Your accusation that the posters on here are all the same person are flat out wrong. I can see the login times, IP addresses etc of every post and I can see that they have been made by different users. If you look at many of those same user's posting history, you can see that they have posted on lots of different reviews on this site (both negative and positive) including competitors of Spin Palace. While nothing is impossible, I highly doubt that they are being paid by loads of different casinos to shill for them.

Believe me I can smell spammers and shills a mile away and any such comments are deleted, their posts reported to anti-spam trackers such as stopforumspam.com, and their accounts are blocked. Obviously when you run a business that involves deception and lies you would need to occasionally take steps to rectify a spiraling downward reputation, as is demonstrated by these "commenters" who is most likely one individual, with many accounts, being paid by the hour by spin palace casino.

The truth is - if you deposit your money with spin palace - every type of possible deception and "legal loophole" will be thrown at you. Then after putting lots of funds in, and finally, FINALLY having a win, you will NOT get your winnings.

Honestly, if someone had said that I would so many positive things to experience through years of playing at Microgaming casinos, I would not believe him. Decent time ago, only troubles experienced with them, sending me emails that i have free spins, a free bonus, but never ever i got this and support didn't know about this, but they where sure it's from them email address. then i already avoid them, before this troubles i played there several times and no problems experienced that time, 2 withdrawals processed quite slowly but at least i received my money, after lot of complaints coming up that time on different forum's i thought it's better to avoid them before i'm also will be victim of this. it's just weird that casino's are good in the beginning and then going down fast, by not paying players, always telling them they broke Bonus rules when they have a big withdrawal, all seems to be that they just don't want to pay. but since while ago, never saw any complaint anymore against them, so i guess they improved good, and got themself out of troubles, it's better too see now, support is still the same, and payments are bit faster this time! so i might deposit again here, and take a good deposit bonus;) and hope all will be paid;)

Spin Palace should be taken off the internet they pick and choose when to actually give out a withdrawal. Even then you have to wait forever for a withdrawal will actually be processed. I won over £450 and withdrew. received an email over a week later saying that they are only allowing a withdrawal of £100 and the rest is being confiscated!! BEWARE OF THIS CASINO! Hi JohnnyK thanks for the feedback. You are right that a 48 hour reversal period is not great. However in my experience these guys will push through a withdrawal before that time if you ask. I submit a withdrawal, then contact the live chat operator and ask to have my withdrawal flushed immediately, and then the money generally comes through within 24 hours.

This is quoted directly from a chat representative:
When you request a withdrawal the funds are kept in a pending period (where you can reverse back into the casino account) for 48 hours, then our Operations Department process the withdrawal for a further 48 hours (at this point we might request documents and the processing will take place after receiving documents) then we release the funds the next working day.

I believe this casino needs to be downgraded from 5 stars.

I requested a withdrawal on the 24th, and on the 31st I requested progress of the withdrawal, and so far nothing has been done.
It is obvious that the withdrawal is being delayed in the hope it will be re-gambled.
