Review of Palace of Chance Casino

Palace of Chance Casino is another in the group owned by the infamous Costa Rica based Virtual Casino Group. As is the case with every other casino in this Realtime Gaming powered group, you're likely to find the bonus offers almost too good to resist, that is until you find out about the medieval-speed withdrawal process, and strict enforcement of a lengthy list of confusing terms and conditions.

Warning - late payments, terms and conditions abusers

Palace of Chance is a casino with a nefarious reputation gained from over a decade of ripping off unsuspecting punters. It is part of a group of rogue casinos known as the Virtual Casino group. Standard operating procedure when you attempt to withdraw involves multiple requests for your identification documents spread out over several weeks (they always seem to somehow "lose" them), then frequently citing an obscure clause in the terms and conditions to void your winnings. If they can't find a clause to use, they will often say that you have been identified as a multi-accounter by their fraud department and your account is closed. Or they might apparently generously mail you a free chip code then refuse to pay you when you win because you didn't deposit since the last time they mailed you a code.

Maybe it should not be surprising then to learn that this casino is owned by a proper scammer. In fact the owner did jail time in the United States in the 1990s for fraud. A good scammer knows when to string their marks along though, so Palace of (no) Chance offers enticing bonuses with low or non-existent wagering requirements. Of course that makes you wonder how they can afford to do this. They do occasionally pay out withdrawals to frequent depositing, "high value" players - i.e. players who have lost a lot more there than they have won. But I am sure that you get the picture: this place is an organised scam, not a genuine casino that you can win money at. Don't get sucked in by the seemingly generous bonus offers; avoid this casino like the plague.

Warning! This casino is blacklisted and should be avoided.

I played and won just under $8000
I went to cash out and can only request $2500 per week...needless to say I was only able to get $2500 out of the total win...(I am a gambler after all)
It took well over a month to get it and I had to literally get a new service person every day and it was just excuses and delays
Never play here and it's horrible customer service and support

Palace of chance it is another one really awful casino from real time gaming software and this casino is really awful and stupid and i can prove it but look later in my review. From begin i can say that this casino allow to download software on personal computer and enjoy games without any lags or problems and this is only one good thing about this casino like i always say to you in my reviews. This casino offer no deposit bonus to me with one of affiliate websites and i download software register my account and try to redeem my coupon in cashier but get error message that say to me to contact live chat for help. I open live chat and tell my problem live chat agent ask me did i want to make deposit in casino i answer that no and that i want to try casino for free only and after this he told me that not give me no deposit bonus because i am not want to deposit. This is i think the most terrible live chat agent that i ever see and of course after this i told him close my account and also i uninstall this stupid casino. Palace of chance not give you chances and it is rogue and black listed casino.

These guys sure are innovative... they are always finding new and ludicrous ways to not pay players.

info: A site operator will be with you momentarily.
info: Hi! Thank you for using our LiveChat Service. This is 'Ron'. Please verify your Email and Phone Number so that I can assist you.
mercinova: **INFORMATION REMOVED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES**
Ron: Welcome! thanks for the information, how may I assist you today? 🙂
mercinova: Can you help me find the rules and regulations for the free tournaments?
Ron: Allow me a moment whilst I pull up your account please..
mercinova: I was told by another agent that it is required of a player to make an initial deposit before playing FreeRoll Tournaments, but I can't find that rule anywhere...
Ron: What do you mean
Ron: For your reference here's a link to the terms and conditions page of our website:
Ron: hxxp://www.palaceofchance.com/rules/promotional-rules/
Ron: •Free Roll Tournaments are Tournaments which do not require that players pay a registration fee.
Ron: •Any winnings from Free Roll Slot Tournaments may be used to play in real money casino games. These winnings are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of $100 and a maximum witdrawal amount of $1,000.
mercinova: The last agent told me I had to have made a deposit prior to entering the FreeRoll tournament. Is that not true?
mercinova: He removed my winnings.
Ron: You are playing from a free chip and it is not allowed for tournaments
Ron: Note: tournaments are not allowed to play with any comp, chips or cashbacks...
mercinova: I'm not using a free chip.
mercinova: What code is active on my account?
Ron: You did used it to join the tournament that is why
Ron: No code is active
mercinova: The entry fee was free. How could I use a NDB to enter?
Ron: You cannot
mercinova: rather...How did I use a NDB to enter if the entry was free?
Ron: Excuse me/
Ron: ?
mercinova: Are you saying that the last bonus I used was a No Deposit Bonus and that excluded me from the FreeRoll Tournaments?
Ron: Yes you could not join a tournament the tournament you joined it was not free
mercinova: It said the entry fee was $0.00.
mercinova: I'll send you a screen shot if you want...
mercinova: Cost: $0.00 ($0.00 + $0.00)
Ron: You actually requested it to be removed
mercinova: from the casino
Ron: Because you were explained it was not cashable
mercinova: Yes...I did...exactly. I was told that it wasn't cashable because I used a Free Chip to play...which wasn't true.
mercinova: I'm not asking for it back.
Ron: Ok what is it that you are asking?
mercinova: I don't care. I just want to clarify whether I can play FreeRoll Tournaments for cashable winnings without depositing?
Ron: No I am afraid you will have to make a deposit
Ron: You already received a free chip
Ron: Two in a row is not allowed
mercinova: Ok. Now please answer...if I had not used a free chip, would I have been able to play the FreeRoll Tournaments for cashable winnings without making an initial deposit?
info: Please wait while I transfer the chat to 'Bryan'.
info: Hi! Thank you for using our LiveChat Service. This is 'Bryan'. Please verify your Email and Phone Number so that I can assist you.
mercinova: **INFORMATION REMOVED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES**
Bryan: Thank You 🙂 Please allow me a moment so I can check that for you
mercinova: Please Note. All transpiring chat is being recorded and uploaded to a Casino Review Website.
Bryan: When you opened the account you used a free chip as the first transaction, You cannot enter a free tournament after using a free chip since that is considered a free no deposit bonus
Bryan: Therefore the winnings from that tournament were removed
mercinova: If I had not used a free chip, would I have been able to play the FreeRoll Tournaments for cashable winnings without making an initial deposit?
Bryan: That is what happened in your case
mercinova: Can you please answer my question...
mercinova: If I had not used a free chip, would I have been able to play the FreeRoll Tournaments for cashable winnings without making an initial deposit?
Bryan: Yes since it would of been only one no deposit bonus used on the account
Bryan: But since you used the free chip before you would need to make a deposit before using another no deposit bonus
mercinova: So...FreeRoll Tournaments are considered No Deposit Bonuses?
Bryan: Yes that is correct
mercinova: So playing FreeRoll Tournaments flag your account as a FreeChip Account?
Bryan: Yes since it is a no deposit play
mercinova: Are you saying that you can only play ONE FreeRoll Tournament, before making a deposit?
mercinova: Sorry to be redundant, but I really need this clarified.
mercinova: Furthermore, does making an intial deposit remove this restriction permanently or is it a free chip, deposit, free chip, deposit turnaround?
Bryan: Like I have explained before yes only one free no deposit bonus is allowed when you sign up
mercinova: I promise the last question will be the last...lol. I apologize for the redundancy and frustration.
Bryan: Sure what would that be
mercinova: If I make a deposit, then play a FreeRoll Tournament. Do I need to make another deposit before I can play another FreeRoll Tournament?
mercinova: In other words...do I need to make a deposit after each FreeRoll Tournament?
Bryan: Yes since it is only one free roll per deposit
mercinova: Thank You! That's what I was trying to get at this whole time.
Bryan: Sure anytime
Bryan: Would you like my help on anything else?
mercinova: Now that the word "FREE" has been redefined. Thank You for your time and patience. Have a Great FREE Life!

Enough Said!

Hi All...well I have encountered there presecence today and I am somewhat worried but not worried if you know what I mean.
I used one of the codes which I applied to the account before depositing and then noticed that the withdrawalable amount was zero even though the chip was no play through and no max cashout, so contacted live support and the lady was very helpful, she changed it all around etc....so I began playing, managed to get up to $1100 so put a withdrawal request through for a cheque...so that has all gone through waiting for it to be approved, then went to live chat again cos I couldnt print the authorisation form, then I came across Michael....he does not listen, does not answer your questions, nothing...he is useless to be nice.....anyway managed to copy and paste the form to the email which I sent to where it had to go along with id and card etc...all the stuff they need.....Now going to have to wait it out to see if they approve it and pay up.....spoke to lacie on chat and she was very helpful said there should be no problems as the chip I used I had met the terms on and said that $140 bonus would be taken from my withdrawal in place of this chip......they also take $65 for using the cheque form !!!! We will have to wait and see what happens next

🙂 I have more faith that rains gold in my backyard that I have on these guys. well, good luck.

Thanks for sharing your experience there Christie. Its good to hear that the support were a little more helpful than usual.

I still do not like the way you were treated. I mean they doubled your wagering requirements twice after seeing you had won and then made you wait over a month for your money. But anyway well done! You should be proud that you successfully cashed out from this casino. Just don't fall into the trap of re-depositing there as next time you might not be so lucky, even if you win.

After all you are in the UK so you can choose from the very best casinos in the world, and the good ones will pay you within hours when you win. There's no need to risk your money in places like Palace of Chance and the rest in the same group.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

I recently used their $150 free bet, to give it a go, and i had a playthrough amount of $4500 dollars, i managed too play through this on blackjack and asked CS if i was able to withdraw, they said that becasue i had been playing blackjack i had to wager $9000. so back on blackjack i was and manged to playthrough this requirment, i then asked CS again if i had met the requirments and was then told that becasue i was from the UK and playing blackjack their was a 120X playthrough requirment which meant in total i had to wager $18000. At this point i thought it was pointless and was going to give up but seeing as i had already reached $700 i thought i'd just up the stakes too $20 a hand and within hours i had met the requirments. I then asked again if i could withdraw and was told yes!!
Despite other users saying CS weren't very helpful, on all occasions i spoke to them via live chat i did find them very helpful and polite.
Anyway i requested a withdrawel for $500 (knowing that after reading the T's and C's that using the free bet the max withdrawal was $300) but tired it anyway, 14 days later, well 14 working days later, nearly 3 weeks!! i got an email saying that i had met the requirments and my withdrawal had been approved for payment into my money bookers account.
Then Another.... 7 working days later the money appeared in my money bookers account.

overall i did find CS very helpfull dispite what other players have said and if you read the terms and conditions properly and adbide by them they will pay out (after a long wait). their payout percentage isn't bad either.
I mean you can't really complain, they are giving you a free bet and ultimatly free money, you can expect to have to adbide by some lenthly terms and conditions and if you do follow these and manage to met the playthrough they will payout. i don't think they deserve the blacklisted status but granted their are better casino's out their to put your money into

All i have to say about this casino is POOR customer support. Few days ago, i was tring to find T&C for some free nd bonus code. So i contacted their online chat, only to be diconnected. At 1st i tought it was some conection problem. So i contacted them again, only to be told that im not alowed to play for real money at their casino. My response was that i already knew my country is blacklisted, but that im reviewing that bonus code. So i asked nicely for the T&C again. No answer what so ever was given to me. And when i think better that diconnecting problem i had was actually their doing.... very unprofessional if you ask me.. 😢(
