Review of Giant Vegas Casino

Giant Vegas Casino is a long-running online casino powered by Playtech software that seems to have fallen on hard times. In early 2009 the casino's parent company abruptly cut off all payments to affiliate marketers, and incidences of player complaints of confiscated winnings increased markedly. We recommend you do not play at this rogue casino.

Blacklisted due to player and affiliate complaints

In early 2009, players and affiliate marketers began to complain about slow or non existent payments from Giant Vegas' parent company Teller Processing Ltd (Cyprus) - also owners of Royal Dice and Sierra Star casinos. The common theme was the total silence from the casino - no complaints were addressed, and eventually payments to affiliate marketers were cut off completely without an explanation. Likewise, disputes with players over confiscated winnings are met with deaf ears.

Not only that, but the casino employs the familiar Playtech withdrawal policy of a maximum payment of $10,000 per month - progressives included. Were you to win a multi-million dollar jackpot here you could be waiting decades to be paid the full amount, assuming you are paid at all.

Avoid this casino and the others in the same group - the apple is rotten from the inside.

Giant vegas casino is playtech powered casino, and this is really strange that they appear in rogue list. Usually, in rogue list we can see casinos from topgame and real time gaming, but as we can see there is also rogue guys from playtech software.
I played at giant vegas before, and i was surprised this days, when i decide to check all rogue casino here on casino listings and review it. I even was made deposit, okay, i download software again, and was not able to login on my account, because i was told it frozen. Ok, i tried to find something on my inbox about it, but absolutely nothing. Ok, i send email to them, and also contact live chat. I was told that my account locked by security department, and they will not unlock it, even if i send my documents. Lol, i just lost once, and they close account, what a scammers. I just tell what i think about this casino to their live chat, and uninstall casino.
One of the worst playtech casino here, it can be seen from my experience, from other players experience, and from casinolistings review. Avoid this casino, stay away, giant vegas casino is rogue operator.

Giant vegas casino is one more playtech casino that rogued by administration of casinolistings website and i can not say that it is not true or casino listings admin not right here because i played at this casino but only few times and without requesting any payout.Casino allow to download it software to personal computer and i will never stop to inform you about this fact because i really think that it is very good and useful to download software on personal computer. Casino live chat is should work but few times i visit this casino every time button online support was inactive and it was impossible to contact casino support. This is very bad sign for any online casino that means that probably casino have no money to pay live chat agents to give support to players and of course you should not trust casino like this. Like i say i not test payout request and probably it is good because this casino looks like rogue one and rogue mean that it is very not clever and very not safe to make deposit in such casino. I can only say that you better choose any other good playtech casino.

Giant vegas casino is rogued here, but somehow i did not find that this casino is blacklisted and bad when i played in it. I think the reason of it is simple - i did not play at this casino much, and also my win was not too big. But like usually i ll better start from listing pluses and minuses.
+ Software. Playtech software is good, i am even did not remember did casino have instant play version of games, because i used download application, and without any surprise for me i found that everything working very good for me.
+ Bonuses. Casino absolutely OK in case of bonuses, usual reload bonuses and promotions on just almost every day of the week, so there is not a trouble to get good bonus. No any no deposit offers unfortunately was offered to me.
And i have two minuses for this online casino, it is serious minuses, and i think when you read it, you decide not to play in this casino. And this will be good decision!
- withdrawals. My withdrawal took 8 days, with lot of chatting with support, and asking when my money will be sent to me. My withdrawal was small, and 8 days it is too long for this software.
- Customer support. email support reply on next day in good case, and live chat working not all the time.
Final mark.
It is not good online casino.
