Review of Sierra Star Casino

Powered by Playtech software, Sierra Star Casino was once considered a decent if unspectacular online casino. However in 2009 the parent company was caught not paying bills to affiliate marketers, and incidences of player complaints and tales of denied winnings increased markedly. We recommend you do not play at this rogue casino.

Blacklisted due to player and affiliate complaints

In early 2009, players and affiliate marketers began to complain about slow or non existent payments from Sierra Star's parent company Teller Processing Ltd (Cyprus) - also owners of Royal Dice and Giant Vegas casinos. The common theme was the total silence from the casino - no complaints were addressed, and eventually payments to affiliate marketers were cut off completely without an explanation. Likewise, disputes with players over confiscated winnings are met with deaf ears.

Not only that, but the casino employs the familiar Playtech withdrawal policy of a maximum payment of $10,000 per month - progressives included. Were you to win a multi-million dollar jackpot here you could be waiting decades to be paid the full amount, assuming you are paid at all.

Avoid this casino and others in the same group - the apple is rotten from the inside.

Warning! This casino is blacklisted and should be avoided.

Sierra star casino is one more blacklisted playtech casino, and looks like it is this group of casinos, who steal more than million dollars from lady, she won jackpot, and casino scammed her. Terrible story, and it is of course not pleasure to read it once again for sierra star casino, also taking fact that i played in this casino. By the way i had one withdrawal from this casino, and it is proven for me as 'longest playtech casino withdrawal'.
+ Software. Yes, at least with this point there is no any trouble for me, i used download application created by playtech, and this one worked perfectly for me, so i did not have any problems with software and gameplay at this casino.
And that is all, i did not find anything else great or good in this casino.
- Live chat. I have more than 20 times chatting with CS, asking about my withdrawal. Every day they told me that WD will be processed tommorow. It took 15 days to get paid. Awful.
- Withdrawals. Verification took 6 days, and 9 days more to pay on skrill 150$. Big amount?
Final mark.
I have only bad experience with this casino, only software working good here.

Sierra star casino it is one more playtech casino that really rogue and in that you not need to play if you not need to have big problems or if you not need to get not fair service and see how some bad people steal your money without a chance for you to recover your money. I played in this casino it is really bad for me because i feed bad people with money but at least i do this only one time and my deposit was not very big so i think they not earn a lot of money from me. Only one good thing can be said about this casino it is that casino allow to download software on personal computer and enjoy games without lags. But everything else here in my experience is bad here like other sister casino live chat here is really terrible live chat agents looks unprofessional and actually did not offer any help and if you lucky to met live chat agent support in live chat most likely this agent will not be able to help you and answer on your question. Of course you not need to play in this casino or any other black listed casino there is much more better playtech casinos check my other reviews.

Sierra star casino is powered by playtech, and it is sister site of royal dice and giant vegas, all three this 3 playtech casinos is rogued here, on casinolistings, also this casinos rogued at other few websites, but some of affiliates still sure that this is great and decent brands, and players money is safe on this casinos.
I played at sierra vegas casino yesterday, i was able to get no deposit bonus from them, which was 20$, so decide to try this casino without my money, of course i will not deposit my own money in such rogued casino. I download casino and registered, but there was no bonus on my account, and i just contact live chat, and they add bonus for me. That was really like time, because i was able to win 300$ and clear bonus, support told me that max. withdrawal is 150$ and to withdraw i need to deposit 50$ before requesting withdrawal. I just think a bit, and since this casino rogued, i decide just close my account and does not try their withdrawals, because most likely i will not see my 50$ deposit back, and i am happy with what i had, no way for them to take my 50$.
This is rogue casino, and casinolistings describes why. I think this is enough to stay away from this casino and does not touch it.
