Review of Diamond VIP Casino

Diamond VIP Casino is a Top Game powered casino run by a Costa Rica based management company known as Morriyen N.V., which is well known to also run Rome Casino. Casinos in this group have a history of slow payment processing, complaints from winning players about not receiving their money, and a couple of unfriendly terms and conditions designed to trap unwary players.

Warning - avoid this casino

Sister site Rome Casino was caught cheating players in 2009 by not including a wild symbol necessary to win a jackpot on some of their games. To their credit they did step up and made restitution to affected players eventually after being publicly caught out, and blamed a "software bug" for the error.

However we still feel that casinos in this group are a poor choice to play at after you consider the bewildering array of anti-player clauses stacked in their terms and conditions document. We analyse those terms below.

Players are allowed to withdraw up to $1,500 USD per request (all other currencies pegged to USD). If the amount wished to be withdrawn is greater than $1,500, then the remaining funds are left in the account. Once the first withdrawal is approved, a player can request an addition withdrawal with the money in his account. Player has the right to cancel the withdrawal request at any time while it is still pending. This also applies to the withdrawals of progressive jackpots.

Not only is the withdrawal limit ridiculously low, but it applies to progressive jackpot winnings. Top Game's Monster Millions jackpot is currently a shade over $2.2 million. At a rate of around $1500 per fortnight (we're being generous in that estimate here - see below for details of the slow withdrawal process), it would take the winner 733 months or 61 years to be paid in full by this casino!

Customers can submit their withdrawal request at anytime. The approval time may take fifteen - eighteen (15 - 18) working days starting the date authorization process was completed successfully. Processing a withdrawal request needs authorization from our fraud division as well. This is done to protect our members from possible fraudulent activities ensuring you and not somebody else receives the funds.

So you have to wait 15-18 days AFTER the authorisation process is completed (who knows how long that could take?) just to have your withdrawal paid out.

All Deposits of 249 USD/EURO/AUS or less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session (all other currencies pegged to USD). Once a withdrawal is requested, the casino applies the 10X rule and corrects the withdrawal to accurately reflect the 10X rule. The remaining funds are deemed "Non-Withdrawable" and are cleared from the player's balance. Deposit bonuses used during a play session that results in a pending withdrawal request, are also "Non-Withdrawable" and can be deducted from that particular pending withdrawal.

This is an insidious term designed to prevent players that deposit smaller amounts from having a big win. That's right if you deposit $200, the maximum you can win at this casino is $2000, irrespective of whether you claim a bonus or win a progressive jackpot.

Should a player abstain from the Casino for a period of 3 months or more then the Casino will be entitled to any balance in that players account and the sum forfeit. Should the player wish to withdraw this amount after this period, we will examine each situation on a case by case basis but reserve the right to invoke the above 3 month rule.

In fairness we have seen seizure terms like this at many other casinos. However 3 months is the shortest period we have ever seen, whereas such terms are usually in the 18-24 months range.

Why on earth would anyone want to play at a casino under such conditions? Word to the wise: avoid casinos in this group like the plague.

Warning! This casino is blacklisted and should be avoided.

I did a 25€ deposit on 20x wagering with a 400% bonus.
6 hours later doing 1€ and 1.60€ spins, i see i can do a 200€ withdraw.
I had 378€ on account, it said i would loose the 178€ bonus, but that's fair.
2 days after, i get denied withdraw, saying i still have to do 2121€ wagering (how is it even possible to withdraw then? and how can it be this high still), i get returned the 200€, but not the bonus money for doing wagering.
i reportet to curacao, but i doubt anything would happen.
After 10 minute, the 200€ was gone on 99% deadspins.
I can only recommend to stay away.
