Beware of Cool Cat Casino. Cool Cat called me at home and offered me a 200% bonus with no restrictions and no cash out limit. I deposited $35.00 and won $3,600,00 I requested a cash out of $2,500.00 on Dec 6 and emailed all my documets to them that night. On Monday Dec 8 I called them to confirm that they had received my documentation and they confirmed that they had and they would start to work on my withdrawal. On Dec 15 my withdrawal was still pending, I called again and they told me that they did not receive my documentation until Dec 10 and that it would be 10 days after they recived my documention before they would start to process my withdrawal. I explained that I had called on Dec 8th and they had confirmed at that time that they had recieved my doc's at that time, I was told that nothing could be done because the date that they were posted was Dec 10th to wait for four days and it would be processed. Today is Dec 22nd and my withdrawal is still pending. I called again and was told that their short staffed becouse of Christmas and that they would talk to the withdrawal department and that they would start processing it tonight and that it should be sent to me in (the magic number) four days and that I could call back then and they would let me know the status. I have played a lot of Online casinos and won a few times, I have never had to wait this long, usualy the money is removed after 48 hours and a check is mailed with in four to five days after that. Not only has Cool Cat not mailed a check to me they have not even removed my withdrawal from the casino so even if I wanted to play with them again I can't without reversing my withdrawal and starting the waiting all over again. and I won't do that with all the other great casino's out here for me to play.

We've heard stories like this far too many times with these guys - see warning above. Hang on in there, stick to your guns and keep pestering them until they pay. Whatever you do, do not reverse that withdrawal and play again if it becomes possible. I suspect part of the reason they delay so much on big wins like yours is the hope that you will do exactly that and lose your winnings. I have emailed you to see if I can help you personally.

This is an update to my previous warning about Cool Cat Casino. It is now Feb 19, 2009 and I just received my withdrawal that was requested on Dec 6 and approved on Dec 30. This was not easy and I almost took the $2,430.00 as a loss.

The live chat in the withdrawal department is non existent even though you are told that this is where you must go to find out any information about your withdrawal. So it is email only and each email takes at least one business day to answer if they bother to answer, some times it takes two or three emails to get a response and the response is always will always be the same “next week” it will be approved or it will be sent. The live support team is probably the rudest I’ve ever dealt with a few times I’ve been put on hold for 30 minutes or longer when I asked to speak to the Casino manager just to be hung up on when I did not give up waiting.

It took over 40 emails and I can't even begin to guess at the phone calls and two interceptions from CL-Ed at Casino Listings Online to receive my winnings. For the first month I was told every week that it would be approved the following week. This is where CL-Ed first helped me by contacting the casino and they finally approved it and removed it from the banking portion of the casino. After it was approved I had been told over and over again for the next four weeks that my wire was in the queue for the following week to go out but when the following week came I was told one excuse after another as to why it did not go out. I originally requested a wire into my account but my bank is a small local bank and does not have it’s own Swift #, they go thru JPM Chase then to my bank then to my account for International wires, the casino refused to do this they told me that it need to go directly to my account and that I would need to send different wire directions.

After two weeks of trying to tell them that my bank had no other wire directions other that the ones I sent to them and even attached the fax with these direction from my bank to prove it they refused to wire my funds and I was told that they could not send a check to me. I sent and email asking what my options were and they did not answer, 6 emails later asking the same question “what were my options to receiving my winnings?” there was still no answer. This is when I asked CL-Ed once again for his help I can honestly say that he is a miracle worker because after I asked for his help some one higher up in the Casino contacted me and I had a check in my hand in four business days. I do not believe that would have been the case without CL-Ed’s help from Casino Listings.

They do have great bonuses but this means nothing if you can not get paid if you win. I will never deal with this Casino or its sister Casino’s again and my strong recommendation to anyone thinking about playing at Cool Cat Casino is don’t do it unless you are not planning on winning, because if you do win it will take a very long time to receive your winnings along with a lot of aggravation in the process.

I actually hit the jackpot in a game for over 8,000 bucks and that put me at over 9,000...but due to the 10X max out, I can only withdraw 400 and now they are saying I have to get to 0 balance and redeposit to win anymore at all. Crazy crap. Plus, saying will take at least 20 days to get the 400......and I can't seem to lose, so...............I am sure sooner or later they take me to zero balance hoping I will continue sticking my money on here. Someone please tell me of a reputable casino....I check the top 10 all the time, but find the same thing over and over again...just a rip off.

Sorry memoore, these guys are amongst the worst.

If you like the games at Cool Cat, I highly recommend Lucky Red, Aladdin's Gold, Club USA, or iNetBet. They all use the same software (RTG) but they are run by far more professional management, they pay you quickly and have a history of good customer service.

Thanks for the info. Now they are also saying that since I played blackjack AFTER I requested my full withdrawal that I was supposedly entiled to, I can't even get that. These people are truly a joke.

I too have played at Cool Cat. I won only $200 and was told that my bonus comes out of my winnings, so I was only due $80, of which $28 would go to fees. After a month they sent me a money gram from Bulgaria. While waiting for that I won $400. It has been another month, no money, I was just informed that after they take the bonus out, I will get $120 EVENTUALLY.

I have never delt with a casino that gives you a bonus, makes you go thry a REALLY HIGH playthrough (30 or 40X) and then takes the bonus out of your winnings?

Cool cat is a ripoff.

Non-cashable (aka "sticky") bonuses are fairly common. Regardless of that, the pain they put you through to get your money is not worth it. Thanks for your feedback stashusgirl - at least others can learn from your experience and stay away from Cool Cat!

guess there are a lot of people finding out the hard way about coolcat casino I did not read all the bad reviews until after playing on the site, a mistake i will never make again.My withdrawal was made on 1-1-10and i have heard every excuse you can think of for not getting my money. At this point i dont know weather to give up or not, however i am still making several phone calls a day. and at least 15 e-mails a day.Hopefully ill get it. please wish me luck

After hearing all these comments and criticism I confess that I was afraid of cool cat casino, i Recently I opened an account with this casino and i received one free chip $400.. after playing and meet all requirements I won $ 380... i send requested documents and is now completing 10 days and have not received any response..
will I go through the same problems??

Short answer is yes, you will always have problems and delays trying to withdraw from these guys.

We have a member here who works for this group of casinos. If you are not getting a response then please try sending her a polite message to see if she can help: Prism aff mngr (click that link then use the "contact" tab).

Usually they have strict limits on the amount they will pay out from a free chip so I will be very surprised if they pay you the full $380!

And don't worry about your English, its better than some English speakers!

Hello folks.....I have been waiting for $7100.00 from cool cat for over a month now. All i get is excuses and coupons...lol...listen everyone i made a mistake by playing here after they sent me a disk in the mail....don't make the same mistake....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY DO NOT PAY AT ALL!!! I have been on the phone and sent numerous e-mails and even used their live chat with no sucess...Does any one have any advise for me?? Well I would just like to say "Thank You" to the Prism aff mngr Ingrid. I sent her an e-mail and bingo my withdrawl was approved. Not for the full $2100 but for $750 which was 10x cash out. I will be carefull with the coupons no matter what casino i visit....I guess just a learning experience. From now on I will use "No Restriction" coupons ONLY. I guess now I will report when I actually recieve the check. She (Ingrid) said 7 days...we wiil see....anyway thanks again for the help. Well folks here is an update....my withdrawl (for $750) was approved by these idiots on 3/22 I just got off live chat with them and they said my chceck now is suppoesed to be sent out by the end of the week...what a joke!!! Eric at live help told me they are waiting for a tracking number......one excuse after another....COOL CAT CASINO IS NOTHING BUT CROOKS AND THIEVES!!!! DO NOT PLAY THERE!!!! As a matter of fact I am going to Costa Rica fishing this summer I think i will stop by and visit them.....and use them for bait on my fishing trip...LOL

Try PM'ing Prism aff mngr again. The treatment you are getting is unacceptable... but if you keep pestering them in a polite way you can still get paid.

As a very general note, be extremely sceptical of any casinos operating out of Costa Rica. There is no such thing as a casino license there - just a regular business license that anyone can get. There is no oversight, regulation or accountability so you are taking a risk just by playing with them.

Update 4/7/2010.....Yesterday, I posted a comment about my money I was waiting for.....as you can see from that comment, Erice told me my check would not go out till next week. Last nite, Fed-ex called and left a mesage saying to leave a release note so they can leave it at my door. It's a good thing they did as I never received any kind of notification from cool cat that the check was sent which they toild me they were going to do. If it wasn't for fed-ex calling, I would have have not been able to receive the envelope as it was signature required. With no note, the package would have been sent back to them. It seems like they do every thing possible to hope you do not recieve it and then it would have been sent back. Right now, I hope the check clears as i deposited it this morning. Also the withdrawl was for 750 and I got 710. They must have taken out a shipping fee. It would be nice if they took the fee out of the money they kept and not charged me. The withdrawl was for 2100 but due to the 10x cash ot rule the other monies were just confiscated.

I have just sent Ingrid (Prism Aff Mgr) a nice note this morning as I also have two more withdrawls pending from March 13th 2010. One for 2100 and the other for 2600 both on the same day. On these withdrawls, the coupon that was used was for "NO Restrictitions" period. On cash out or play through. We will see now if I get paid on these....here is the note I wrote Ingrid (prism Aff Mgr.) this morning.............

There is indeed no maximum cashout on the bonus code you used, so the only amount that will be deducted is the bonus itself (non-cashable), which was $125. Your withdrawal will be divided in installments and they will be approved and sent to you leaving some time in between, this is for your safety and ours.

Even though it usually takes 7 to 10 business days for withdrawals to be approved, there has been an unusually high amount of withdrawal requests lately and things are backed up.

I will keep an eye on your withdrawal and try to put priority on it. I can promise that it will be approved and sent, but unfortunately it won't be as quickly as I wish it could be.

Hello all, well I wish I had known about this before I played at cool cat. I won a jackpot in Jan and have been begging for my money every week since. They promise me it will be next week and 3- $500 withdrawals have been approved. They owe me 27,000 but can only send me small payments about every 15 days!!!! j4jc that is great to hear you received $2000 but excuse me if I don't find a $500 per week payment to be satisfactory. By my calculations you won around $27,000 and have received $3500, so that leaves $23,500 to be paid over 47 weeks assuming they keep to the schedule and don't suffer any further "delays".

I'll even quote their own terms regarding withdrawals:

Except when stated otherwise, Cool Cat Casino allows a maximum payout of $2,000 per week. If you’re a VIP player, weekly payments can be even higher.

Hmm I guess they are "stating otherwise", which makes the term basically useless does it not?

Well, like everybody else, I got a cold call from Wild Vegas Casino (CCCasino) on my phone telling me about a 300% bonus with no restrictions, no playthrough and no cash out restrictions and I STUPIDLY put $45 on the line and played. I couldn't believe I won $4000 since I have played many on-line casinos off and on and they all seem to be incredibly tight...but I put $1000 back in before I realized how tight things had gotten and decided to CASH OUT... Thats when things went south...
I have been trying to get a $3000 cash out from these guys since July 12th or so. I really am not sure since every day I get home from work, I am hurrying to the computer to try to email or fax documents they swear they never receive. I have sent at least 40 different repeat documents with bizarre remarks like they can't seem to be receiving MY documents but, of course, EVERYONE else's is emailing in JUST FINE! I am a nurse and I am so worn out when I get home its all I can do to take care of my house and crash! To be fighting like this is PATHETIC! I started emailing a copy back to my email and sure enough, no problems!
They told me, lets see:
Oh, you should not have sent them attached all at one time. Attach the documents INDIVIDUALLY so they will go through. (1 round)
2) They still did't receive them on wild cat casino ccprocess so EMAIL again to ccprocessing@coolcatcasino.com instead.....
3) They need not only the copy of the visa card I played with that night but also a copy of ANY visa card I have ever used at that casino emailed to them. ....(Since this was supposed to be only to verify my identity I scanned a copy of both cards, blackened out the first numbers and left only the last 4 digits on each card clearly visible and uploaded them again.....When I asked them WHY they needed every card I had ever used at their casinos instead of just the one I played with I received no answer.
3) They said for 2 nights they never received the application sheet and I emailed AND faxed that to them over 20 times! I was told they were "confused" as to why my documents were not going through...now I know they were laughing their tails off at all of their US players and treating us like fools... This time they suggested I cut and paste the document into a email replay they sent me with a ticket number. But guess what....yeah, you're catching on a lot faster than I...
The last live chat was 07/16th and I told them I had read about their reviews on this chat line for by now I was getting really worried at the bizarre run around. By anyone's standards, this was over the top....I told them I was so frustrated I would be willing to just send it snail mail by regular post carrier....but guess what, OH WE DONT' DO THAT..... no joke?.Why am I no longer suprised?
Lastly I got- a call from a mysterious guy call the Pit Manager
who called himself Chester and they seem to want the WHOLE card numbers now on the two credit cards I used. Now I want to know, do they want to confirm my identity or STEAL it? I mean do I have to cancel these two cards and get re-issues later? While all the while I would be still worrying about someone trying to open a bank account in my name in Romana? In order for me to just to get my winnings? And after that, will they want my complete driver's license number also which was also backened out but with all pertinent info left intact? I am very angry at the way I have been shabbily treated and really need some good advice from this forum.
Can anyone help me? It would be nice to have my winnings to pay off a few bills. Would you want your Mother's nurse worrying over her identity while she hooked up her IV? I maybe shouldn't have fooled around with the on-line gaming but, frankly, its the best stress relief I know of that you can do in your pajamas besides romance and my husband travels.... :>) Thanks for any imput.

bedoin, please do not send a scan of your complete credit card number or drivers license to them. Blacked out with the last 4 digits should be perfectly adequate. They only need to see that you possess your card and your name on it.

Unfortunately this kind of treatment is standard procedure for this group of casinos. They make withdrawals such a ridiculous process filled with fake roadblocks (I've lost count of the number of times I have heard the "we didn't receive your documents" excuse) that lots of people either give up or log back in and play down their balance.

So don't give in, don't log in and play there anymore, contact Marty, be nice and hopefully he will get you paid.

07/23/2010 Update: Well, I got a call from a "Chester" saying he had to have the complete credit card numbers of my two cards used at Wild Vegas Casino. I told him I have already lived through credit card fraud and would not send it. He asked me to hold the line then came back and said that the first 4 numbers and the last 4 would be alright! Why does it worry me that it was so easy this time? I am worried that might be too many numbers left showing; is that common with other players?
Also, I had to rewrite the fax back application with the extra digits added. I complied. Then, he emailed me that one card email "had been corrupted". I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on that one, as it looked a little grainy to me on the re-scan. Anyway, I sent it rescanned and blown uup 200% so if there's another problem; I'll simply be slamming into the wall again....I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Marty, it now has been a couple of days since I have had any notification from the casino concerning the processing of my withdrawl. Hi Bedoin,

There is still a process to adhere to. Normally payouts take 7 – 10 business days to approve with 7 – 10 business days following to process. We have handled the doc issue and now pushing to approve faster but the only thing I can promise is that moving forward you will be paid at least within this time frame.

Your final payment was just sent out, we had an issue with processing and your check is now in route again. Just to clarify this player has been paid all of his winnings and we have been sending payments regularly to this player with no issues.

Well Marty, I have yet to receive my check. I was told on Tuesday of last week I would have it by Friday. Well today is Monday and nothing. I have done nothing wrong except as it seems to follow up on getting the money I have won. I found out this morning that you have cancelled my account. It would have been nice for you folks to comminucate with me prior to the check bouncing. No Calls or e-mails notifying me of the problem. Instead I now have gotten at least 135.00 of bad check fees generated by your problem. Before this all started, you banned me from using any "No Max withdrawl" coupons because as your customer service told me I was an "Advanced" player because I would win make a withdrawl, and follow your own rules to wait to use another coupon until my withdrawl cleared. Marty all I want is the money you still owe me and as of yet I have not received it. I just love how you are the ones who screwed up and yet are trying to make me feel like I have done something wrong. I have always abided by your "Terms and Conditions" stated above. This casinos needs to have more regulation or they should get out before they are "roughed" out for undetermaned terms to describe them.Here is there rating below and ps. they got me $10,000 with the same methods as i read here so i post this.

Yes it has been solved by "agreement" between , Marty,and myself . My withdraw has been approved last week. I have not recieved a cheque as of yet.However im sure I will get it soon.This has been a long drawn out battle,and I would rather just put it behind me now.I will keep you posted when i get my money,and thanks for your support here.

The fact that they did something to settle and resolve this matter is the most important thing to me.I It is my feeling that things can be worked out and the end result may be a lesson to all concerned. Coffee Coffee

I wish I had found this review site a long time ago. First I would not have signed up with Cool Cat Casino, second I would not have fallen for their great bonus' and made a deposit, third I would not have waited for over a month to receive most of my money after all the phone calls,e-mails and finally Mr. Davis. I was in the middle of waiting for my money and was horrified to read about all the people who had problems and their being blacklisted.

I tried to settle this with Cindy and CoolCat Casino, but to no avail.
I registered real money account at Cool Cat with no problem whatsoever (even though i am not supposed to be able to do that because i am from Croatia).
Several days later i received an email, on my .hr domain email (if i am not allowed to play for money or take bonuses why did they send it to me).
I supposed something has changed in their policy and went to play. I met all playthrough requirements, and their software said i can withdraw $100, so i go to cashier and applied for a withdraw. No messages there to suggest i cannot withdraw (and supposedly, you should block those who are not allowed to play, right?).
But at that time problems occured. They say I am not allowed to withdraw, hell, that i am not allowed to play even though THEY invited me to play!
Even at the time i exchanged emails with Cindy Greco I was receiving more offers from CoolCat Casino!
One would think that their terms and conditions are outdated since players from Yugoslavia are not allowed to play (let me remind you as i reminded them: Yugoslavia does not exist for more then a decade now).

All i wanted is $100 i earned after THEY invited me to play and gave me promotional code.
I am just lucky i did not deposit any of my money, since i would not be able to withdraw it even though i would be able to deposit it!

They screwed me for $100, but i am writing this to stop them from cheating on others. Don`t go and play in CoolCat Casino, because they will find a way to cheat.

I am sorry i had to write this, but i tried to settle it with them. $100 would not be a big prize to pay if you have people who works for you but they do not know their own rules.

Imagine the situation where someone invites you to their restaurant for a meal, telling you it`s free, but when you finish it, they say you must pay because some ancient rules apply. Never mind they invited you!

I do not like when someone takes me for a fool, and CoolCat Casino did just that. Don`t let them make you a fool too.

I am still ready to forgive them if they pay what i earned and to never mention CoolCat Casino again. It is up to them to choose what they wanna be. It is up to them to admit to their flaws and to rectify them so a thing like this never happen again.

CoolCat, i am waiting for my money and am ready to tell everyone not to play with you if that was your choice.

I think that if we expect casinos to be responsible and ethical, we should behave so ourselves! If you knew you were not able to play, first of all it is your responsibility to know your rights! I have to side with PetarC here. You have to enter your details when you sign up and part of that process is telling them what country you are from (I am assuming that you put Croatia in the form PetarC - if you lied and picked another country then its another story). So if they don't want players from certain countries to play they should be blocking them right there and then. I have no doubt that if PetarC had deposited they would have accepted his money no problem.

It is just yet another example of this group of casinos using whatever excuse they can find in the terms and conditions to avoid paying a winner.

PetarC, just be thankful that you did not deposit any of your own money there.

I cashed out $2200 from Club Player Casino and they only approved $1081 and said I would have to wait another 10 business days for an additional $1000. I said all of money was cashed out at the same time. The casino manager Roger said oh do not worry it will be paid out in a timely matter. He never answered my questions and just blew me off. I agree with you Ed when you say that when entering your location or where are you from, casino should not allow you to play. But if you are quite aware, that your jurisdiction does not allow you to gamble online, and still try to "pass through", than you should not complain later that you can not make withdrawals....

No-one gets their money from these people in 4-7 days. A lot don't get their money at all for that matter!

10-15 sounds more accurate, if you are in the USA it could be even longer. You can also expect multiple partial payments if it is a large amount.

I wish I had seen this forum before I joined cool cat. I have been waiting almost two months for my withdrawal! I was recently told that it was sent out on 09/29/11...still haven't received it. I emailed for tracking number because I was told ups or fedex....no tracking number. Monika is handling my withdrawal. She says no tracking number yet! Whoa! This is by far the slowest payout I have ever received from a casino. usually a week, 10 days at the most, but this really slays me! I may give up on the online casinos after this experience! No real way to be sure if you will get paid. Not like in the old days...you win, you get paid. The contact number for help@gwages is no good. I would just like to comment that online gambling may be a lost cause for we players in the US. It's always very easy to deposit, but getting paid seems to be next to impossible. No fun to gamble win you will have little to no success of collecting. I'm still fighting for my winnings and am well considering just "play for fun" side of these online casinos. smoothjamz, that last thing they said about the difficulties in dealing with U.S. players has some truth to it. However it would actually carry a whole lot more weight if it wasn't for the fact that these guys have been doing the same thing and ripping off players for almost a decade now. And if it wasn't for the fact that the whole group of casinos they belong to is owned by a guy who served jail time for real estate fraud. Nothing has changed with the crackdown by U.S. authorities for them. In fact in some sad and sick way it has probably made business better for these thieves because the number of casinos competing with them for U.S. players has dropped dramatically.

All I can suggest is to keep at them and do not under any circumstances redeposit there or cancel the withdrawal. If you do want to try out some decent casinos that still accept Americans, try the list of recommendations at the bottom of this page or on our home page. Check our reviews as many of them have a free chip code so you can try the games with real money for free. But I have to be honest and say that as things stand at the present, it will always be a slow process withdrawing your money as a player in the USA, no matter where you play (I am talking a few weeks max, not months or never like with these clowns).

Hi people, greetings from Italy ! These are hard days for us italians, but Cool Cat casino is trying to make them even harder !!! Last month I used a free chip, I wagered the money as requested and at the end I asked for a withdrawal (100 USD, the max allowed). They obviously denied my payment and erased my balance citing each time a different terms violation (absolutely not the true). I made then a 80 USD deposit, I played my money at slots and at last asked a 110 USD withdrawal. My request was approved on Oct 28th and I expected money for last friday (10 business days after request approval) as clearly written in the withdraw section of the casino. Of course no money was sent to me, so I live chatted their support ... they told me the process takes 7-15 business days (5 more days ...), but it's not the true because I wrote to Miss Cindy Greco - Sr. Affiliate Marketing & PR Manager Gwages - (as suggested by the contact name provided by Casino Listings) and she confirmed the process takes up to 10 business days. Today I live chatted again and waiting time is increased to 20 business days !!! They are clearly fraudolent and illegal, I don't know if and how I'll see my money back ...

I am puzzled as to why you deposited there after they accused you of violating their terms to avoid paying your win on the free chip? If a casino did that to me I would be gone, never to return.

How can I get these guys to stop sending me "come back vouchers with 400% bonus".

I have terminated my account with em and will never, ever put any more funds in there. I have also spoken to the live chat person and they promised my account would be terminated. Still they keep sending me those emails. No worries they go in to my spam file and I just see em there sometimesm but still: When you ask for the account to be terminated they should honor it!

Well, never mind.. they are just simple criminals.. but You do feel a bit dumb after giving em your personal data, and knowing that its in the wrong hands and are most likely sold on to other criminals...

The worst part is the owner of this group is literally a criminal that was convicted of real estate fraud in the USA in the 90s. Perhaps you could try logging in and if they have not terminated your account, change your address, phone and contact details to something wrong so they can no longer contact you.

Well Okey its a fact. I spoke to the live chat person called "kate" today.
It was little help to get from her. First of all to cancel my account she wants me to send in documents and ID to prove the account is Mine from the first place! I asked her if she thinks Im stupid and told her I would never do so!

Well I also gave her my new hotmail adress but guess what she did not in any way answer me if she would change the adress in the system..

There is No Way that you can change these kind of data once they are in thier scam system database apperently..

Stay away from Cool Cat Casino. This casino is a cheat. I had won $700 and it had been approved and now they are saying that I played other games (after playthrough) and it nullified the winnings. Total Fraud. Don't waste your time and money!

Hi there SCRASCO, at the moment they don't have anyone working there who is willing to converse with us anymore.

All I can suggest is email the requested information, and be sure to check with them regularly that they received it. Chances are high that you will hear that they "didn't receive it", "documents were unreadable", "please resend" etc. However if you stick with it and play the game with them you may receive some or all of your money eventually. Just don't expect it to be quick and painless.

I received an email today with the heading funds in your account, but it is a promotional email from coolcat. They have now started to tell you that they will take the bonus amount from your winnings, but it does leave a couple of questions.

If you have for example a $200 bonus and win $80 then the requirements are met so that the bonus moves to available and you would have a balance of $280. However, if the minimum pay out is $100 would you actually be paid anything? It would say $280 available but the email clearly states they would deduct the bonus value and that would take it below the minimum.

The second problem is the bonuses with no playthrough. They will still show as having a 1x playthrough before the bonus and deposit become available. During this time, the forbidden games will have a padlock and be unplayable if the site is like slots of vegas. After the requirement has been met, the padlocks are removed when the funds become available to withdraw implying that you may play the forbidden games. If you do play them you will lose everything which suggests they remove the padlocks to entice you into believing it is ok to play those games.

It may be impossible to find the exact terms for the bonus and talking to the casino will merely result in you learning nothing from an impolite chat rep.

No matter what they write in an email, they are not worth the risk. Odds are always in the casinos favour, but this group make claiming your winnings another gamble. Payout percentages mean nothing when the wins are frequently voided. I would like to know have much they really payout.

Like everybody else is saying, stay away from this group of companies!

Stop I wish I would have known about this site before I ever played at Cool Cat Casino. I had the most horrific experience that even through a chat session I could tell that they are "shady" . I hope all of you who will read this can warn their friends. Just by word of mouth and the internet can. be a powerful tool. Yep sorry but customer satisfaction is not high on their list of priorities. Their business strategy seems to be suck people in to deposit and keep them depositing until they win then delay and frustrate as long as possible.

I won $800 and they took it out of my account and wont pay me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I called they hang up on me. DO NOT EVER DEPOSIT A PENNY IN THIS CASiNO .It is a scam and they rip off artists. I wish there was something else I could do but will bad mouth this to everyone so maybe they wil go out of business so they don't have the opportunity to rob others.

deposited $100 won $800 .. when I came to withdraw said my debit card had been refused (never been refused b4 !!)
many attempts to get my winnings but to no avail. keep pestering them . checked with bank and no attempt made by them to take monies from my account !! emailed 10 times not 1 reply. been ripped off . is there anything I can do should I keep pestering them . the 1 thing that sticks in my mind in the accounts section states deposit not collected as withdrawal requested .. any help would be good . cheers . Luckily they didn't get any money off me

Cool cat casino is another one brand which represent virtual group of casinos. All this casinos using real time gaming software, and also all their casinos is very well known for their delaying in withdrawals, and also different rogue tricks and tactics.

Of course, rogue casinos always more than happy give players no deposit bonuses, because even if a player wins, he will then need to make verification deposit, and then all circles of hell will start. They will delay, verify account long, and hope that player will lost his winnings and deposit, and probably deposit more. I did not have luck with my no deposit bonus, and lost it pretty quickly, because i was betting really high for such balance, but since i already knew these days that this guys not very good, i am just did not care about it.
Only one suggestion, like with every other rogue casino, stay away as far from them, as you can. They did not worth trying.

This is rogue casino that have slots with real time gaming software and offer very many good bonuses i join this casino to play with no deposit bonus and something good happens and i clear it. i contact live chat and ask what i need to do to make payout and then terrible things start. Maximal payout from the bonus was 300$ and for this i was need deposit 50$ to verify my payment option. Of course it is stupid one to make such big deposit to rogue casino that have so many complaints on many sites. But that day i have 1500$ payout from casino rewards brand and decide to see myself how everything will go. Deposit was done and casino ask for my documents nothhing unusual and i sent eveything. Then casino say that my documents not enough quality i sent in another quality luckily i had scanner at my home and it is really not hard for me. Then again and again then they ask photo of my documents not scans this all took months till i get email that i am verify. and then they just start told me that will process my payout soon with no exact date. I get my money only after 1 more month passed and i write to casino every day. Rogue casino never use it and never deposit.

Way back in the day I got booted from Cool Cat Casino for using two bonus codes, which I was unaware of being in conflict of each other. The casino's customer service staff is rude and not helpful, and I was unable to keep any of the winnings that I had accumulated due to my so-called "cheating".

Cool Cat Casino is powered by Real Time Gaming, whose games vary from good to bad, and this certainly is the one highlight of this spot. Unfortunately everything else at Cool Cat sucks, and should be avoided at all costs.

I wish there were more for me to say, but this casino has earned its place on the Rogue list for all of its unscrupulous activities, which have been shared among the Casino Listings group.

I wish nothing but shame for this piss-poor casino.

Cool cat online casino is last black listed casino that i would like to review, at least for now, because i am really tired to share my pluses and minuses for black listed casinos, it is not interesting, and did not give any pleasure. Everyone know that it is bad casino, and you know that you should not play in this casino. like usually, here is one plus for cool cat casino.
+ Software. At cool cat casino used real time gaming software, both instant play and install application software. I used only second option, but if you did not want to play all games selection, you could try instant play, there is should not be any problems.
And minuses for cool cat casino.
- Customer support is very bad and unresponsive. It is hard to get help, if you have winnings because casino after you win is your biggest enemy, and of course it is does not want you to make withdrawal.
- Bonuses are shady, and created just to take money from players, it is not really good.
- Withdrawals tooks too long, if player is lucky and can get paid. But in most cases players just did not get paid.
Final mark.
Terrible online casino.
