Style. That is the word that first came to mind upon my first visit to Casumo, as the online betting site features a clean and interesting look that merges a large gaming library with first-rate presentation. Add in a level up system that rewards you as you play in a self-styled "casino adventure" and on the surface you're looking at one of the better online casinos that I have run across in quite some time. That is, right up until you read about their history of violating responsible gambling and money laundering regulations.
Casumo were handed a huge £5.85 million fine by the UK Gambling Commission in late 2018, partly due to inadequate enforcement of responsible gambling and anti money laundering policies. This included a failure to detect and block problem gamblers from playing at the site. Despite this, Casumo was quite amazingly fined another £6 million in March 2021 for more or less the exact same thing. This included allowing one player to lose over £1 million at the casino over a 3 year period without conducting an investigation into their source of funds. We can only conclude that Casumo does not take its responsible gambling obligations seriously.
Casumo Casino is powered by a software suite that includes the likes of Net Entertainment, IGT, WMS, Novomatic, and Thunderkick and is delivered through a web-based platform that looks as if it has been designed primarily with mobile devices in mind. Naturally enough it is easy to navigate on your smartphone or tablet, but in contrast to many recent sites that I have seen that sacrifice usability on a PC in favour of mobiles, the Casumo designers have struck a good balance. Registering an account was very easy, as I just provided some basic information and was able to deposit funds to my Casumo account in about two minutes. Upon registration I was presented with an offer to get 200 free spins on a slot as well as a 200% deposit match bonus, which had reasonable wagering requirements attached to it.

Compared to other casinos that I have tried with a similar system, I feel that Casumo is far more successful in its implementation of its adventure and achievements system. All games are playable at all times, and there are no games locked that you can't play until you have played for weeks worth of game time for example, a la the frustrating Casino Heroes. If achievements and adventures are not your thing and you would rather just pick games and play them, that is fine and you can pretty much ignore that aspect of the casino if you want to.

Depositing and withdrawing money from Casumo Casino is easy, with the site allowing players to deposit money via eWallets including Neteller and Skrill, bank transfer, and Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. I was particularly impressed by the speed of withdrawals. The casino states that it guarantees that all withdrawals will be processed by their finance department in under 24 hours. In my case, my first cash out was paid to my Skrill account in under four hours from the time I submitted it, which is outstanding.
Customer support is available via live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can alternatively leave a message via web form or send them an email. Responsible Gaming is supposedly addressed at Casumo, with the casino having a program that they have dubbed "Play Okay". This program is intended to help players identify problem gambling behaviours and advise of what you can do if you or someone you know exhibits those behaviours. As per UKGC regulations, you are able to self-limit your activity at the casino in various ways, including setting deposit, wagering, and time limits, along with requesting self exclusion for a defined period of time. However, as detailed in our warning above, it would seem that Casumo's actual execution of its responsible gambling obligations leave a lot to be desired.
Overall Casumo is an online casino that marries a cute look and feel with a huge selection of games and super fast payout times for winnings. Based on my deposits, and the collected information on various internet forums, we can definitely say that Casumo Casino is a very good online casino. I used to play at this casino weekly...and I had some great wins on specific games: Glow, Jack Hammer, Gemix. Their promotions are good and wagering on the bonuses is achievable. I have made a few withdrawals and they are quick with pricessing. Within half an hour to an hour I got my winnings paid to my ewallet. I just have one issue, support are fun helpful and great to speak to BUT if you have an issue they can easily turn sour and nasty. I experienced and that's what made me stop playing. This is the only issue with this casino. If you haven't experienced this, I'm sure you will at some point.

I have been a big fan for Casumo casino for a really long time, I have had so many great experiences there and lots of withdrawals, so I can definitely vouch for them. However, in the last few months I did notice a slight change in their promotions, when they started to introduce us with the reel races, they did change their promotions for loyal players, there used to be free spins now and then for some games but now they had almost only deposit bonuses and maybe once a month few free spins for new releases. But that's completely fine with me. I had some issues with deposits when I cancelled skril one tap option, but also I didn't like the fact that I could only withdraw to the same method I used for deposits because I had fully verified account. I' very glad they opened up their doors for German players as we have been restricted until recently which was sad cuz I could read all the good things that were told about this casino from other players that could play there. Casumo was very fun place to play for me one month ago. It was fun to achieve new level and to get new valuable. But after some time it became boring. Nothing special to win from these valuables. But of course great thing that free spins are wager free.
They are very often sending me offers via email and most of them are really good i never was lucky here. And also every time i play there i have technical problems. A website simply crashes and i need to reload because i see only white page with sad smile:) Dont know why it is so, maybe it's because of my browser.

I can agree here. I've been a member at Casumo for over a year and if at first I felt like a valued member then in the last six months this casino has disappointed me. They used to offer more free spins, like 10 when a new game came out. Now they barely give 5. I can never get anything free no matter how much I deposit and lose. Their bonuses are very tight, I have yellow belt and event then the max bonus I get is 40%, not even once more, which I don't get as they have 25x deposit+bonus wager, which isn't that outstanding and irresistable. At first the evels are easy to reach and you get free spins for them, but the further you go the more harder it gets and even for that I get like 10free spins on Dead or Alive with min stakes.. The cashouts usually take a day or two. I do think they have great support and very wide game selection, so that's nice. And I also have never had any actual problem with withdrawals, the longest it has been was 3 days to ewallet.

If you think Casumo is bad with the "adventure" style gameplay you should see Casino Heroes. That place takes it to another level, with them actually locking games that you want to play and you're not allowed to play them until you reach "Super golden leprechaun level" or whatever. Its bizarre but for some reason a lot of people seem to like it.
I think this style of casino is just not your (or my) cup of tea.

Casumo - a different approach to online gaming (casino related ) but ultimately falls short of the desired finished product. Sure the casino mobile platform is bright, friendly and to some degree fresh in layout - they have a very easy sign up request and numerous match me for this and that promotions.
The have very low deposit options actually, they are the only casino, I am aware of with deposit options lower than AU$10 but this is just my personal experience and I could quite easily be incorrect.
I deposited $50AU with a 200% match and my 200 free spins allocated out daily for a week which note also expire very quickly!
