Sun Palace Casino Review

Sun Palace looks like it's been around for almost 20 years. I found the site to be slow. This casino is also affiliated with other casino's which are all on the same network. I tried using a welcome bonus on two of the sites but was told I was only able to use it once. Typical RTG games. Nothing special.

They keep telling us everything is ok now, withdrawals are going out quickly etc. And then we keep hearing these stories from players. So the big red warning in the review above is staying up.

They are still doing this. I used to play and win from this casino group, but gave up playing there because of the slow withdrawal. They just don't care about their players' money.

I won and was told on a Thursday I would get funds the next day or earlier in the week. A week and a half goes by no payout. Chat with them and email everyday. Told all kinds of stuff..ach not working...too many withdrawals so they are waiting for confirmation...basically lies and stalling. No response from them on some emails. No phone number to call. Do not play here..

My experience with sun palace casino was not perfect but everything went well at the end clear all situation that was to withdraw and tranaction..well one very thing is very good customer service with response time..they are not rude at all very professional in every support service..

had a little bit situation with one transaction..but let it go and took loss $ dont want problems..with them deleting my account ..how much? Just allttle bit.. so not have nomore issues to on process payout.. and for just process payout.. thats what I did to make it quicker not to stall payout you guy know they lag and stall time..verifacation was very easy dont why didnt havedo verification form filled out but did send bank statements..verify myself which I am legit..

did email back and forth total of 50 more or less to put my point view for wthdraw why is it processing for yet..consider that it took one week and half weekto be done and revieve bitcoin. What did was deposit bitcoin too just have more legit cos to prove to them.. bitcoin needs more verification than them..maybe cause my first withdraw from them was long..did put OG sense into them LOL..I put money in to play with no issues with verification to..but when withdraw why hard so with verifications.. Sun Palace is casino which was lucky to take my money few times. I have strated here with no deposit bonus and later used their deposit bonuses but everything lost and never had even big win. Just always the same story, very fast lose.
And actually i am glad that i lost because when you read comments from the players you see that probably you was lucky to avoid killing of your nerves cells. Waiting really kills and Sun Palace is famous by withdrawals delaying.
And in general it is not very attractive casino. Main page of the website is very poor and it looks like casino from 1970 despite that in this time we didnt have internet:) But lobby of the games is the same like all other rtg casinos. Also in the cashier i am missing skrill deposit option. They have just neteller, bitcoin, cards and mysterious MST gift Card. But it;s amazing casino for bonus lovers because they have a lot of coupons. However players should be careful and read terms very good before to use them. I love bonuses but only not at casinos from this group who also has Las Vegas USA, Vegas casino Online, Old Havana and Slot Plus. I dont trust these casinos also wagering requirements of bonuses for European players are very high.

The 2 times wagering is for a no deposit bonus ! I dont know what happens for deposit bonuses

They seem to be delaying payment for any winning players to be discouraged to play again.
So, the case of Radscal4 above is the worst case for players.

And among RTG casinos and other software casinos, the minimum wagering is mostly 1x deposit.
I didn't know that they require 2 x deposit wagering for European players.

The worst case is 7BitCasino which requires 3 x deposit wagering for a bonus-free deposit.

i dont like this casino it needs to wager two times the wagering requirement for example to me the wagering requirement was 3000 and it needed to wager it 7000 because of 2 times wagering ! This happens because i am European player ! So i dont recommend this casino for European players

Do not play here. I have deposited over 10k with them. Won and it took two weeks for them to approve withdrawal. They sent email March 29 saying wire sent. Sent 4 emails to finance inquiring and was ignored. Online chat took 3 days to get through...and they said they are having problems with batch. Mind you they have said this before..nomidea when it will be fixed.,no idea when I will get money. They are liars. I know they can credit back my card in 3to 5 Days because they have done it before. No help being a vip ..amount is 1025$ not that much. Other places Pay me within 5 days. STAY AWAY. They seem nice but are Not.

They did eventually pay me so I'm revising my review. Yes, it was too slow--exactly 2 months--, but better late than never. If you play be prepared to wait. Staff was friendly and bonuses are excellent.

Hi, there, I know about your issue with the casino quite well.
I had the same problems with the casinos of MainStreet Vegas Casinos.

It usually took 4~6 weeks for me. But, I eventually got all the withdrawals.
Don't get upset, don't worry too much.

Jackdav73, based on my experience with Sun Palace, I believe that you will eventually get paid. Keep in mind that they are a slow paying casino. They are only rated 3 stars by CL due to these slow payment issues.

Sun Palace was my first online withdrawal, this one for $108 after an earlier $50 deposit. It's international, so I did not expect it to be fast. I got the check in the mail and it cleared with no problem. Good experience overall.

Was thinking of trying the free chip, but after reading about everyone's experiences, I believe I will skip over their free offer, even. Doesn't seem worth it to me.

It was just a mistake.

As I remember, I played in Sun Palace with two small deposits and lost both times, and then I found out the higher wagering requirement in all of 4 affiliates in all of which I have accounts.

And you had some bad experience there, before.

Couple of months ago, I left some reviews that they impose the higher wagering requirement, and very recently "they" have changed their policy in the more fair way.

I kind of thought that I may be the first one who pointed out this higher requirement, here in CasinoListings.com .

And if it is the case, then I should give the updates on any changes upon my own notice, just because the old information would discourage other players from going there.

So, please, understand my small mistake and it was just from a good heart 🙂

I think thats a slip of the tongue (or fingers!), not an indication that coolsongss works for this casino. As an admin I can see his email address and ip address history and it does not connect with this casino at all.

This casino used to impose the higher wagering requirement for a player Outside of US and Canada (stated in Bonus T&Cs).

But, very recently, I changed this policy to impose the higher wagering requirements only for a player from Greece.

The process of Account Verification was professional.

But, with the match bonuses, a player outside US and Canada must wager two times higher.
This clause is at the bottom of their terms and conditions.

Okay, I tried to come and get my star back the finally sent me a check for 299.00 which my withdrawal amount was 399.00 so they never explained why it's a hundred dollars less so I tried to chat with them and it seems like they are never online. You know this is such a headache .I don't understand what kind of place is this and what is their problem?

I started playing in December and won on the 18th of December still waiting for payout still saying that I requested .I chatted with the finance dept for them to tell me that the process takes up to 2 weeks.2 weeks past now I can't communicate with them because they are offline ,so I don't know what to think or do.

Below is my experience at Sun Palace. As a player with VIP status at top online casino groups like Jackpot Capital and Club World , I did play continuously at Sun Palace for several weeks after I read their review on this site. I lost about a couple of hundred dollars before I won $1750 and requested a withdrawal for that amount.

Initially, I was told that they would take a month to review my documentation. After I protested and casinolistings intervened, they promptly reviewed my documents, verified my identity and processed the payout.

After that episode, I continued to deposit and play and lose at slots. I eventually won $1000. I requested a payment on December 18, the request not processed until January 5, 2015 but only after casinolistings intervened again. Also,even though their screen showed I am receiving a check of $1000. They emailed me to tell me that they sent a check of $876.84, not the full $1000. Apparently, even though I cleared the the deposit bonus requirements, they decided to deduct the amount of the bonus I started with. It must be a new rule that they just came up with because they did not do that for my last check and no other casino that I know of does that.

I must say that in all my years playing casinos online, I have never had such a frustrating experience. Not only I will avoid this casino group, I will make sure that other players don't go through what I went through with them.

Sun palace online casino it is real time gaming online casino, and based on my experience i can say from begin that it is of course not the best RTG powered casino, but i can also say that it is definetely not bad casino with this software, and it is beat many other bad casinos. But let me list pluses.
+ Software. I do not tried instant play ,because rtg instant play have lack selection of games. Instead of this i just downloaded application on pc, and enjoyed games.
+ Customer support. It is definetely plus at this casino, i tried two types of customer help: live chat and email. Email reply took not so long, i did not remember exact time, but it was not too long, i am sure with that. Live chat was instant, but i am not sure about working times at this casino.
+ Bonuses and promotions. I am happy with offers that casino send to me. Unfortunately there is no any interesting promotions for me, or cashback offers, but reload bonuses was quite good to me, and i am happy with bonuses at overall.
+(-) Withdrawals. I was not lucker to win anything in this casino and to test withdrawals, and generally i did not know about payout speed at this casino.
Final mark.
Everything looks if not perfect, than very good. I like this RTG casino.

This casino is powered by Real Time Gaming software, my - sometimes in the past - least favourite slots software. Now I know, that I was wrong in the past 🙂 but it changes over time as well.
The first thing I realized here, was the low number of deposit methods - personally, for me there are only 2 methods applicable, but no one of these 2 is my favourite (Neteller and VISA are possibilities, but I deposit mostly with Skrill). The absence of Skrill payments shocked me a bit, but I went further and finally transported my deposit to the casino somehow.
Currently they offer VERY generous deposit bonus - 400% to your deposit (and I think that you can claim this bonus multiple times). Of course, that they will not give you 80$ free to your 20$ and goodbye, feel free to take 100$ 🙂 and the wagering requirements are set a little higher than is average (or somewhat "normal"), what I consider as another negative, because 400% bonus + deposit wager 50 times ... quite much 🙂
My last word is reserved for live support. I do not want to blame them, maybe there was just a "traffic jam" or whatever. But it was absolutely not flexible, just very time-consuming process 🙂

Hello! Sun palace casino is powered by real time gaming casino, but honestly i did not know if it really good, or bad. I did not find and did not see any complaints against this casino in the network, and i am personally have a nice experience with them, and i will describe you my experience. Thats was a day when i for some reason really start want to play some real time gaming slots, and i found this casino with the 100% bonus on my first deposit. I thought to myself why not, and made deposit of 50$ from my skrill account. Things goes well, and with a starting hit of 300$ on ocean dream, i was free to play any slot i want, and i already had nice chances to clear bonus and withdraw some profit. I try many slots, and in the end i request withdrawal of 250$, which of course nice win, x 5 of my deposit. Verification of documents took a bit more than 24 hours, and total cashout time took aroun 60 hours. This is good speed for real time gaming casino, and i recommend it to you. I do not think that it is bad choise to try this casino.
