Review of Platinum Reels Casino
Platinum Reels Casino is one of a few sites offering games of chance through the developer Saucify, and this gives them the advantage of offering games that many gamblers may not have had the chance to sample before. However as you no doubt know, games alone do not make a casino good, as there are other aspects such as security, fairness, and payment speeds to consider before judging a casino of being worth playing at. So how does Platinum Reels Casino fare in these aspects? Is the casino a unique treasure or just a mundane spot you should avoid?
Software and game selection
Platinum Reels Casino is powered by Saucify, which operated for several years under the former name of BetOnSoft. The casino software is provided through either a downloadable installer for Windows PCs, as well as via a web-based platform that allows you to play directly in your web browser window. A mobile site also provides games to your smartphone or tablet's web browser, although not all of Platinum Reels' games are available for mobile play.
Registering an account at Platinum Reels Casino was a standard affair, as I was able to input my information into the site and be logged in within just a few minutes. The game selection at Platinum Reels Casino is diverse enough for a smaller software developer like Saucify, with video slots, classic slots, table games, video poker, keno, and scratch cards being offered. That said, the game quality is hit or miss, especially when it comes to the slots but there are some very nice games that you should experience, such as City of Gold, Rise of Spartans, and Small Soldiers. Table games were my favourite style of games at Platinum Reels, and I was able to find the major games I enjoy including Vegas Strip and Single Deck Blackjack, 3 Card Poker, Craps, and Baccarat.
There are several progressive jackpot games available for play at Platinum Reels. These include the Cash Flow, Dream Wheel, Molten Moolah, and Legends of Avalon slot machines, as well as a progressive video poker game called Rocket Jacks. Each of these jackpots is pooled between all casinos that offer Saucify games, so the jackpots rise quicker with players contributing from multiple casinos.
Banking and Customer Support
The first thing I noticed when attempting to deposit was the restricted set of options. The only way you can get money into this casino is via a Visa or Mastercard, as there are no e-wallets, vouchers, or other methods accepted at this casino. Depositing to my account was a little tricky, as my American Visa card was rejected by the first payment processor. This is a common occurrence for American credit cards, as the banking system is restricted when it comes to online betting. Fortunately, Platinum Reels had a secondary processor that they gave me the option of using, allowing my deposit to go through with just an extra click of a button. Unfortunately this resulted in my credit card then being frozen by my bank, as their systems flagged the transaction as suspicious. I had to call in and say everything was on the level and my card was soon unfrozen (or should I say melted?). Such are the travails of an American online gambler!
After playing for a while at Platinum Reels Casino, I had decided it was time to withdraw my money. You can expect to pay a $15 fee for payment via credit card, or $30 if you want a bank wire. When submitting my first request I needed to submit a copy of my drivers license, credit card used to deposit, and a copy of a utility bill to prove my address. I also was required to fill out a declaration form for the withdrawal. The casino has a 2-5 day timeframe during which you can reverse your withdrawal, and it went on for four days while my withdrawal was pending. I ended up getting paid back to my credit card on the 5th business day and 7th real day after I had submitted the request which, despite the long pending time, really isn't bad at all for a US friendly casino these days.
The customer support staff at Platinum Reels was friendly and I was able to reach somebody every time I brought up the instant messenger, which I had to do in relation to my deposit issues. My questions were always fully answered by the support staff, and I was made aware of certain promotions that I may have otherwise missed.
Security, Fairness, and Responsible Gaming
In an effort to protect themselves and their customers from hackers, Platinum Reels Casino encrypts all of the information being sent to and from the casino using an encrypted SSL connection. The random number generator (RNG) used by the Saucify software has been independently tested and certified for randomness by iTech Labs, an Australian accredited testing laboratory.
I looked exhaustively around the casino's site for reference to a license to operate from any online gaming regulatory authority, but was unable to find anything. After contacting casino management I was told that the casino is licensed in Curacao under the umbrella of Black Chip Limited, which is a company associated with casino software supplier and white label provider Rival Gaming. In addition there is almost no information about the ownership of the casino on the site, and all references to the operator are displayed as simply "the company". This means that you are at the mercy of the casino in the event of a dispute, as there is no official arbitrator or dispute resolution process, and the owners have made themselves very difficult to find.
Responsible Gaming is addressed through the usual disclaimer page at Platinum Reels. However it is good to see that the casino provides the ability to self-exclude yourself from the casino using the account management page.
Conclusion
My experience at Platinum Reels Casino was mixed. On the one hand I enjoyed the casino's games, layout, and mobile site, and despite the long cash-out pending period, the payout speed was reasonable for an American facing casino. However I was not impressed by the lack of banking options, and the steps that the operator has evidently taken to conceal their identity. This is not reassuring from a site that expects me to entrust them with my money.

Terrible they will close account for any reason not to have to pay out!
This is by far the WORST online casino! Do not waste your money as soon as you attempt to withdrawal they find any reason to close your account and keep your money!
I joined Platinum Reels casino a while ago when I found a no deposit bonus offer for new players. That time I claimed the no deposit bonus but didn't have any luck with the games and lost it. But from time to time I like to play Real Time Gaming slots so I made a deposit there and claimed a deposit bonus. I was lucky with a few of their slots and met the wagering requirements. It took a few days to verify my account as I had to resend my address verification twice, as they didn't accept the utility bill I had provided them with. However, after the verification was completed, I requested a withdrawal and received my money within a few days. Overall I think they're a decent casino but I wish they had bigger game selection. Also my experience with their customer support was good as they helped me with the verification process.

Very Poor Quality Casino Compared to other RTG's nothing but negative reviews and negative feedback which questions is the casino reliable or trustworthy.
If i play i will leave a review of the banking, same UI and lobby as all other sites.
Be safe everybody!

This is the worst casino i have ever played online. I dont even know why they offer the bonus promotion because if you win, they will not pay you. They will find any and everything to be able to deny your redemption. The agents are bootleg and do not give them you bank info. They want all of you bank info about 5 times, even pictures of the card knowing they are going to deny your redemption the whole time.

Platinum Reels casino,
after a quick sign up I went to cashier and entered a free spins code but I got a system message saying I wasn't eligible for this offer. Then I reached customer support. After chat support told me that I was eligible for their bonuses only after 1st deposit was made, I guess it was because of my country. I understand that it's their rules but i don't understand why I have to deposit and only the next time can get bonus. so decided to make a first deposit then, and played for very long time there games, since they can payout quite big on low bet/spin.
after this successful deposit i was eligible to enter free code's and got lot of times free spins, but most of them are not on all lines added! so its kind of hard to win and have a good bankroll to play on.
withdrawals are pretty fast for a betonsoft casino, more faster then lot of other casino's with same software mostly it is within 24 hours! customer support was good expect of there weird rules but they didn't created that;)
