The site maintains the old school option of downloadable casino software and you can access games using a web-based platform. Grand mondial casino is microgaming casino, and also part of casino rewards. Not sure to whom it is interesting to play in so many same casinos in one group, and why owners of casino rewards did not add something like playtech or netent games to some of their casinos, but of course they should know better than i am what to do, so no complaints here from me. I played about 5 times in this casino, and interesting that most my deposits was without any bonuses, because casino actually did not send me any decent bonus or even did not send me any bonus, so i have had to made deposit and play with my money only, but sometimes it is even good because i did not had any wagering requirements, so i was able to do anything i want and play any games i want. Many users like one here have not happy with this casino because casino sometimes make slow withdrawals and for me payouts from this group casino rewards always take 3 days only one time i had 6 days to wait but casino have some troubles somewhere and i just patient wait and get my money. It is really a pain that you reversed withdrawal and lost it. You should not do this. By all rules they should pay your withdrawal which you requested 27may 250$ on friday, but i believe they still inside their timeframes, and most likely you should get it by monday. For the record he received his money. All is ok.
He played at the Grand Mondial casino and won some money. He made a withdrawal and the check that was sent to him was no good. He is still waiting for his next check to see if it will process. Our bank processed the original check 2 times and both times it was sent back to him for insuffcient funds. Due to this we had to close all our accounts and open new ones. We don't know if we will ever be able to trust an online casino again. One thing that helps is that the live chat personnel are very understanding.
