By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in life. Totally unresponsive, yet I need them to cashout my winnings. How this casino managed to receive a favorable rating is beyond belief. Has anyone here successfully cashed-out?

Even though I haven't won at EmuCasino yet, I find this casino very good for several reasons, among them: the design of the site which makes you want to play, the navigation which is good and simple, easy to find a game and the games start quickly without problems. my preferred deposit methods are accepted by the casino and a good selection of games.
since my registration at this casino I made two deposits and failed to win. I sent my documents for verification of my account but the casino support informed me that the verification procedure is only done after a withdrawal request. so far everything has gone well, whether the casino pays quickly remains to be seen.

Good thing about the Casino is that their ToC's are forced upon you after sign-up so that you have to read through them. Always a good start. However, the data asked when signing up is a little extreme. Asking for social media log in details and Id docs kinda put me off this Casino.

Emu casino is a casino I joined a while ago. I really liked their game selection and their lobby looked really nice. I also liked their promotions and there seemed to be something going on all the time, which I enjoyed. I played there many times and managed to win a few times too. Have had a few decent wins at this casino and no problems with payouts and processing even though I always take bank transfer, funds are usually in my bank account within 3 working days.
However, over the last 3 weeks on 3 separate occasions I have been trying to play and have found that their site is EXTREMELY slow. So much so that when I try to make a deposit the screens take forever to load up and just hang so have backed out of playing there. I have high speed cable so I know its not my side. Even when I AM able to make a deposit the games hang, they shut down with error messages and when you close the games or refresh the screen then you cant get back into the game till you clean out cookies cache.

Hello, when i first time see name emucasino it was a russian forum in which player told that he liked casino and got paid from them. Of course i googled this casino, read about it, and check out which slots they had, and i like them, so of course i decide to make my deposit. Honestly, i did not understand how their welcome bonus, as from what i read i got that it is a post wager bonus, but you can not withdraw your money till you did not clear it. If this so, i think it is a very bad bonus, because what the point to give post wager bonus and did not allow to user withdraw his money at any time, as he just not used any penny of bonus money, he just get it from wagering only. Ok so I have checked out the T&Cs for the bonus and it is as you say. They are using a system that looks to be a hybrid of the post-wager reward style bonus and the Microgaming clearplay one where bonus money is converted to cash while you wager, as you pass each 10% increment of the total wagering requirements. Plain post-wager rewards used to be common but they are fairly rare these days. They can actually be good bonuses because you're usually not locked into completing a set amount of wagering. You can play as little or as much as you like and withdraw early if you win and if you wager enough at some stage you'll get a chunk of money added to your balance.

What I could not work out was whether you are allowed to withdraw early before completing the full wagering requirements on this one. I've emailed them to ask that. If you can, it would actually be a fairly good value bonus as you could withdraw after hitting a big win and forfeit the rest of the bonus, or just keep playing and eventually the bonus money would find its way into your account. Also they have reduced the wagering requirements substantially. Previously it was 25x (D+B) which is 50xB on a 100% bonus. Now it is simply 30xD, which is obviously 30xB at a 100% match.

Overall I'd say its actually a better bonus than it was before even if you can't withdraw early because of the much lower wagering requirements. However if you like to see the bonus money in your account up front and use it to play with it probably would seem a little strange.

As for the 10 free spins bonus, it looks like a complete waste of time to me. You get 10 free spins, and anything you win is only bonus money which must be turned over 40x on the one slot, Rook's Revenge. If you are lucky enough to get through that without busting, you can only keep a maximum of $10.

Re the support, they have phone, email and live chat options. However in the middle of the day in Sydney it was odd to see the live chat offline, so I'm chasing that one up too.

Bit of a snow job if you ask me. Why would i need a welcome bonus if i could wager $3000 from my initial $100. I know it can be done but without the help of the actual bonus from the start is cunning on there behalf!!
If you don't win right from the start the bonus is useless unless you want to pump more cash into your account to try to clear the bonus!!
