Firstly, when you make a deposit, they make it so that you are unsure if the deposit is successful, so I was stupid and hit the deposit button again, and again. LOL. my $500 deposit became a $1500 deposit.
So, I made a deposit of $1500USD to Interwetten, and after seeing their payouts, I decided to make a full withdrawal of my funds.
I didn't even win any money, I just wanted my initial deposit back.
Then they tell me that my first withdrawal MUST be by wire transfer. They cannot just refund the money to my credit card.
After a WEEK, SEVEN DAYS, then I may make a withdrawal using a different method.
But, what if you don't have a bank account? THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!
I suggest you avoid all the trouble. DON'T USE INTERWETTEN!!!
STAY AWAY!!!

been reading of the reviews one of the players share the experience about documents .. i'm not sure if this casino is good enough to play for real cash.

i started placing bets on sports at Interwetten before i realized they also had a casino with a great game selection including netent and Microgaming but also many other providers. What is like very much about Interwetten is that they give out free chips even if you havent deposited for a while to try out out new games or games conncted with a certain promotion. Sadly i find their site a bit chaotic and i dont like the game display is not embedded in the site itself but opens as a new popup window. LadyPerezz , It sounds like they gave you a bonus which is called a post wager reward. A lot of people don't like them because like you say, you don't get anything extra up front to play with. But I actually think they are pretty good.

The reason I like them is that you can usually deposit and play and still withdraw any time you like without being locked in to any wagering requirements. So if you have an early big win you can withdraw it and forget about the bonus. Or you can keep playing and at some stage once you pass the wagering amount, you get credited some extra cash which has no conditions attached.

I guess its a matter of managing expectations and making sure that they clearly explain what you are getting when you accept the bonus, which it sounds like they did not do the best job of.

I signed up at Interwetten a couple of months ago. I claimed the 100% deposit bonus as they offer a range of gameproviders including my favorite: Netent and Microgaming. I made a 20 euro deposit so i could play with 40 right? That is what i expect of a 100% welcomebonus.

I thought there was an error with adding the bonus amount so i try to contact support and got dissapointed that i have to send en email in the messagecenter of the casino. No chat of livehelp

Support explained that the bonusamount must be wagered 30 times and it will be released in five steps, 20x30=500 total wager 500:5=100 wager of the first step
So: wager 100 euro to release the first part of the bonus, an amount of 4 euro (20 euro:5)
that will be added to your balance..

Was this a joke? they promote a 100% welcomebonus?! I felt so stupid and mislead in a way..
I did not even manage to release the first part.
I made a few more deposits as i wanted to cash my bonus but it was useless..i did'nt have any luck on the games and i never made any other deposit.
The reason for me to claim a bonus is more funds lets you play more rounds for more chances to get a nice win. I will never play this kind of bonusses again.

+ Customer support. Live chat help was good for me, but take note that it works not all the time. I am not remember working time, so if it is important for you, please check it yourself on their website, it is not so hard.
+ Bonuses and promotions. There is everything good with bonuses, casino usually send reload bonuses for me, but sizes is rare more than 50 euros, so probably not very good place for higherollers. Promotions are also very good, there is usual weekend tournaments on different slots, prizes not very high, but few times i was able to win small prize, it is always a pleasure.
+ Withdrawals. 2 days usual time to get paid for skrill, nothing outstanding like at guts, but still very good.
