CasinoExtra is a typical new generation casino that aggregates games from many different providers such as Net Entertainment, Microgaming, and Play'n Go. It also boasts live games from Visionary iGaming, some of which are broadcast from an actual casino, the Fitzwilliam Card Club in Dublin, Ireland. CasinoExtra is licensed in Curacao and was opened in late 2013.

CasinoExtra utilises a mix of game providers for its slot machine and RNG powered table games, including Net Entertainment, Microgaming, Play'n Go, and NextGen. However the casino's strongest offering is probably their set of live casino games, which are provided by supplier Visionary iGaming. As for withdrawal options, the choices are limited to Visa, Mastercard, Skrill and Neteller. In terms of timing, CasinoExtra under promises and over delivers, which is always a nice surprise. They state withdrawals are processed within 7 days but on the occasions I made withdrawals it was done within 14 hours, without requesting documents. However, we do recommend you send in documents for validation immediately after registration to avoid any delays when withdrawing. I sent my ID and utility bill and the account was verified within 24 hours.
Unfortunately the casino has some rather restrictive withdrawal limits in place, starting at $1,000 in a single 24 hour period, on to $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month. This is definitely something you will want to keep in mind if you are a high stakes player.
There is 24/7 online support available but only via email. There is a live chat widget on the site but I never once saw it operational and instead it advised me to fill in a form which would be routed to their support crew via email. I registred at casino extra close on 4 years ago and back then the casino was pritty decent, they had and still have a great mobile casino and a very wide variety of slots and games, kyc is completed within 48hrs which is a plus, I never managed to withdraw so not sure about that but it's not a bad casino at all

a nice casino. first i found it i signed up for no deposit bonus but i not eligible for this bonuse. I try contact customer's help and they gave me a special offer reload bonus 150% up to 25$ which is added manually by contacting support after the deposit.

Casino Extra is one of the first casinos I ever joined. Back then when I joined them, my country wasn't eligible for their promotions which was quite a pitty as their bonuses were really great. On the con side, I would say the support is not very responsive, I had a problem with a game, stuck in the bonus a part after a deconnection, no way to go further or even reinitialize it, they took a very long time to answer me and dismissed my requests as if I was some kind of retard. They didn't even offer to reimburse the money won in the game or about to win in it, it wasn't very much but it would have been the minimum

I deposited 30$ and received 45$ of bonus, in summary 75 dollars to play – deposit was through Skrill, although they offer many possible payment options as well 🙂.
Everything went clear just except the casino’s slots payouts – the slots simply did not pay to me! I did not withdraw but I was sad of relatively bad experience in this view.

I played at casinoextra only few times, and stop gambling at this casino after i have my first withdrawal from here. So let's see good and bad points about this casino.
+ Very nice games and in general i am happy with games collection at this online casino - netent, MG, nextgen, betsoft.
+ Bonuses. I get few reload bonuses from this casino, and i am happy with amounts of this bonuses, and terms for this bonuses. WR is ok, and i can not say that reload bonuses that casino send to me is impossible to complete.
Unfortunately here is pluses for this online casino is ending, and now i can list some minuses for it.
- Customer support. Live chat sometimes not available, and looks like this happens at random time, so you can not predict when CS work and when did not work. Email support answers took more than 12 hours, and it is a lot of time.
- Withdrawals. My withdrawal took three days, including two days that casino was needed to verify my account. I think 3 days it is a lot of time, and i did not like to wait so long. Probably this take so long due to verification KYC, but i really not want to check it once again.
Everything ok, but i did not like CS and verification time.

Casino extra have games from a couple of good labels like net entertainment and microgaming and couple more and this casino is new one because i find it at another affiliate website just added and think i can try this casino to see how it goes. Also this casino website tell me that i can get welcome bonus but i was not able and casinolistings website say me that i can not get bonus i will not visit those affiliate again because it is piece of shit and bull shit to have such info it is good that i check terms but what others from bulgaria who not check terms will feel? cheated of course and this is bad. Wohooo, you can't believe how i am happy to review good casino after so many reviews of rogues. Casinoextra offers to players really great selection of games - microgaming, netent, betsoft + few others provided by quickfire.
I was really impressed by this casino, but was dissapointed to see that my country can't get welcome bonuses or any other bonuses from casino. This is always make me sick, because i am not bonus abuser or something like this, i just want to get my bonus to increase playtime and fun...
Anyway, i decide to try casino with 30$ deposit from skrill, and without any bonus i was able to play immortal romance with 0.30$ bets. After couple of good features i had 100$, which i request to withdraw. I forget to say that right after registering i send my document to support, and acc was verified during one working day, which is good speed. My payouts was paid within 1 working day, and this is good, as casino stating that it can took up to 7 days, but i think this is in really bad case of some deep checks for withdrawal.
Casino is really great, but i will not play there again, because they did not offer me any bonuses, and i can't take part at any promotions.
