As stated above, they are ultimately owned by Playtech itself which makes their conduct all the more of a disgrace. The complaints about these casinos have never really ceased over the years we have been monitoring them and the large majority revolve around the use of the casino's "bonus abuse" clause to deny winners their money. This is no surprise seeing as the clause is so nebulous that it allows the casino to interpret your play any way they like. In fact it is so bad that it is unlikely to even be legally enforceable:
9.8 We will have the right to withhold or otherwise decline or reverse any pay-out or Winning amount or amend any policy in the event that we suspect you are abusing or attempting to abuse any of the following: (i) bonuses; (ii) other promotions; or (iii) specific policy or rules determined in respect of an existing game or a new game. It is clarified that we may determine that such an abuse has taken place also if your activity in our Online Casino, by itself, is not abusive, but your activities in other online casinos in addition to our Online Casino, taken as a whole, constitute such abuse of our bonuses, promotions, policies or rules.
But that pales in comparison to their withdrawal policy, which is frankly disgusting, particularly as it pertains to progressive jackpot winnings:
8.4.4 You are aware of and agree that players are allowed to withdraw not more than $9,990/£9,990/€9,990/AU$9,990/R99,900/DKK74,990/NOK74,990/SEK99,900/ZAR99,900 per month. if the amount to be withdrawn is greater than $9,990/£9,990/€9,990/AU$9,990/R99,900/DKK74,990/NOK74,990/SEK99,900/ZAR99,900 the remaining amount will be placed back to the player's account, allowing the player to withdraw additional funds the following month in accordance with this term. the foregoing applies also to withdrawals of progressive jackpots.
Yes, not only do they restrict the amount that you can withdraw each month to a relatively small sum, but they include progressive jackpot winnings in that policy. Imagine winning a €4 million jackpot at this casino. At €9,990 per month it would take them 400 months (over 33 years) to pay you in full! And all the while they would have your money sitting in their bank accounts, earning interest, buying advertising to fool other sucker players, or funding Playtech executives' hooker and blow habits. That, my friends, is just not right.
Europa Casino attempts to position itself as the ideal place for a European to play online casino games. The reality could not be further from the truth. If it isn't the delayed payments or the over-zealous use of the "bonus abuse" clause to deny legitimate winnings, it is the predatory withdrawal policy that applies to progressive jackpot winners. The fact that Playtech indirectly owns this casino and presumably approves of this behaviour says a lot about the company's ethics (or lack thereof) and its hostile attitude towards its own customers. This is one casino that is best avoided.

I’ve been playing Europa Casino for many years, since they opened in fact. I’m a vip there which is nice because you get free bonuses and free spins more than normal standard players and I think higher deposit bonus offers. The only down side to Europa Casino is the minimum deposit amount is high at R200 and the other down side which I think may have changed is when making a deposit with skrill or neteller you don’t get a deposit bonus which is unfair. But I stand to correction because that may have changed. One really awesome thing is they have always given me a free bonus on my birthday:)

I also experience some similar cases as experienced by the above reviewers, such as: when I first set up an account, after completing the registration form I get my account can not be opened, and I do not understand the strongest reason that made my account locked, I tried to contact livechat but unsuccessful, I have also tried to send emails and they do not respond at all, I am interested in them because the promos they offer are pretty good, but I am not far enough to see their security-related credibility, I just look from a point of view for a bonus,

Sorry to hear this happened to you nmnikov. That is a well known tactic that bad casinos use to avoid paying winnings. They let you play on even after clearing the wagering requirements on a no deposit bonus, but will never pay out more than the limit from the bonus. So you can keep playing and lose, but never win more. The stupid thing is that if you had withdrawn €100 and then deposited another €100 and won, they would have had to pay you.
Though I am not surprised to hear of this casino doing this. They are part of a terrible group of casinos and we have been warning people not to play there for years.

2 years ago I have experience playing in europa casino. I started with a €50 deposit and received a 200% bonuse with 20x betting requirements I am very lucky to be able to clean up the bonus and have €255 cash to try the withdrawal. I am very sad that I can not withdrawal full because they took the amount of €100 bonus on my balance. So I only Can withdrawal €155.
I waiting verification process for 4 days and they processed my withdrawal 5 days after my account was verified.
A few months later I contacted their chat support to change my currency account from EURO to USD and they advise me to create a new account with USD currency and assure me that my old account has been deleted. initially it was fine. but after a few weeks I received Email that since it I was not eligible to any promotion from Europa Casino, because their security team found that I had been suspected of using multiple accounts. While trying to join the europa casino I thought it was a good place to play playtech because I saw a good promotion from them, but I got my account blocked after first successfully filling out the form register, I do not know what mistake I did, I filled it right usernames and passwords when trying to login, and trying to send an email to their customer service team, but did not find any solutions. Europa casino it is not very popular casino, but it is not hard to know about it, because this casino send spam emails offer's big bonuses for sign up. I tried this casino couple of time, of course i am not register with any spam email that i get from casinos, but after some research within my friends who also gamble online, i known that it is not very bad casino. + Software. Website looks awesome, instant play games working good, but download speed of games is a bit slow, i think it is problem with casino europa servers, not my connection.

And here is all for pluses, and it is time for minuses for europa casino.
- Very bad live chat support. It is offline from times to times, and live chat agent need some time to appear, i am not saying this from nowhat, i have experience, and every time i was need to wait to get help and answers, it is definetely minus.
- Slow withdrawals. My only one withdrawal from this casino was terrible, because i am waited more than a week to get money.

Europa casino it is one more playtech power casino that have all games from this of course great software provider. Like always i am ready to say you a fact that it is possible to download software on your personal computer and enjoy games directly from desktop and not from browser it is not very cool to use browser games because they lag often and download lot of time and it is just add breaks to my gameplay. This casino one more good old playtech brand, and i play there from time to time, but not so often because there is few better playtechs, but i am still sure that this guys nice and cool, and you will not have any problems with them. My last deposit was 50$ with 100% bonus offer, which i receive on my email inbox from them. Good thing that i am noticed this bonus was cashable, and this is very rare practice across playtech casinos, when you able to withdraw received bonus, because most times bonuses non cashable and will be deducted from account. I play mostly archer slot, plus give about a hour to gladiator, have a lot of features on it, and this all finishesh with nice 320$ withdrawal on my skrill account, which was paid in 4 days, because they had stupid 4 days pending period too. My verification (that was long time ago) was done in two days, and this is ok, because anyway you need to wait 4 days. I like europa casino and definetely will be playing here more. Hello, europa casino is not favored by me. They powered by playtech casino, have russian language website, so i decide to give them a shot. From my first deposit i actually managed to made nice profit of around 1000 usd, and of course after clearing wagering requirements i decide to withdraw such amazing winnings. By the way, if someone interested, i played mostly marvel slots, i know, this slots have jackpots and this means RTP on them is lower than on slots without jackpot, but i am still love to play them, because sometimes they can give you very nice win. Anyway, after request of withdrawal they ask my docs, and i am of course sent it to them. Then was 3 days of silence, live chat just told me that documents still checking. Ok, on 4 day i get email that i should sent them photo of myself, holding my ID. Okay, no problem, i sent it, and then again 2 days of silence. After it i go email that my account approved, but they put my withdrawal back to my account! I request again, and should wait 4 days pending period again. I get paid of course, but after receiving money i close my account there, for me such things unacceptable.
Support: Did not like them, many bonus offers, less answers.
Withdrawals: I had awful experience wait my money more than 2 weeks.
Software: Can not complain.
