methods in the last month I would not recommend Trada Casino whatsoever with there new format. Kind of sad because I didn't have a bad word to say about them before the changeover. So Frustrating!!

As i wrote before some months this casino is great but i want to add something for this casino ! This casino has a Christmas calendar and offers everyday generous free spins for example 50 free spins or deposit bonuses or cashback ! I did not win yet from Christmas calendar but i hope until the end of this year to be lucky and win a good amount ! The only thing it is annoying is that the wagering requirement from a bonus even if your balance is 0 the wagering requirement remains and needs to contact live chat to erase the wagering requirement for you !

Trada Casino attracted my attention long time ago. It was one of my first casinos. I found them attractive because of the welcome bonus which was percentage bonus and lots of free spins on my favorite slot Immortal Romance. So they really caught me this this one:)

I've been a member at Trada casino for a long time and I've had only good experiences. I've played with their bonuses and although the offers sometimes aren't the best, the wagering for free spins is always friendly. Support is also very good and friendly and has never been mean to me. I like their game selection a lot, they have loads of great providers and all the newest games. They often have free spins or other offers which is a nice touch. But lastly and most importantly- I've made dozens of withdrawals and I've never had any issues, mostly the withdrawals take around 24 hours, sometimes less sometimes more but after verification I've never had issues or delayed payments- I still play there so I'd recommend these guys.

my opinion about trada casino. I don't like casinos that offer too much and accusing people abuser of bonuse. I think a reasonable promotion and quick payment is enough for anyone.the advantage is you will not be busy to suspect anyone

It looks like they've got a "blacklist" casino, but somehow now they've changed for the better, and they come back with more excitement for the gamblers, offering attractive promos to all the customers, but I think now they are a bit firmer in T & C, then I intend to ask them about the promo, and they explain that there is no bonus whatsoever for account holders who live in my country, I express their disappointment and a little force them to give some bonus for me, well, .. maybe because I slightly forced them to offer me to close the account ,, is it a rigid or evil?
