I've spent a lot of time looking at this casino for the review, and in the end I have some mixed feelings about it. My first major question was who is Frank and why would anyone want to play at his casino based solely on his name?

When I initially checked our Frank Casino the banking policies left a lot to be desired, with low payout limits coupled with slow processing. However I am pleased to say that over time the casino has adopted more competitive and player friendly policies that mean you will get the full amount of your withdrawals quicker. The small weekly limits have been abolished and the casino now allows you to withdraw up to €100,000 in a single month. Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday after a 24 hour pending period, unfortunately during which time you can reverse your cashout, which is almost never a good idea.

Im downgrading my previous rating because i Have recently closed my account at frank casino due to the casinos lack of player appriciation in that over the period of 3 months I deposited close on a thousand dollars without ever taking a bonus and only accumulated roughly 0.50c worth of comp points which i am sure is wrong that coupled witht the arrogant and rude support I closed my account and will never play with the casino again , I then wanted to close my account at thier sister casinos but was told by drift support they only share the same affilate licensce or somthing like that I dont know but they suck in my view

This is not a correct interpretation of that rule. The casino is requiring people to wager their deposited amount 3x before withdrawing, not limiting their winnings to 3x their deposit.

Several times I tried to play there, unfortunately there was nothing interesting for large depositors. I am very upset how they apply the 3x terms of the deposit amount for withdrawals if playing without bonuses. That was very surprising and only found here.

Frank casino is a place I diacovered about a year ago. I really liked their concept of the cool free spins you could get for certain deposits. I have deposited there once and took their welcome free spins binus tgey had at the time. I really think that the variety of games they have is great, but I must say that some of their bonus terms are quite confusing and they often have a max cashout for their bonuses, limited to few times players' deposit, which is a thing I strongly dislike. Other than that I do think they have great appearance and good support and I think they are trustful.
