Club World is a RTG casino but with a very basic layout. I tried to redeem a bonus but they said because I redeemed the same bonus at their sister site Aladdin's Gold Casino I couldn't use it. That soured me on my experience at Club World. After the initial Welcome Bonus's they don't offer much so that's another negative. Better options out there for RTG casino's.

I registered at Club SA years ago. They fall under the club world casino group. Never to this day have I seen a free bonus for it? I have searched everywhere but can’t find one? The one and only code I found was noluckneeded but of course it never worked. You would at least think that they would give South Africans a chance to get a free bonus. Ok I haven’t deposited here before but there’s only two deposit options available ecopayz and bitcoin. I think that is ridiculous. Don’t rate this casino unfortunately. As for Club World Casino they are much better because at least they have lots of free codes available for depositing and free bonuses

The group changed hands in November and the new management has no experience in running a casino. It has since come to light that they have engaged noted rogue operators AffPower to advise them on running things. It is unlikely that this will end well, hence the warning.

AhmedS91 - did you get a reason why the set your account balance to $0? Free chip winnings are usually capped at most casinos, for Club World I believe it's often capped at $250 so if you played and won on a free chip your winnings would have been limited anyway.

Ok , my experience with this casino made me lose trust towards them , I played and won 516$ , requested payoff , they asked me to upload verification documents and I did , then they made nonsense excuses to not to pay and they rejected the payout request and set account balance to 0.00$ , luckily it was a no deposit bonus so if I will pay for a casino I will not deposit a cent in Club World casino because I am not trusting them anymore , it was the worst experience ever

I used the bonus code from here for the free $50 and was able to make it thru playthru and withdraw $250. The customer support dept was very friendly and helpful. I sent my docs Friday and havent heard anything back so not too sure on the turn time for withdraws. I deposited a small amount yesterday and didnt win anything so once I receive my withdraw I will try them again and see how it goes. So far I am pretty impressed with this casino.

I just double checked, I've got Club World , Slotocash and Planet7 downloaded on my Phone.... Really all of them offer the same exact games, but I've had Withdrawals with Planet7 and Slotocash , BIG difference in Payout times!!! Slotocash is Soo far the winner. I just now tried it again , still no good. After my really bad experience with their sister site having my withdrawal cancelled, I had very bad impression about Club World casinos group. A while later I wanted to try some games and decided to take their free chip just to test games. I spoke with live chat and I was given a 15$ free chip with 30x wager and 5x maximum cashout. Club World Casino just "ain't what it used to be," I am sorry to say. At least not in my experience. people where definitely right when they posted on forum's that for an rtg casino, club world is really good. sometimes i hunt for no deposit bonuses and mostly i land on rtg casino's because they have always free chips available;) so club world also! i began with a small chip long time ago there, and played for quite a while with it, lot of bonuses hit:) and also wagered the complete free chip, but to made the min cash out i had to play bit more but then lost everything. but since they where really safe and never had issue's i deposit two times there. after second deposit i also requested an withdrawal, this was processed in 2 days together with kyc documents. for an rtg casino this is pretty fast! and they have also different promotions running which are really valuable!

If they have blocked you then it is likely that they believe that you have violated the terms of use somehow, such as multi-accounting to claim the no deposit bonus more than once. Club World Casinos scammed me!

I used the no deposit bonus and I won 250$. After that, I sent them my personal documents. My ID and utility bill, and they then blocked my account and refused to pay me.
They came up with bogus excuses how the copies for verification are not visible enough but I sent them again and again perfectly readable copies, with high resolution and they still refused.

They obviously do anything just to not have to pay money to players.
They got my ID card, with my picture and I am afraid they might use it for something criminal.
