Review of Diamond Reels Casino
As an American player, my online casino options are limited when compared to many other parts of the world. Even worse, the number of reputable casinos is even fewer, so I tend to stick to just a few operators that I can trust. The similarly named Platinum Reels Casino is another site run by the same operator that I recently reviewed, so I was interested to see how that compared to the operator's newly launched RTG casino, Diamond Reels Casino.
Software and game selection
Diamond Reels Casino is powered by Realtime Gaming, which experienced American online gamblers will no doubt be familiar with. It sports the developer's full library of games including slots, tabes games, video poker, and progressive jackpot games. The software is supplied via a downloadable piece of software as well as a web-based instant play platform, which allows for play directly in your web browser window. A mobile site is also available for those who want to play games through their smartphones or tablets on the go.
Signing up for an account at Diamond Reels Casino is about the same process as you'd see at any other RTG casino. I was able to set up an account very quickly and then was able to claim some free spins as a registration bonus. Playing through the various games at Diamond Reels Casino, I found that management has fixed the previous issue where the games wouldn't scale properly to let you see the reels. Now, the games load up as they should, and it was nice to see the management team take our issue to heart and fix it.
Slots are the largest focus for Diamond Reels, and punters will find a large selection of video slots as well as a few classic 3 reel games to test your luck at. The games are the standard RTG lot, so on the one hand you'll be comfortable if you have played them before, but on the other you won't find anything new or exciting in terms of titles being offered. For those of you that are not familiar with RTG, some of the better games in my opinion include Loose Caboose, T-Rex, Triple Twister, and Paydirt.
Table games, video poker, and specialty games are also provided at this casino. Table gamers can pick from a good selection that includes the likes of Baccarat, several Blackjack variants, Caribbean Hold'em and Stud Poker, Let'em Ride, Pai Gow Poker, Red Dog, Tri Card Poker, and Texas Hold'em Bonus. The Video Poker section includes 7 Stud, Aces & Eights, All American, Deuces Wild, Jacks or Better, Joker Poker, and Loose Deuces, among others.
Banking and Customer Support
Banking at Diamond Reels Casino is a bit limited for Americans, due to the restrictions put in place by the U.S. government in regard to banks. Americans can deposit through credit card or Bitcoin, but there are no other options. International players have more options, as they can use Neteller, Skrill, paysafecard, Poli, Bitcoin, and credit card to move money into the casino. Withdrawals are in line with the operator's other casinos in that they take up to 5 days to process and my experience has shown that American players can generally expect to receive their cashouts after a week of waiting. There are transaction limits of $5000 per week, which means that if you hit one of the 7 figure progressive jackpots available you may be waiting a while to receive all your money.
Customer support is available via instant message, email, and telephone. I chatted to a rep named Tina, who picked up on the message line instantly and was friendly and helpful in setting me up with some free bonuses. However a few days after signing up here I became mighty sick of the repeated email advertising and promotions that this casino sends. In my experience they will email you two or three times a day minimum and the live chat is of little help in unsubscribing. It took a couple of unsuccessful unsubscribe requests followed by an extremely forceful email before they respected my wish for them to stop emailing me which, to their credit, they have maintained.
Security, Fairness, and Responsible Gaming
Diamond Reels Casino protects user information by securing transactions via standard SSL encryption, although it might not appear so at first glance. I was initially concerned that my registration and login details were not protected by a site that operates using SSL at all times. However tracing the information submitted on the registration and login forms showed me that a secure connection is used for these vital pieces of information. Likewise with the banking department. What this all means is that your personal and financial details are encrypted in a way that only the casino's server can understand, which makes it almost impossible for any bad guys to intercept and steal your private info.
The casino claims that their games are fair to players, as they say that they have their software independently audited. While this is great, I'd have liked to have been able to see who exactly is auditing these games or at least see something to prove what they say is true. As of press time, Diamond Reels posted a published general RTP of 95% but does not publish any payout audits to back this claim up, so take it with a hefty grain of salt.
Responsible Gaming is partially addressed through self-exclusion measures that can include a cooling-off period as well as exclusion for periods up to six months. You need to contact support to engage in this process, as there are no account controls that allow you to set limits for yourself. The casino also gives links to gambling assistance sites that can assist you should you need it.
Diamond Reels Casino is a decent RTG casino that does some things right, but also has some areas where it could improve, such as the banking options and payout speed, not to mention the incessant promotional emails. Still, if you are an experienced player looking for a new RTG casino to try, Diamond Reels Casino is worth a look, so long as you are aware of the potential drawbacks up front.
Good quality support, good promotions, limited games RTG only,
Payouts timing varies but always resolved and funds are given out accordingly to players.
Trustable Caisno, Just have patience if your gonna play at an RTG site
I waited upto 3 months at similiar site, so pick and choose 😀
Diamond Reels is another RTG casino with the typical layout and games. There is nothing special about this site. They don't offer many bonus's and have a min $100 withdrawal which is not ideal. They gave me free spins when I signed up for the site which I ran up above $100 but because I never made a deposit my only withdrawal option was bank wire with a $35 fee which again is not ideal. There are better RTG casino's out there.
I joined Diamond Reels casino quite a long time ago when they were giving out 50 free spins to new players who would sign up and verify their email address. I find it hard sometimes to find a good RTG casino as many of them open up, have generous offers, and then complaints start coming in for not paying winnings etc. I have deposited there a couple of times now and I can say that I never had any problems. I think they have quite interesting deposit bonuses, once in a while throwing in a free chip. I made one withdrawal thus far, and although it took a couple of days to be processed, at the end of the day, it reached my account. Therefore I would say that this is one of the casinos I reach out for, when I'm looking for RTG games.

Issue resolved, thanks
Hopefully someone can assist..i deposited to diamond reels ..i hit a jackpot! It has been over 15 business days now and no sign of my payout in bank account.is this a bogus scam site...lmk
Diamond Reels made a good impression to me. But i always was playing there with a caution because at some websites they are blacklisted casino. But my experience was good. I liked their shinning blue website,it was the most beautiful website from rtg casinos. also they had very huge and attractive welcome package. So i used all the bonuses and had some really long playing time. But i regret that wasnt able to meet wagering requirements of the bonuses that to ask for withdrawal that to know how they are from that side. So because of this i cant give them 5 stars but i think they are worth at least 4 stars because everything was fine for me. I was able to deposit with my favorite option, bonuses were claimed without problems and i never was forced to contact their live chat.
Diamond reels is good...i hit for a good amount they approved me to withdraw within 1 day of sending info in...im jus waiting for the funds to hit bank..i would recomend casino diamond reels absolutely.you get what you put in
I'm playing the second of three welcome bonuses available at Diamond Reels and, so far, slot play is about as dead as I've experienced in a long, long time at an RTG casino. As a new player at the casino, I'm struggling to find a reason to continue playing here.
Also, I've tried and tried to connect with casino staff via its live chat client without success. It's as though the chat window is just there for show. After many failed tries at chat, I finally sent an email to support and, you guessed it, I've not received a reply. I'm not very impressed with this casino, to say the least. Any comment, Diamond Reels?
P.S. -- I just finished playing out the last of three welcome bonuses, and there's no doubt about it: slot play at Diamond Reels is utterly pathetic. I can't recall playing slots as dead as the ones at this casino, period. Hundreds and hundreds of spins that pay zero; tiny, tiny wins overall; rarely are features or free spins ever triggered, and wins within them, if triggered, are forgettable. I found my whole experience at this RTG casino to be a big waste of time and money. Live and learn. 🙂
which 3 casino did you cash out at?
Diamond Reels Casino!
Even though i'm not a big fan of rtg casino's, a while ago i scooped some big winnings at several rtg casino's 3 of them where without a deposit and winnings where paid, which was awesome!
so i decided to give diamond reels also a try, they offered some free bonus for signing up, directly went to live support to ask if i can withdrawal without need of deposit if i would be able to wager it, she told me it's possible, otherwise i would waste my time ofcourse, i start playing instant play worked great, they offer lot of good games! there cashier is definitely user's friendly, easy to activate coupons and see pending bonuses and promotions, didn't manage to cashout anything, but i'm sure if i did they payed me, overall a good experience, friendly support and great promotions with fair rules!
