Review of RingMaster Casino
Ringmaster Casino is a circus of sorts, or perhaps it should be more accurately described as a freak show. The casino is run by the predatory Virtual Casino Group, an operator responsible for heinous casinos such as Cool Cat Casino, Palace of Chance, and a multitude of other dodgy sites that we have blacklisted over the years. I dare say that depositing your money at this casino is akin to placing your head in a lion's mouth.
Warning - slow payments, criminal operator
Ringmaster Casino is run by an operator we know as
the Virtual Casino Group. It has a long and shameful history of preying on and ripping off players through its various casinos for well over a decade now. One of its owners served jail time in the United States for fraud in the 1990s before apparently moving to
Costa Rica to set up this scam enterprise that thrives to this day. Don't get fooled folks, avoid this casino like the plague.
Software and game selection
Like every other site out there run by the Virtual Casino Group, Ringmaster offers games from Realtime Gaming (RTG). The games are available through both a downloadable piece of software as well as an instant play browser based. The group also supports mobile play, so you can have the wonderful opportunity of getting ripped off while you're on the go.
The software itself isn't the issue at Ringmaster, as there are a lot of RTG casinos out there that are legitimate and good, but this is certainly not one of those spots. The games are standard RTG fare and include slots, table games, video poker machines, and assorted keno and parlour game titles.
Banking and customer support
In theory, the banking system at Ringmaster Casino should be decent, as the site accepts credit cards, eWallets, and Bitcoin. In practice, the banking system doesn't mean anything because your payouts from the site will be delayed or outright denied by the shoddy management. Said management, convicted and jailed fraudster included, have been at it for over a decade and if I'd earned a dollar for every time I'd seen a complaint about one of their casinos I'd probably be lounging on a hammock in the Bahamas rather than writing casino reviews. The bottom line here is that you can have all the options in the world, but if you don't actually pay your winning customers, it doesn't matter.
Customer support is available for you to vent your frustration at, and they are adept at giving you countless excuses as to why your withdrawal has been delayed, your identification documents need to be sent in again for the third time, or your rightful winnings have been forfeited. This may not be their fault per se, though you have to question the ethical character of anyone willing to work at a place where they know they are ripping people off, but the fact that they can't help you is very frustrating.
Security, fairness, and responsible gaming
Ringmaster Casino is set up using industry standard SSL encryption that protects player information while in transit. This is actually a good feature as it means no outside parties will hijack your information while it is in transit across the web, though I am not sure that trusting this casino's management with that information is any less risky.
This casino should be regarded as unlicensed for all intents and purposes. In years gone by the entire group was run out of Costa Rica under a standard business license that any business operating in the country is able to get. In other words, it is as difficult to get one of these licenses to run a casino as it is to get one to open a shoe shop or a toilet cleaning business. Wherever they are located now, you can be sure of one thing: they are completely unregulated and there is no-one keeping an eye on their operational conduct.
In what will come as no shock to anyone that has read this far, the casino doesn't publish any information about the fairness of its games. It does not disclose the theoretical payout rates for its games, nor does it report historical payout percentages either. The casino also doesn't have any information or controls related to responsible gaming, and I wouldn't put it past this group to prey on those susceptible to problem gambling if they could.
Conclusion
Ringmaster Casino is about as bad as a casino can get. At first glance the site looks nice and is secure, which is a shame, as it can trick players into thinking it's a legitimate place to play. This couldn't be any further from the truth though, and now that you know the truth behind this casino I'm sure you will agree when I say that you would be mad to play there.

Typical Twink, I am sorry to hear about your troubles with them, and just hope that your deposit was not too big.
I think that this kind of scam is unheard. This is really a new scam technique of this criminals.
Ringmaster Casino had a promotion they call “free for all” which promises the non depositing player a gift card reward for reaching a balance of $20000, 50000, and 125000 using only the promo codes sent daily to the players email. I reached the required balance and upon trying to claim said gift card, came to find that the withdraw page only allows $2500 at a time. I contacted customer support and was told to submit the request as many times as necessary to equal the requirement for the gift card. I did and waited 3 days with no response. I contacted customer support Again only to be told I must submit verification documents. I did and never heard back. Upon contacting customer support a third time I was told the promotion is just a system error and thy have no gift cards to give. This promo is listed in the terms and conditions And in the faqs. I do not recommend this casino to anyone.
