This is a casino I don't particularly like and there are many reasons for that. I plaed there a few months ago when I claimed an exclusive bonus. I didn't get the bonus right away and also I didn't get what I expected- there was a promo that I can get 80 free spins on Mega Moolah while I actually received just 20€ bonus. Yes it wasn't bad but I didn't like the fact that support doesn't really know much about their own promotions. Lot of players have since a short while big problems with those guys, support tells payments are processed but after weeks it's still pending. well i played on jackpot city pretty while ago, that time i never had problems with them, probably because i deposit way more then i withdrew. i only had 1 withdrawal ever on 20 deposits! but always got free spins on my deposit if i asked they support 10 euro deposit was mostly 20 free spins! so that was always nice to get something extra! the only withdrawal i had was that time processed fast without problems. but on most forum's jackpot city is now black listed. very weird but it are real story's! so i better avoid them for now! good point then was support members spoke in my own language!
