High Noon Casino Review
High Noon Casino is an online casino established in 2010 with games supplied by Realtime Gaming. It is operated by Corrales Invest S.R.O. and is registered under the jurisdiction of Curaçao. Last updated: March 13, 2017.
Review of High Noon Casino
High Noon Casino is a Realtime Gaming casino owned and operated by the Club World Group, which runs a bunch of formerly highly regarded U.S.-friendly casinos including Aladdin's Gold, Lucky Red, and Manhattan Slots. I say formerly because a recent change of ownership has seen the neophyte new management involve of one of the worst rogue operators in the world today as consultants.
Warning: under new management, linked to rogue operator
The Club World group changed hands in November 2016 after a keenly contested legal dispute between the three brothers that jointly owned the business. It has since come to our attention that the inexperienced new management has brought in external advisers that are connected with the notoriously rogue AffPower group of casinos, an organisation that has sat on our blacklist for a number of years now. We no longer feel confident in saying that it is a safe place to play due to the influence of a criminal element on casino management. We urge all players to reconsider playing at this casino for their own safety.
Software and game selection
High Noon casino is powered by the Real Time Gaming (RTG) software platform, which offers a variety of high quality slot machines, table games, and parlour games in both a downloadable software install and a flash instant casino which you can play in your web browser window. The installer for Windows machines is quick to download and the system requirements are fairly lightweight. If you're a Mac user like me then the instant play casino will work fine for you, or you can run the downloadable installer inside a Windows virtual machine.
The games on offer are many and varied, especially when it comes to the slot machines. There are a huge selection of 3 and 5 reel machines on offer, both classic style and modern video slot games. Several of these - such as Aztec's Millions or Jackpot Pinatas - are tied to RTG networked progressive jackpot pools which could net you a massive payday (see elsewhere on this page for current values). You will also find smaller random progressive jackpots which are quite appropriately named - the Saloon, Jailhouse, Blacksmiths, Corral, Undertakers, Bank, Gold Mine, and Sheriff's Office. These can be won by playing on any of the games associated with the jackpot, and are awarded randomly, not based on the results of a spin.
Video Poker and table game players are also covered. I counted 12 varieties of video poker on offer including Jacks or Better, All American, Deuces Wild and Joker Poker, with several of them also available in Bonus Poker mode. The table games run through Baccarat, several styles of Blackjack, Caribbean Stud, Red Dog, 3 Card Poker and more. Throw in both American and European style Roulette, Keno and a bunch of other parlour games and you have a "ghost town" full of fun at your disposal.
Customer Support and banking options
Customer Support is provided by High Noon casino via email, live text chat and telephone. My experience with the casinos in this group has been positive, with friendly support staff on hand to assist with any enquiries. The support centre is located in the United Kingdom, so the staff there speak English natively which is good to see.
High Noon casino supports deposits via credit and debit cards, EcoPayz, Neteller, Skrill and Wire Transfer. It also supports withdrawals to all of the above (except credit cards), or they can send you a cheque if preferred. One negative point is the weekly $3000 withdrawal limit. We understand the reasons, especially for U.S. players, but we don't think players from other jurisdictions should have to deal with such low limits. Thankfully this rule does not apply to progressive jackpot winnings.
My experience of withdrawing from casinos in this group in the past has been positive, with withdrawals regularly processed and paid within 48 hours. However with recent changes in the casino's ownership and the involvement of a rogue operator renowned for ripping off players, I am fearful that this situation may soon change.
High Noon was once one of my goto RTG casinos, but the takeover by management with absolutely no experience in running an online casino gave me pause. To learn that they have invited people associated with AffPower in as consultants was enough to stop me from playing there at all, as it should be for you.
