It only became a problem after the player won and tried to withdraw. The casino's offer of compensation suggests that it was willing and able to pay money to a player in Switzerland. Finally, the fact that the casino cited potential illegality of online gambling in Switzerland as the reason not to pay does not add up. This is a casino that continues to accept play from many other countries where online gambling is considered a grey market at best. As such we cannot see how players can trust that Inetbet won't pull the rug out from under the next big winner that lives in a country of similar convenience. My experience at iNetBet Casino. I played at iNetBet Casino before. But I was not well acquainted with casino operations when I did. In any event, last night I deposited $50 and used a 100% deposit bonus code with free spins. I ended at one point with over $340. However, the money ran out before I met the wagering requirements. Below are some of the issues that I encountered with iNetBet Casino.
1. They have confusing deposit bonus requirements. If you use a deposit bonus, make sure that you read the terms. For example, a bonus to play one type of slots will not apply to another type. I am not talking about progressive slot games. I am not taking about regular slots. Even though, I am experienced and careful, I sill make bonus redemption mistakes at their casinos.
2. They don't have live customer service. Having said that, they usually respond quickly to my emails.
3. Their comp computation is different than other casinos and you can not redeem your comp points yourself. You have to email them and they will redeem them for you.
4. Their system seems to be not up to date. In all of the casinos, once you fall under a dollar, the wagering requirement window is cleared and you can deposit again. At Inetbet, I only had 12 cents in the account and the wagering requirement was still there (see pic). I had to go to 0 cent in order for it to clear.
Will I continue to play there? Even though, I find them lacking some features as explained above, I will still play there from time to time, because they pay winning players. But I do have better options.

I will back you up on that one. I took on the CL free spins chip for iNetBet, ended up winning a few bucks, and somehow got through and beat playthrough. I have tried claiming the $50 payout on it, and iNetBet has been a terror, telling me how they can't pay me out through Neteller or EntroPay, and they don't issue checks. One option is PayMyCard, but they won't pay my MasterCard unless I deposit. I tried to deposit but they won't accept my MasterCard!

Inetbet it is one more reputable real time gaming casino. I played this casino couple of times and my experience with everything was good , except slow withdrawals. Casino software worked good, but this is not surprise. Customer support appears to work 24/7 at least couple of times i have some requests, and there was someone in live chat who could provide some help to me. I've recently downloaded this casino and decided to give it a shot and see if I like it enough to keep it downloaded on my laptop or delete it and move to another one that intrigues me more. Inetbet needs some improvement. The first time I ever played at Inetbet was a couple of years ago. After I made my first deposit using their 200% bonus (which is not really 200%), I played until I lost. But even with a zero balance, the bonus code was still showing in the redemption area, which meant that I could not use any other bonus code to make any additional deposit if I wished. I emailed them about it at that time. Nothing was done about it until last year.
I resumed playing since then but I usually don't deposit much because their odds always seemed to me a little high. In any event, yesterday I deposited $20 and used their 125% bonus code. (I only play slots). I played for about two hours at between $2-$2.50 per spin, winning some and losing some . At one point, I checked in the cashier's section to see my comps and that was when I realized, that it is showing that I played $0 that I had $675 left to play. Therefore, I could not cash out even if I wanted to. I emailed them about it but did not hear from them. I played again until I lost the couple of hundred dollars that I won. By that time. I only had $40 left and a ton of comps. But the cashier section was still saying that I played $0 that I had $675 left to play..
I stopped playing. Later, when I checked, I noticed that they deducted $20 from the $40 that I had left and remove most of the comps. When I emailed them, they emailed me back claiming that I played games that were not permitted. Keep in mind I only play slots and that when you deposit money and use a bonus code, you are already prevented from playing progressive games because they are shaded out.
I am not sure if I will play there gain, but I believe that they need to improve on their service delivery.

Hello. I have some experience with inetbet casino. Interesting thing that they do not belong to any of rtg group of casinos which i like - not club world casinos, and not jackpot capital group. Anyway, i read on forums that many players use this casino to play, i decide to myself that i am also give them a try. Yes they are indeed in Costa Rica and you are right that means no protection for players if anything goes wrong.
That is taken into account when it comes to rating them. The main points going against this casino are no live support and being in Costa Rica. However they have been operating for over a decade now and proven themselves to be honest and dependable as far as payments go. Well, this casino gets 4-1/2 stars? I downloaded the program and it had a flashy 200% bonus on slots for new players. So, I said, OK that sounds GREAT to try out a new place. I deposited $145.00 and they gave it an account open of $245.00. My anybody's math is AIN'T no 200%.
