Let me say straight off that "visually speaking" Players Only has one of the most awesome looking online casino websites in the business. Their realistic looking animations do a great job of putting you in the shoes of a player as he strolls around the casino floor, almost always running into a stunning model who serves him a drink or cigar. Yes, this site is unashamedly targeted squarely at the male members of our population (just visit the cashier to see what I mean).

Limited and slow banking options

The deposit options available at Players Only are limited - you have a choice of credit card or cash transfer, and Western Union transfers. Likewise, Players Only has only two withdrawal options - direct to a US bank checking account using eCheck, or a cashier's check sent by mail.

In addition, as you can see in the comments section below we have received several complaints about slow payments, delays and generally poor service. It is owned by a company, Domain Holdings Ltd, which has earned a very poor reputation running a number of sportsbooks and casinos. We recommend giving Players Only a miss.

A Variety of Betting Options and No Downloads

Players Only has been online in one form or another since 1997, and their site has grown to encompass a Sportsbook, Horse Racing and online Poker in addition to the online casino. All games at the casino can be played inside a browser window, so there is no software to download and install, and you can play on a Mac too.

This casino is geared toward smaller bets. Once bets increase to over 25.00, the software changes dramatically and the house wins repeatedly. It is apparent that the software swings into the house's favor for large bettors.

this is the WORST gambling site ever!!!!!!!!! when you play poker, the bad beats are unbelievable, the terrible players and worst cards always win, the site itself is a fraud!!!!!! ive been trying to withdraw my money for $1,200 for almost 5 months now, the kept telling me some BS story about the processors this and that, but other peoplei knew were getting their checks, and now that finally my check was being processed they suspended my account for a bogus reason, and canceled my withdrawl after 5 months of waiting, then they acctivated it again, and now i cant log on from any computer to withdraw again theres a bug in it or something, and when I call them they don't help with anything BULLLLLLLLSHYTTTTTTT SITE!!!! They should get sued and shut down!!!!!!!!!!! SHUT PLAYERS ONLY DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Playersonly sucks I have made 14k on this site and will never see a dollar. I have been waiting for over 5 months for a damn check and it seems it will never come this site is absolutely corrupt and needs to be shutdown. I contact them everyday and they tell me check is coming this week. Someone please help. Thanks

Alright well over these last week I got some things figured out. The reason my bankroll was gone was because I tried dumping a couple thousand to myself on cake because their cashouts are very quick. However I got caught doing this and they suspended my account after calling support they reinstated it. I am currently still waiting for my check which was a bad batch I guess and is lost somewhere. On November 3rd I cashed out using Use my wallet and I have still not receive money in my account yet. All these problems I am told are due to their processors and they've been telling me their are many procedures to getting this money to the US. I keep you updated.

The comment from the casino about payment processors is true. Lately we've had a few reports from US players across a variety of casinos about receiving bounced cheques - even from rock solid stable casino groups that always pay on time. The reason is that they must use payment processors that skirt the edges of the UIGEA law to pay their players. Sometimes these processors are shut down within a couple of weeks, which is why the players receive bad cheques. The casinos are then forced to reissue a new cheque through a different payment processor. This sort of hassle may be part of the reason that many of the microgaming casinos have decided to pull out of the US market this week. Hopefully some sanity will prevail with regards the legal situation after the election of a new government, but I think they probably have much bigger fish to fry at the moment.

alright well the use of use my wallet method seems to be the best way to cashout right now. I cashed out via UMW on November 3rd and it hit my UMW account on the 12th so only 9 days. Then from UMW to my bank account only took 28 hrs I couldnt believe it. Use my wallet is definately the way to go. To receive this cashout method you have to be invited so Email support. I think you have to have deposited at least $500 and have been a member for over 3 months but im not sure. Today the 14th I put another withdrawal using UMW of 7k so ill keep you updated on how this one turns out. My check still has not come but they keep reassuring me that there doing everything in their power to fix this situation.

Wow, i am surprised to see players only as rogue one. Are you sure CL? Or probably it is a bit outdated.
I never test out their casino, which powered by real time gaming games and few others. But i played a bit their sportsbook, and also played at their poker client. I never experience problems with their support, and also all my withdrawals was paid within 4 days, but that was few years ago, and probably the things go bad after this, since i never tried them again.
*after googling a bit*, yeah, i see on poker forums that this guys now awful, and withdraw with high problems and a lot of headache. This is really shame and really bad, because in past i had good and positive experience with them, and this is always a bit painful when good brand in past becoming so bad. Probably the thing is that this is a very hard road to accept players from USA, and sooner or later casinos start experience troubles with USA market, and therefore there coming problems, but why other reputalbes have no any problems, even accepting usa? I do not know...
Good brand in past, but now rogued of course, shame, and sick, but nothing to do here, only avoid this casino.

Players only casino have games from betsoft and real time gaming casino and i open account with this people because i have no deposit bonus in this casino that was offered to me by affiliate. I before start playing was google and see that casino not very good and some players have troubles so from begin i decide that i will not make my own deposit in this casino and only try to clear no deposit bonus. I was lucker this day and after few hours of playing with not big bets i clear wagering requirements that was more that 2.000 and was able to clear my bonus. I contact live chat but no one appears to help me so i send email to support asking how i can redeem my no deposit bonus. After few days passed i did not get any reply so i open live chat and ask what i should do. Live chat agent finally appear and say that i need to deposit 50$ verification deposit. And of course i decide not make such big deposit to not very fair casino what this is a shit make 50$ verify deposit? To verify that i am idiot and can give them money for nothing?! No way stay away from this casino most likely it is just scam casino.

Players only casino have instant play version of betsoft and real time gaming software, and this is casino that cheated me with money and still my winnings, that luckily was not too big, but it is still was very bad experience. You can see only two pluses from me for this casino, but this pluses is weak, while minuses is really strong.
+ Software. Betsoft and RTG games working good, and loading was also fast, so in short, i did not have any troubles with gameplay at this casino.
+ Bonuses. Bonuses is good at this casino, but i think this is their special rogue tactic, to give good bonuses , and after this did not pay winnings.
And two big minuses for this casino.
- Customer support is a jokers. I have trouble with payout, after they locked my account without any reasons and say that this is security decision. I tried to get help, but they simply ignore my email, and stop live chat when i tried to open and start speak.
- Withdrawals. Like i said, my 150$ win was not paid to me and casino just lock my account without any reason. It is just cheating, i was very angry and send lot of email but in the end i did not get anything and casino just not reply to me.
Final mark.
Stupid cheaters.

I was really hoping that I wouldn't find that Players Only showed up as blacklisted. I have a pending withdrawal of nearly $5000. I was so happy to win and was counting on this money to pay down some of my debts. I questioned their withdrawal policies and the stated time frames. Here is my review: The casino is awesome. A super variety of games. I had very few glitches when making deposits, (I have made quite a few). My last withdrawal for $500 went smoothly. That went ok so I had more confidence in the casino. In addition, they have a 3 deposit limit per day & I felt as though this was in some ways a safeguard for the players. A bit naive, huh?

I played some no limit hold-em, a couple varieties of black jack (but primarily a classic version of simple bj), some other table games, like Free Ride, and I played the slots. In fact, the source of my recent winnings was a series of 5 or 6 twenty line slots.

Now for my latest withdrawal attempt: I had the machine up to about $8000 and then it stopped hitting. So I stopped and went straight to the withdrawal page. I chose the direct deposit (into my bank account) option which has a $5000 limit. The stated turn around time is 2 to 4 weeks. On February 10th I withdrew $4700. At five weeks I checked on the status of my withdrawal. A window opened and I clicked "Cancel" to leave that window. I was shocked to discover I hadn't simply closed the window but canceled my withdrawal. It was immediately back in my account. I contacted support to explain what happened but was told that I would simply have to start over and do another withdrawal. Bummer.

I followed their instructions and on March 10, 2015 I filed for another withdrawal of $4,900. I check on it daily, have contacted support and chatted with support on several occasions. I was also told that the delay is because of a shortage of processors.

If it goes on much longer I will take a chance and cancel my withdrawal. I will try to split it up into $500 increments and see if I can get my money that way. However, they allow only 1 free withdrawal per calendar year and charge a percentage thereafter. I'd rather pay a fee and get some of my money out.

Any suggestions?

1 free withdrawal per year?!?! That is breathtaking. What do they say when you ask what is happening?

I would not cancel that withdrawal because if you do you're going to have to wait another month and play the same game of seeing if they will pay you $500.
