Review of Dreams Casino

Dreams Casino is a long running rogue Realtime Gaming casino operating under the umbrella of the Costa Rican based Virtual Casino Group. It was formerly known as Cirrus Casino and, like all other casinos run by the same operator, it has a terrible reputation. Known chiefly for their virtual plethora of free chips and deposit bonuses, their range of bonus offers is rivalled only by their lethargic withdrawal processes, and eagerness to use obscure fine print conditions to void winnings made on free chip bonuses.

Warning - snail-pace payments, voided winnings

Dreams Casino, and indeed the others in the Virtual Casino Group, have earned quite a reputation due to the quantity of no deposit free chips they offer. This has not gone unnoticed by every casino scammer, cheater and multi-accounter online. The end result is that should you win at this casino, you can expect to be thoroughly vetted and to wait a long time to receive your winnings - if you are lucky. They might pay eventually should you have met each and every condition placed on these deals but be aware that if you have violated any of their terms in the slightest way, you can expect to have your winnings voided. This could include something as mundane as using two free chip codes in a row without depositing in between, even though they emailed you the free chip code themselves.

Even if you're not a free chip player this casino should still be avoided due to its extremely slow withdrawal process that could see you waiting for months to receive your winnings (should the casino decide to pay), the countless complaints of players who have been shafted in the past, and the dubious ownership that includes a guy who has served jail time for fraud. Enough said really.

Software and game selection

Dreams Casino offers the standard Realtime Gaming selection of 100+ games, which falls somewhat short of a 400+ Microgaming offering, but nevertheless is more than enough for you to find some entertainment. You will find a decent combination of traditional table games including craps, baccarat, roulette, multiple blackjack variations, caribbean stud poker, three card poker plus a few more. Also available are keno, video poker, and 60+ slot games covering three reel, five reel, progressive and non-progressive variants. All games can be played in either "fun mode" or for real money, and you can even play a smaller subset of the games directly inside your browser via an "instant play" flash interface if you find that preferable to installing the downloadable software.

Customer support and banking options

Support options include email, phone, fax, and live text chat. We have found the live chat support to be, shall we say, a little unprofessional from time to time. Perhaps tired of hearing endless enquiries about slow payments and confiscated winnings, the typical Dreams Casino support person conveys a particularly unhelpful "everyone is a scammer unless proven otherwise" mentality. Your mileage may vary of course.

Dreams Casino has definite issues in the deposits and withdrawal departments. Deposits are limited to Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Moneybookers and Click2Pay, and add wire transfer and cashier's cheque to that list when making a withdrawal. For those of you that hit a big win. bear in mind that there is a $2000 per week withdrawal limit and a typical withdrawal can take 3 to 4 weeks to process, if they pay at all.

Conclusion

If you have read this far and are still debating whether to play at Dreams Casino, then all I can suggest is to re-read the warnings on this page again. Don't be tempted by a freebie or a bonus that looks too good to be true. Whatever you do, just avoid this casino.

Do not play here I had my winnings of over 6500 confiscated and replaced with a bonus chip for 30 dollars. They said I mixed my real money with bonus winning which voided all my money. I have one of the transcripts of the arguement with customer service and screenshots of my account activity and even screen recordings of some of my slot wins to prove my wininngs were legit and they are breaking there own agreements and running a flawed cashier balance that lies to you about your withdrawable cash and what is not.

Dreams Casino, only false promises with things like we process withdrawals superfast etc.
nothing is true about that, its a big fail, customer support is never available or very slow on responding, they almost don't know nothing about there casino so no idea why they actually work there, deposits working good, but cashing out is an hell, sending 4 times documents still they telling they didn't received it or the pictures was not good and on and on, i felt much better when i wasted my winnings there, so i can close the road to hell there, they are so bad too there players it's incredible, if u get paid it's like you hit an jackpot same chance, very small! well i hope every one on CL who read this review avoid them at all cost, u don't want you to go to hell too!

I guess reading some of the posts above that I have a counter view. I signed up a long time ago but received an email from them about still having funnds in my account - guess i forgot, lol. sloppy on my part

Anyway, my account was still clearing a sign up bonus and i managed to play long enough to clear it. Doubled up at some table games and then degened it up at slots --- in a good way! hit some bonuses really quick.

long story short, i cashed out half successfully and received the check in the mail today.
i realize this is blacklisted and has negative feedback but i came to say the opposite and feel that some of it is a bit harsh.

I will keep playing here and would recommend it. to each their own in life i suppose

Cirrus casino will have typical review for blacklisted RTG casino. There is really hard to find any big difference between blacklisted casinos with this software. All such casino have big no deposit bonus for new players, and from all this casinos is very hard to get winnings(probably there is should be used word 'impossible'). Usually here everything, one plus, and minuses.
+ Software. You can play using instant play, where not good selection of games, or downloading and installing application. Choice is yours, but for casinos like cirrus there is no difference which option you choose, most likely you will have bad experience.
And now minuses, most sad part of reviews for blacklisted RTG casinos.
- Bonuses are created just to catch player in some kind of scam, and use every tactic to not pay. Even welcome no deposit bonus have same target.
- Customer support is good, before you request payout. After this they just start avoid your questions about withdrawals, and they can keep saying that everything is good, and you will get money soon, but it is lie.
- Withdrawals took very long, from weeks to months, and also sometimes casino not pay.
Final mark.
Why play in casino like cirrus?

Cirrus casino using famous in united states of america software real time gaming. Of course it is easy to understand that most players in casinos with such software it is american players because casino always promoting it self like best place for united state players. I played at cirrus casino with no deposit bonus that i was able to get on some affiliate site and after clicking link and downloading software in cashier i was able to redeem no deposit bonus. I played with 50 dollars free chip and have some fun because when real time gaming games is in good temperature and award good features it is really interesting to play this slot but unfortunately most times this slots is very cold. And i have not enough luck to test payouts in this casino and did not able to clear bonus i lost it playing slot with vampires with nice sounds but game was really cold. I did not use this casino with my own funds and i am glad with this because it is always very pain to know that you played with real money in rogue casino so i just did not get scam and cheat in cirrus casino. But of course it is black list casino did not play in this place.

Another one member of virtual group of casinos, and of course it is another one rogue real time gaming casino, yeah, probably if count all rogue casino, real time gaming can share first place with topgame software, really shady software and a lot of shady operators who using this software.
Cirrus casino for me had same experience like any other casino in this group, i am just took no deposit bonus from them, which was 50$. As i told from the affiliate website where i found coupons, there was no deposit bonuses for all this casinos with the same amount of no deposit bonus - 50$ coupons. I played with my coupon with high bets, appromaxitely 1$, and get lucky, because was able to get few nice hits soon, and therefore had a lot of playtime, but i did not want to clear this bonus, just having fun, so betting higher and higher, and finish losing my balance. After this i uninstall casino and forget about them, of course i will not deposit in casino with such bad reputation.
Cirrus casino is rogue one, but they still online and still cheating players. Be aware of this fact, and never touch any casino on this group.

As a newbie to online gaming I was lured in by their generous bonuses and what I thought convenient deposit methods. after winning $625 dollars on slots and went to withdraw they voided all my winnings and made my start from scratch stating I used a free chip ( i did but played it thru to 2.25) and then a bonus code on my deposit. Customer service said I could not do this and so I started from scratch and my original deposit and the bonus code needless to say lightening didn't strike twice and I was out my winnings and my deposit. I won't play here again EVER!!!!!!!

I have no words to describe this casino. 2 times deposited and won and 2 times my withdrawls were dinied by some mysterious rules that popped out from nowhere. You can read their rules and play according to their rules, but when you win and try to withdraw, there's always a big "but" that is hidden somewhere that inhibits your withdrawl.
Don't know how this guys intend to manage a sucessfull business when they don't respect the customer.

I hardly remember, but I guess I tried Cirrus Casino once, I played Caribbean stud and I lost at the very first 15 minutes. Now I guess it was better to loose there, than to win- anyway, I'd not be able to get my winnings and now I do not have a feeling that I've been cheated
