Review of Silver Oak Casino

Silver Oak Casino is a Real Time Gaming powered casino accepting US players, boasting an impressive website and a commitment to 24/7 customer service. Unfortunately for Silver Oak, it appears to have purchased the assets (i.e. player database) of, and subsequently re-branded the notorious Crystal Palace clip joint after the death of its owner Warren Cloud. We say unfortunately because they have bought for themselves possibly the worst reputation amongst online casinos today, which may not be all that surprising when you find out who the new owners really are...

Blacklisted - owned by rogue operators

In our testing of Silver Oak casino we admittedly encountered nothing majorly untoward, save for a very slow withdrawal process that took over two weeks to send us our money, which is frankly not good enough. But it is hard to shake off the unease we feel about the purchase of the player-base of a known rogue operation. After all we have to think that the new operator was fully aware of the reputation of the Crystal Palace group. If not then they either didn't do their due diligence, or they didn't care - not a comforting scenario either way.

We made enquiries directly with Silver Oak about the relationship with the Warren Cloud / Crystal Palace group and were assured that there was nothing more than a purchase of assets from a defunct operator. At face value this is hard to dispute, as their website fails to provide any clues as to the ownership or even the operating jurisdiction of the casino (we have since been tipped that it is Costa Rica), which is in itself not a good sign. However other clues do not sit comfortably with us, such as the association with Chris DeAngelo, a faithful Cloud employee (see contact details at the bottom of buzzword filled press release).

Update March 2010: it appears our suspicions were warranted as it has come to our attention that this casino and the rest in its group were in fact purchased by owners of the notorious Virtual Casino Group (Cool Cat Casino, Club Player Casino, Palace of Chance and more). This is more than enough reason for us to permanently blacklist these guys. Do not deposit your money at this casino or any others in the group which includes: Captain Jack Casino, Cat's Eye Casino, Gold Stream Casino, Lucky Palm Casino, Pharaohs Gold Casino, Ringmaster Casino, Royal Ace Casino, Planet 7 Casino (do these guys realise that the 7th planet in the solar system is Uranus?)

In our opinion playing here is just not worth the risk.

Warning! This casino is blacklisted and should be avoided.

Got an email for a free $50 chip. Signed up for the site and lost it all in maybe 2 mins lol. The layout was confusing. Also they had some really high progressive jackpots but after reading the reviews they probably wouldn't pay out. I would skip this casino.

I failed to use the first account I made months ago and forgot the password so I just made a new one I tried using the 100 dollar coupon code and it sent me straight to support they said you cannot use the coupon code because you already have another account with this address but i can give you a deal if you make a deposit i replied I'm sorry I didn't know this is my first day should I delete one? He said I will delete it as soon as you make a deposit I asked isn't that stealing my money if you delete my account as soon as I make a deposit he said no! I asked again but you will delete this account if I make a deposit inot it he replied that is correct I asked why would I make a deposit if you are just going to delete it as soon as I do? His reply was I'm sorry I can't actually delete any account would you like to make a deposit today I asked again but if I make a deposit you will delete my account it is deposited in correct?? He once again said that is correct would you like to make a deposit today? I said care to explain? He said hello! Then immeadatly said since you haven't replied I am closing this chat or something along these lines so fast he had to have it copied and pasted then left this place is a joke

Wow am I late to go thru and dissect all the relevant information from this
state casino. I too won with in regards to not using any type of coupon from
this casino. As I have posted else were casinos/ RTG and ones that im not
familiar with. Have shady practices ie: look no further then Jackpot Grand
Casino, I used no Bonus whatsoever there. And they ended up screwing me
out my win over 10,000$$. I was really upset with that fact that all the back
and forth games they played was to delay tactics. And now this Casino does
the very same thing. Man I'm more tempted to just hit up my local indian
Reservation and say screw online gambling period...As crappy as those
Casino's are cause they so tight on the Reservations. You will never really
win unless there is a Lose machine they missed, or just a lucky day there.
I'm wondering when and will Online gambling be more in sync then hitting
the Vegas strip/ or Indian Reservations....?...I have had bad situations in
both...I hope only know with the win I won: 2500.00$$$, I will just have to
contact my Credit Card Company and do a Charge back, hate that but oh
well. Lesson learned again!, Check Casino Listings FIRST AND
FOREMOST, IF ITS GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS:)

Hi Steve, all I can suggest is to submit your withdrawal and cross your fingers. Its like gambling after you finish your gambling.

coolsongss, that is one of their oldest tricks. If you use 2 free chips in a row without depositing in between they won't let you keep anything you win. Even if the first chip was played 5 years ago and you forgot ever having played there. Even if they emailed you the free chip code themselves and invited you to use it. Even if you won with the first chip and then used a 2nd one without withdrawing in between. They email and spam people relentlessly and fully expect this to happen.

coolsongss

Any time I see Silver Oak pop up on this site, I know someone has gotten scammed and or duped by Silver Oak and their predatory terms and conditions.

I agree... this casino needs to fade away into obscurity.

Hello, guys,

This is what happened to me today.

This casino group must be terminated.

[Live Chat]

Rachel: Thank you for the information , how may I assist you ?

coolsongss: Hello, I played with no deposit bonus of $140 and I finished the wagering requirement. What should I do to withdraw the maximum winnings of $100 ?

Rachel: Hi

Rachel: Allow me a few moments please to review your account.

coolsongss: Ok

Rachel: Im sorry for the inconvenience but only one welcome free bonus is allowed, even if you have completed the wagering requirement on this code you did use many consecutive free chips so far , this is against the rules, it voids all winnings unfortunately

Rachel: Each free code you get may only be used in between depoist, chip after chip is not allowed as per the rules

What the evil act of conduct !!!

Avoid this casino at all.

Hi guys, I got a promotion for free spins during certain games after I make a deposit. So I made some and requested winnings of around 400 and another time at around 300. Since I deposited money and didn't use free chips like others, does that mean I might have problems getting paid?

I played here and won a 18k random jackpot on Achilles slot. After winning the chat support popped up and said they had to verify ID and whatnot. I did what was asked and in 3 days account was verified. Then they told me the had to take money ($800 )away because after I won the jackpot I played some three card poker and that wasn't alowed. Well I won the Jackpot in Nov and didn't get all the money cashed out ( which ended up around12k from playing some more slots) until june . I got 2500 dollar checks every few months. After that I couldn't win more than 30 dollars a bonus game so I stopped playing. Not to mention the long drawn out process of withdrawals. Not a good casino group to play at if u want to cashout . I see things on facebook and tv saying to play at Silver Oak casino. Same group . Same bad process.

Well done BiggClay, your persistence paid off!!

But given just how hard they made you work and how long it took to get your winnings, this suggests that they are still not what you'd call a trustworthy casino. And with so many other casinos that do the right thing by their players ie pay them out within a reasonable time frame, we still suggest you steer clear of these folks. Save yourself the unnecessary grief!

It's September 19th 2014. I got my money!!

I was hesitant about all the stuff I read on the Internet about Silver Oak Casino. I played for the first time about a month ago and redeemed a coupon code and won $276.00. I than requested my withdrawals as a check form but, the live chat told me I wouldn't recieve my payment in check form it would be money gram due to it being under $300 (anything above $300 they will send as a check). I checked on it every 3 days with the live chat people. They told me it was still processing. One day, I get a call from the withdrawal department stating I would have to send in my documents (ID & Proof of resistdents with my name on it). I took a picture from my iPhone and sent it to the email they provided me with. I than waited 7 days and ask live chat did my documents get received and on their system. They told me they received it and my withdrawals were waiting to be confirmed. So, after 3 days I get an email stating the information I need to put on the money gram inorder to recieve my money. I filled out the MG with what Silver Oak Casino customer service provided me with and Walaa, I got my money!!
But trust me, I was very hesitate about doing it because of all the negative comments I read. Maybe, some of you didn't follow the directions when the casino states you have to deposit everytime after you redeem a coupon code. I never deposited, I was a first-time signup user and use the coupon code they gave me.
HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE STILL WONDERING!!!

Silver oak casino using real time gaming software and i have experience with this casino with all stages that can happen with this casino. By the time when i play in this casino i am of course have no idea that it is black listed brand and it is rogue casino and this is a reason why i have no idea that something bad can wait me in this casino. Silver oak casino allow to download software on personal computer and enjoy games without any slow processes while playing or something like this. After losing my no deposit bonus that i redeem without any problems i decide to get welcome bonus from this casino but my luck was very bad and i am was not able to win anything decent in this casino so after some time passed casino call me and offer big and good bonus with not big wagering i take this offer and was able to clear this deposit bonus and request payout. Casino ask my documents on second day and after this there was a week of silence i speak live chat and agent say that casino did not get my documents i become very angry and cancel my payout and lost it all. This is rogue casino and i hate it!

SIlver Oak ripped my friend off a few years ago, and I was spared the same fate because of the fact that I actually heard about this awful casino beforehand. I have to say that the casino itself looks fine from the outside, and we never would have expected that things would have been bad here.

Unfortunately my friend ended up depositing something like $100 and then ended up winning. She waited for a while to get her money... and waited.... and waited. That money never came, although several excuses did. First she needed to re-send the identity documents, then there was a hold up on the payment. The bottom line is that this casino is an absolute scam, and you would be foolish to deposit here.

Thank goodness for sites like Casino Listings that tell us to stay away from these bad casinos. I can't believe there are other sites out there who actually say that Silver Oak is good: IT'S NOT!

For the love of God, keep away from these crooks!

In fact, this is the terrible casino I ever dealt with.. My account is being blocked! The casino locked me out because I was told by an account manager of Silver Oak that their fraud department detected that my IP address was from New Mexico. That is incorrect! I have sent in my documents required to prove that wrong. I am a legitimate customer form California. I have done no fraud and Silver Oak online casino is treating me badly! I am questioning I have been denied and getting all these troubles is that because I have a winning of US $2700?? They have tried many ways to deny me.. for example, my credit card was denied because of unknown reason (and they couldn't tell me the reason because it was a third-party processor), I was not legitimate because my IP address showed up I was from New Mexico.. all sort of excuses! That took you time and energy to follow-up with them every day! Yet, they bounce the ball back and forth between account department and customer service.. one side is telling a story and another is different story. The couldn't sync up and just put that to their customer and hoping that you would give up! Stay away from this backlisted casino!

I played slots online January 15th for the first time with Silver Oak. I contacted my credit card company before hand to let them know the card would be used overseas and they noted that and said it was okay. I deposited $200 (two separate $100 deposits) with my Visa credit card and it was accepted. I hit a jackpot for about 37,000. I was told to send in verifying information to withdraw. On January 28th, I saw 2 debits of $100. I called and was told that my credit card was not accepted and that when that happens, the casino will just take it from the winnings (that was the two $100 debits I saw deducted from my winnings). I called a few days later and asked about my withdraws and was told my winnings were voided because my credit card didn't go through and to ask my credit card company why. I asked my credit card company and they told me on 3 different occasions that Silver Oak's 3rd party processors declined the charge.

I told Silver Oak and they have no explanation for any of this. They just blow me off. There are 2 people who work in their deposit department and on one day, a lady named Evelyn told me they will take it out my winnings. The next time I talked to her, she said I couldn't withdraw, my winnings were voided out of my account. There are no records of any account history when I log in. There rules state that if your first deposit is approved and you can make a second deposit and it's approved that you will be paid. They disregard all of their rules and hype people into gambling with them and don't follow their agreements. She said that it was accepted initially because it was in a large pool of payments needing to be verified but was not final.

I believe they use the 3rd party processors as an excuse not to pay especially when people win high amounts or they may just be completely fraudulent. They operate overseas and that way they aren't regulated by U.S. laws. They say whatever and do whatever they feel. They do not abide by their own terms and rules. They obviously do not accept Visa in my instance (hmmmmm)! Please everyone, stay away! I saved the thread showing my account records because I was suspicious to begin with. I have evidence they cannot dispute.

Slot Madness (owned by the same group) has been giving me the run around for several weeks on 3 payouts I have pending. I have contacted live chat and emailed the support staff to no avail. Do NOT use this casino. they offer sweet deals on deposits but you might as well play in "fun-Mode" and save your money as if you win you will probably not see a dime of it. I am totally frustrated. :'( :'( :'( :'( BTW my payouts are legit per the casino and have been APPROVED!!!Still no 🤑

I am awaiting my payout check via fed ex today. Im scared to death to take it to my bank because of the email sent by the accounting department at Silver oak.

In additional information, if you have a question regarding the checks, please do not ever call the number from the bank or the processor name on the check, kindle remind you we are a gaming site and must of the banks have restrictions, please do not we can jeopardize our business and yours.

Please keep in mind that once you receive the check it is to deposit ONLY, may NOT be endorsed under a third party name and this must be done within the first 30 days of the issuing date on the check.

Should you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact me back.

Once before I received a fraudulent check from another casino and took it to my bank and they refused to accept it. They kept the check and I left feeling really guilty for even gambling. I would like to know if anyone has received a check, deposited it and actually had the money paid to the bank. Please let me know.

Thanks in advance

I have been waiting since 15 May 2012 for a payout of a little over $500 that was approved and sent to the processors. They are telling me it was sent to the processors on 2 May 2012! Very Very frustrating. Not to mention I am going out of town for 19 days on vacation. Would have been nice to have that money. They are telling me there is nothing they can do about it!!!

I'm interested in hearing what they ended up proposing to you ccmorris99p?

daved2, thats the way they operate unfortunately. It is quite deliberate. If they delay enough people eventually some of them give up and forget about it, and others go on tilt and reverse the withdrawal then lose their winnings. Sadly it seems that these tactics are profitable as the owner of this place has been doing it for the best part of a decade now.

I made 5 withdraws from silver oak two months ago and have only been paid 3 of the five in two months, now they say they are escalating my withdraw which they did on all the other withdraws too! It seems they do not ack on your withdraws unless you constanly bother them to do so. I am still waiting for a withdraw that was approved on the 2nd of this month which has not been processed yet and another withdraw that I made on the 4th of april was approved on the 15th of may and that withdraw will probably not be processed until late next month sometime. So from these experiances with this rogue casino don't play there period! they process your deposits right away and seems like they wait until someone or alot of people deposit a million or so then they decide to pay some people and the others get put aside until they get more money from new players that don't know about them not paying when they say they will. This casino is just not worth playing with all the hasstle and waiting you have to do to get paid, if you get paid.

well do you think it is safe to send them copies of my card, the agreement i have to sign says " i authorize silver oak to draft this card and charge my card and i authorize all purchases made on my silver oak acount ... and i agree this payment is final and irreversable" that just scares me!

I don't trust them!! If you played no-allowed games, i'm sure they will not pay and maybe they will refund your deposit, idk. However, the decision is yours and, yes, 40K is a lot of money. I had 2 denied withdrawals from Cirrus because i played blackjack with a slots coupons and the amounts were very low. So, even if this casino was a decent casino, which is NOT!, i believe they will not pay you the 40K.

The best thing to do in realtime gaming casino's is never except a bonus, unless you just want to explore and get use to their games otherwise stay away from bonuses you will never win anything + the max you can withdraw on a bonus in most of them is $100 no matter how much you win.

You made the right choice dear, I made three deposits to this casino silver oak and tripped the automatic or random jackpot on a scratch card game. I won $5000 in this casino ( I never use bonuses) and it took 2 weeks to approve one withdraw that was a 2weeks ago and still hasn't been processed for payment. Since you can only withdraw $2500 max I had to make four withdraws and they say 4 to 7 days to approve, well thats bullshit. They changed the rules on me, my other 3 withdraws will not be approved until the first one is sent: who knows how long that will take and the other ones will be approved 1 at a time after each one is sent, if they are sent so I am looking at atleast 2 months to be paid, if I get paid. So who the hell wants to play in a casino that pays once a month no matter how much you win?🤷 But one thing for sure I will reword this post if I am paid and give them a + for atleast paying me.Their rules on withdraws says 4 to 7 days to approve and 3 of my withdraws I made on 2 apr 3 apr and 4 apr are still sitting waiting to be approved, so they are not abiding by their set guide lines. I played in cherry gold and got paid in a week for a royal flush, and desert nights is very good. I hit a royal in there on my first deposit and they called me on the phone couple hours after my withdraw to confirm all my info so they can pay me in a week, now thats pretty good for realtime gaming casino's. Microgaming was one day but they are all gone for US players.

I don't believe you will ever see a coin from this casino even if you played by their rules, the rules of thieves. Just be more careful when depositing on an online casino. You will find some very trustful casinos on this site. Check the casinos reviews http://www.casinolistings.com/casinos

Great to hear you received your money yoyo420. Its sad that a 3 week wait for payment is seen as acceptable though. We can only hope the USA regulates the industry sooner rather than later so you have the opportunity to play at casinos that will pay you the next day!

I recently joined this casino, after losing a couple deposits, I recievede an email with a special bonus code requiring only 100% playthrough, I won 1500 and decided to play down to 100 to use the playthrough. I requested a withdraw, and after filling out all of the applications, was confirmed I was ready to withdraw. I requested 1000$ o/e payment. The rules state there is a 7-10 business day period upon request to be confirmed by accounting, then 7 more business days for them to send the check. After 7 days accounting approved my FULL 1000 dollars. I am now at day three to be sent to processing from that day. I will update you again when my check has been sent and when it has been recieved and cashed. I guess all I can say is read the fine print VERY carefully on all bonuses and free chips. Every free chip states maximum withdraw is no more than the chip. I actually like this site so far. I haven't won anything on any others, so don't know how fast they are to withdraw. I was very careful not to break any rules, maybe this helped my cause??? But anyway, Ill keep everyone posted!

Thanks for the feedback Porcinculo and congratulations on the huge win. Unfortunately being in the USA you have to put up with this sort of slow payment. Many bigger casinos in Europe would have paid you the whole lot in one go. I hope it all comes through to you in the end.

Ugh...I have been playing at this casino for at least 10 months, never made a single withdrawl, came close but not even once. A few months ago I had surgery but had made several deposits in a row without using any free chips. After being out of work a little while and broke they would not let me redeem any free chips. Gave me one excuse after another such as they were expired or I was not directly from the affiliate. I sent several emails and got no response. They lost me a while ago and after reading this page I feel sure I made the right choice! :'( :'( :'( :'(

First up, sorry you have had this experience. ID verification is very common to online casinos, because they need to ensure people aren't running multiple accounts or doing anything dodgy. Some players like to have the casino verify their ID before they deposit at a casino so there can be no delays later if/when they win. If you prefer that, you just need to ask your casino if they will do it and most will.

The casino is right in that it is common to restrict bonus play to certain games. Almost all online casinos do it. However...

Quote:

downdraft: why didnt your system say "Not Allowed" like a "IP address wasrning, you just let people gamble them ripp them off.

I agree with this. If a game is not allowed the software should block you from playing it. This would be simple to implement technically. I have been saying it for years, but hardly any casinos do it (from memory maybe 3Dice and Party Casino are the only ones I know of to do it). The cynic in me thinks this may be because it helps them in times like these. But to be fair, this is a problem common to all casinos that use the same RTG software, even the good ones, and not just Silver Oak.

Quote:

Sean: When you are working, does your plain tell you constantly not to shot people with a gun?
Sean: You know for a fact because it's the law. You can't people
Sean: Or you go to prison

Missing words and mangled English aside, what has shooting someone got to do with playing restricted games on a bonus? If he is trying to say that people knowing they can't shoot other people is just as commonly known as the wagering restrictions on a casino bonus, then he is an idiot. If he isn't saying that, he still sounds like an idiot.

Did you actually receive the refund?

Silver Oaks Casino is a complete Ripp Off...!! They will never pay you. Here is my story and Live Chat messages after I tried to get my 1000.00 winnings,

A site operator will be with you momentarily.
Hi! Thank you for using our LiveChat Service. This is 'Sean'. Please verify your Email and Phone Number so that I can assist you.
downdraft: hello Sean
downdraft: can you help me now?
downdraft: [email protected]
downdraft: xxxxxxxxxxx
Sean: Thank you for verifying the information. What can I do for you?
downdraft: Can you tell me when my check will be mailed to me?
downdraft: still here??
Sean: I am here, yes
Sean: Please hold while I check your account, thank you for your patience!
downdraft: ok
Sean: You have not send the required paperwork
Sean: Your withdrawal will not be approved if you do not complete the following
downdraft: what paperwork do you need?
Sean: Due to security measures our Casino requests that all players send the following documentation:
Sean: Copy of an Identification (Driver's License or Passport)
Sean: A signed Certification Form for all the Credit/Debit Cards used including a copy of those cards (Click on the Link)
Sean: And a utility bill.
Sean: hxxp://www.silveroakcasino.com/FaxbackForm_SilverOak.doc
Sean: Please read the above message
downdraft: why do you make it so difficuly to get my money?
downdraft: you take my money so easy?
Sean: We don't take your money so easy
downdraft: what is another way to get my money easier?
Sean: We have a third party that collects the deposits
Sean: And second and most important
Sean: This is a standard procedure in any casino
Sean: Is for your security, otherwise anyone can steal a credit card and use the money to play here
downdraft: i was told last night that my process was in the works, no mention of paperwork?
downdraft: ok
downdraft: so copy of drivers license?
downdraft: utility bill?
downdraft: thats it?
Sean: A signed Certification Form for all the Credit/Debit Cards used including a copy of those cards (Click on the Link)
Sean: [17:39:11] Sean: hxxp://www.silveroakcasino.com/FaxbackForm_SilverOak.doc
Sean: Please click on the link
Sean: Please Click here:
Sean: hxxp://www.silveroakcasino.com/FaxbackForm_SilverOak.doc
downdraft: you already took my money without the form?
downdraft: when I won, why do you need the form to pay my winnings?
downdraft: a little backwards..
downdraft: seems you would have someone fill this stuff out before the first transaction?
downdraft: each time I play if I win, I have to go through this moneky motion?
Sean: Internet fraud prevention is not backwards
Sean: This is standard everywhere in the world
downdraft: the point is you toom my deposit without a form
downdraft: now to pay me you make much procedues
downdraft: took
Sean: We might be able to take the money, but in order to cash out the person must prove identity, residency and ownership of the card
downdraft: ok, after I fax you this stuff, how is the fastest way for you to pay me?
downdraft: wire?
Sean: You only have 2 options
downdraft: well?
Sean: From $100 to $299 you will get it via money gram or western union
Sean: $300 or more goes back via check through fedex
downdraft: can you mail my check to me in Saipan?
Sean: What is Saipan?
Sean: Your checks will be mailed to your billing address
downdraft: Saipan is a US territory next to Guam, I am a Airline pilot and live there
Sean: You mean near Japan?
downdraft: no, near guam
Sean: I have a Florida address
Sean: Well yes, is 2000 km away from Japan
Sean: That's closer to Japan than to the U.S
downdraft: I also have an apartment in Florida but wont be there for awhile, need my check sent to Saipan
Sean: Anyway, we have a FL address
Sean: I'm afraid that won't be possible
downdraft: Saipan address does not work on you site..
downdraft: my billing address for the card I used is Florida
Sean: Yes, of course, and that is the address that works for payments too
downdraft: I have Utility, drivers license from saipan too
downdraft: How long will it take for you to mail my check once I fax you this stuff?
Sean: There's the matter that we can't send a check to Saipan
Sean: We are trying to find the best option for you
downdraft: it is a hassle but you can send it to Florida, how long?
Sean: There's also a problem with the games you played
downdraft: whats the problem?
Sean: You were using a coupon code for slots and keno only
Sean: When you take a coupon that specifically says Slots and Keno only, those are the only games you can play
Sean: No other games allowed
downdraft: you only gave me 200, I spent a total of credits of 1400
downdraft: or more..
Sean: When you take a slots and keno only coupon, you are able to play slots and keno only
Sean: No other games are allowed
downdraft: so what is my check for?
Sean: And if you play any other games, you will forfeit your winnings
downdraft: You guys are all over the net as crooks
downdraft: I will go ahead and start my own special website for you
downdraft: You guys are a ripp off
Sean: Sure
downdraft: so, how much are my winnings?
Sean: You did not have any winnings
Sean: Because you played games that were not allowed
Sean: I'm afraid that the coupon is a slots and keno only
downdraft: so why did you take my 1000.00 balance?
Sean: I explained several times
Sean: When you take a bonus for slots and keno only, and you play all the games you played, which are not included
Sean: For example, BlackJack, is not included in Slots and keno only
Sean: Baccarat is not even allowed when playing with a bonus code
Sean: Craps is not even allowed when playing with a bonus code
Sean: Video Poker is also not considered slots or keno
Sean: I believe you forgot to read our casino rules
downdraft: why didnt your system say "Not Allowed" like a "IP address wasrning, you just let people gamble them ripp them off. It doesnt matter if you win, you guys never pay..
downdraft: you should take a moment and read some of you reviews on the net..
Sean: When you are working, does your plain tell you constantly not to shot people with a gun?
Sean: You know for a fact because it's the law. You can't people
Sean: Or you go to prison
downdraft: Silver Oak will not payout winnings Posted: 12th November 2009, 10:27 AM by mb1443 I received a free $250 voucher to try out their casino and won just under $12,000 and at first was told the requirements for cash out was that i had to of wagered more than $7,500 before i could cash out so i ended up wagering over $10,000 and still had about $11,500 in my account. sent documents they said were required for withdraw and waited 3 days still couldn't make a withdraw so i called and was told the must i would be able to cash out was 5 times the original voucher so $1,250 and that my documents were still being processed and to call back. so i went back to the casino and lost all of the money won except for the $1250 I was told i would be allowed to cash out. I call back the next day and i am told that they will not pay and they are going to put my account to a zero balance, because i played 9 rounds of roulette out of the thousands wagered and hours of playing they said they would not pay over 9 rounds of roulette. dont ask me what the problem is with playing roulette it is not where any of the money was won if anything i lost money there. This casino is a COMPLETE rip off and i urge you to avoid this place and play at reputable casino's because this one is NOT. Don't play at Silver Oaks if you like to win because even if you do they WILL NOT PAY
Sean: But in real life you won't be getting a pop-up message
downdraft: read this
Sean: I don't need to read that sir
downdraft: look, I am an airline pilot, not an idiot
Sean: That will not change the fact that you played non-allowed games
Sean: You did not read the casino rules
downdraft: how can 100's of people say the same thing??
Sean : you took a bonus that is clearly labeled slots and keno only
Sean : and played other games

Oct 7th and have still not received my cashout requested Sept 1st. I was told the processor would not send the bank wire I asked for so a check had to be mailed instead. They said this was sent Wednesday Oct 5th. My bonus codes are still disabled. They do not seem to care that I am no longer depositing.

I have been playing at Silver Oak for about 9 months using the 200% no playthrough no max cashout slot bonuses. Cashed out $2500 in July (took 3 weeks to get my wire transfer after they deducted the bonus amount from my winnings) and another $2500 Sept 1st (approved but not received yet) . I tried to redeem another 200% bonus code last night and it was declined. I went to live chat and was told "the Casino manager decided that you no longer needed the no playthrough no max cashout bonus that was meant for players to get something back." I asked him to show me where the bonus stated that anyone who wins cannot use it and he said "It's a managers decision and I cannot change it" I was transfered to the VIP Department and spoke to a very friendly and helpful rep Isabelle. She stated that the manger gets a list of payouts and can disable certain bonuses (no playthrough requirements / no max cashout) Perhaps they will reconsider after they notice that I am no longer playing.

Interesting and thanks for the tip gambitlee. Those progressives are RTG pooled progressives so our software just assumes that if a casino is RTG they must have them. But after looking at their site it seems they must be running their own progressives (and trust me they aren't ones you would want to win... you would probably wait 25 years to be paid in full, if at all). We'll have to update it so that they don't show for these guys.

I am new here but loving this site. I have had to deal with all the madness of Silveroak as well, and I have learned my lesson, but the one thing that I cannot get over is the fact that they DO NOT have those progressives on their site that are listed on the home page and this page. Jackpot Pinatas/Shopping Sprees/Jackpot Cleopatras Gold , etc....they are not part of the casino software you download from Silveroak. After being told by a worthless rep that I installed my software incorrectly (is that possible even?) and that was why they were missing, I actually forced him to check and when he finally came back , his response " I'll notify my manager" and he disconnected. Good Times!

Stay as far away fromt his casino and any affiliated casino. Mike, who works at the casino as a supervisor, just explained to me that money i just won, a total of 3200.00 dollars, is not actually my money. This is the most bogus casino Stay away. They decide when you win and when you lose and I lost. Stay away its a scam, 100%. Their customer support barely speaks English and the supervisors hang up the phone.

My account said i had $3,200.00 and I went to withdrew my money. and they zeroed it out,
SILVER OAKS CASINO IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY DON”T TRUST SILVER OAKS CASINO.

Mike, who hangs up because you stumped him, caught in his own lie. This is the true side of the business, scam the winners.

I punched in a code and started playing the correct slot game that the code said to play, it only became a problem when i wanted money.

I recently won $1000. and requested a payout. Filled out fax back form and sent it out, then told I needed to send an email for each attachment as it was too "heavy" for their servers, which I only found out after contacting them. Did this twice. After 2 weeks no money and no contact from them on what is happening. Do Not Play Here. Everything listed above is true.

Hi yadi79, I am glad you got your money but you would be far better off playing at any of the Club World casinos (Club USA, Aladdin's Gold, Lucky Red etc), Slots Plus or iNetBet. All have exactly the same games as Silver Oak but they won't make you wait 1 month to get paid which is just ridiculous.

Hi! Just wanted to share my story... I redeemed a $50 free chip with a max cashout of $500 and after playing, requesting my winnings, and reading all the posts on this casino I was sure I would never be getting paid however, after about 1 month of waiting I got a check via Fed-Ex. I couldn't believe it but they paid me after verifying all playthrough requirements had been met. Since then I've deposited but have had no luck winning but if I do, I will definitely post that experience as well.

I agree, I have suggested they fix their systems so that any money above the maximum amount is only removed from your account when you make a withdrawal, not before. It seems bizarre to me that the only thing stopping you from getting your winnings was not making a withdrawal in between. Its blatantly denying your money on a technicality.

Received this reply to our enquiries from Nick at Silver Oak (emphasis added by me):

Quote:

The rules say that $150 is the max cash out for this particular free chip.

So payout cannot be beyond $150 if he is continuously playing which the
player did. Yes he could have requested the withdrawal and deposited it back, then he would be eligible for the whole 9k.

Bottom line is until the player makes a deposit he is makes a deposit he is
only eligible for what the rule says for the free chip.

Chat log continues as followed:

A site operator will be with you momentarily. Please be reminded, in order to ensure your future deposits and withdrawals are processed efficiently, it is very important to verify that we have your current personal information updated in our system along with any documentation necessary for withdrawals. Thank you for your cooperation.
Thank you for using our LiveChat Service. This is 'Amanda'. How can I help you?
Amanda: Hello, Welcome to Silver Oak Casino!
Brandon Germain: hello Amanda,
Brandon Germain: a recent cashout request was declined and the amount was removed
Brandon Germain: can you provide information regarding this?
Brandon Germain: hello?
Amanda: im here
Amanda: sorry
Amanda: may i have the username please?
Brandon Germain: bgermain
Brandon Germain: I would like some understanding and explanation regarding the current status of my account
Brandon Germain: Basically, here is my end of the story:
Brandon Germain: If you can see the no deposit coupon was redeemed and played, the playthrough had completed and the excess funds removed
Brandon Germain: 1/3/2010 4:24:21 PM Coupon Reversal Withdrawal Approved! ($5,316.71) 1/3/2010 4:24:21 PM Coupon Reversal Withdrawal Requested ($5,316.71) 1/3/2010 3:55:04 PM Coupon 'NODEPOSIT150 ' redeemed $150.00
Brandon Germain: At this point, I have cleared the playthrough and the amount was awarded as cash credit (no longer in a bonus status)
Brandon Germain: I continue to play and was very lucky to have won what I did.
Brandon Germain: I can understand if the excess was removed before playthrough was completed as the maximum coupon yield was 150$. However at the point the excess funds were removed, the coupon had resolved.
Amanda: One more moment. I apologize for the wait.
Please wait while I transfer the chat to 'Danny'.
Thank you for using our LiveChat Service. This is 'Danny'. How can I help you?
Brandon Germain: Hey Danny
Danny: hello
Brandon Germain: has the previous transcript been transferred to you?
Brandon Germain: I was forwarded by Amanda.
Danny: allow me to catch up with the chat
Danny: be right with you
Brandon Germain: excellent.
Brandon Germain: take your time please
Danny: you have ($150.00) approved today
Danny: in about 7 business days it will be sent out
Danny: that is the max cash out on the free chip
Brandon Germain: I understand that, isn't that what this transaction represents though?
Brandon Germain: 1/3/2010 4:24:21 PM Coupon Reversal Withdrawal Approved! ($5,316.71) 1/3/2010 4:24:21 PM Coupon Reversal Withdrawal Requested ($5,316.71)
Brandon Germain: the coupon itself was reduced to 150, and the balance was transferred from bonus into cash.
Brandon Germain: it was at that point I continued to play and was very lucky enough to continue my winnings.
Danny: yes Coupon Reversal It means that the playthrough amount is completed, leaving you with the cash able amount from the free chip you used.
Danny: which is $150 we denied and kept every single penny
Danny: and we only send you $150
Danny: Is there anything else that I can help you with?
Brandon Germain: right I understand that
Brandon Germain: so I was left with the cashable amount - please do not misunderstand
Brandon Germain: I'm simply trying to understand
Brandon Germain: there's also the other transaction after that coupon reversal
Brandon Germain: 1/12/2010 12:51:45 PM Promo Credit Withdrawal Approved! ($9,150.00) 1/12/2010 12:51:45 PM Promo Credit Withdrawal Requested ($9,150.00)
Brandon Germain: this happened after the coupon reversal, after playing with the remaining cashable portion
Danny: yes that's right all happen as it should
Danny: your just making more complicated
Danny: forget everything and only focus on $150
Danny: understood ?
Brandon Germain: I do understand - so what you are saying is that, after coupon reversal happens, the amount leftover can only be withdrawn and cannot be played with?
Danny: yes
Danny: 10 business days from the 12th your $150 should be sent out
Danny: any other questions ?

Danny: Have fun and good luck!

Oh, no problem with waiting.

But RTG has such a foul reputation, I would love to see what happens!
It's such a wonderful, improbable circumstance that will shed a LOT of light on the online community 🙂

Please do keep us informed. As it says in the review we are a little wary of this casino so it would be good to hear some confirmed feedback one way or the other. Note their maximum withdrawal of $2500 per week, so if they do pay you as they should you will probably have to wait 4 weeks to get it all.

1/3/2010

I registered today with a 150$ no deposit free chip on Silver Oaks.
While playing, I triggered a Random Jackpot for over 4k$ with my remaining playthrough at about 3.6k

So I say to myself, OK - lets bet 100$ a spin to resolve the remaining playthrough since it doesn't matter much anyways.
Now, the thing with the bonus coupons today is that when you beat the playthrough, the excess amount is withdrawn
to the maximum alotted. The money moves from a bonus state into a cash state.

Well, due to the lag in the transaction process and my excited spinnage, the bonus money removed itself, and my balance was 150$
as I clicked the 100$ bet spin button again.

NOOOOOO, but then, wait?!? I triggered the feature!!

Total win is approximately 9,000$!! How exciting 😂

So I check out the transaction history and low and behold, the automatic withdrawal for the extra
bonus money did in fact happen (it was some -5,000 adjustment abouts.)

Now, my account has about 9,300 USD in it and I have submitted my faxback forms.

~ Based on the occurance of events, I should be entitled to the full amount! The question lies in the payout process ~

I will be posting updates as they come in!
