A trustworthy Microgaming casino which has good support and frequent promotions (mostly by email). Made a couple of deposits here and cashed out multiple times by now, although overall im still in the minus section. They time i was searching for some free bonuses, riviera came on my path, offering 5 euro bonus.
but that was already quite a while ago, think they don't have it anymore.
well the bonus was soon lost, and couple weeks later i made my first deposit, without a welcome bonus, but chat agent was so friendly to add me free spins, i thought it was better since i didn't had to wager a bonus first, i wanted to play my spins after i win or lose my cash balance, well i won and requested a withdrawal, they where not so fast in the back-office. Documents checking and approving took them 4 days, without any update received i just asked every day on chat if my documents where oke, which i didn't like. and then process of withdrawal took another 3 days, for me not fast, i expected faster. there instant play version is really boring and empty. mobile casino could be bit refreshed too, cashier sometimes got stucked which was very weird since my phone was running latest updates, but at least it doesn't have any affect on the games. i only left with that 1 deposit there and forgot a bit about them, since there are bit better microgaming casino's with faster service, but golden riviera is definitely not bad.

I deposited twice, and wanted to withdraw after the second deposit, both of them were Skrill and the withdrawal also Skrill – took 2 days (could be faster, but was also quite fast this way 🙂 ) – counting also verification process!.

Live support makes impression of not qualified person enough and also acts unhelpful. That acts like a negative for me.

Golden riviera casino is not that place which can encourage you by the number of their slot games or something like this, because casino have only one software which it can offer to players, and it is microgaming. Hello! Golden riviera casino powered by famous around all gamblers microgaming, and i believe this is also good casino. I am also did not know which group of casinos owns golden riviera, but i played there probably 10 times, without any nice wins or cashout.
