Review of CasinoCasino
You know, CasinoCasino may be the worst-named, best casino on the internet today. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why L&L Europe Ltd decided to name their casino this, but at the end of the day the name doesn't matter. The casino follows its brethren in having a huge library of games, huge progressive jackpots, and fast payouts on winnings.
Software and game selection
The casino has an attractive dark site that's easy to navigate. It is designed with both desktop and mobile support in mind, letting you get your action from wherever you wish to play. Registration is pretty easy, taking only a minute or so, with another minute or so to set up your deposit before you can start playing.
I was impressed with the game library at CasinoCasino, as you'll find games from industry leading suppliers like Microgaming, NetEnt, IGT, Evolution, Play'n Go, and many others. Slots are the main offering here, and you'll find no shortage of themes and features in the games. There's a lot of progressive jackpots on offer, and you'll have the opportunity to test your luck to try and win prizes like the Mega Moolah Mega, Major Millions, and others.
Table games are also available to be played, and while they're not as numerous as the slots, there are still a number of great games to be played. You'll find blackjack, poker, baccarat, roulette, and other titles, and there are more than a dozen different video poker machines that can be played.
Live dealer casino games are growing in popularity, and you'll also find these titles on offer at CasinoCasino. The games are powered by Evolution Gaming studios and include blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and various game shows like Dream Catcher. These titles are broadcast in high definition and let you interact with dealers and other players. Without a doubt, they're the closest thing you can get to a land casino experience from the comfort of your own home.
Banking and customer support
The banking system at CasinoCasino (and any other L&L brand for that matter) is fantastic, with payouts to player accounts coming quickly. Officially, the casino claims that payouts will be processed in under 24 hours, but I've seen payouts come to my account in as little as an hour. If there is a downside to the banking, its that there's a €5000 per day withdrawal limit, but thankfully this does not apply to progressive jackpot wins.
Customer support is available through live chat, email, and telephone. I always test live chat to see how quickly a rep responds and how they answer questions. I reached out and had a response in under 30 seconds, with a rep that was able to address various bonus terms with me. I was impressed with the rep, and feel that they're competent.
Security, fairness, and responsible gambling
The casino encrypts your personal and financial information while in transit using SSL technology, which is the industry standard when it comes to protecting data online. At Casino Listings, we take this seriously and encourage gamblers to only play at sites that encrypt information. The casino has gaming licenses from both Malta and the UK, which are two of the best jurisdictions to hold a license through. What this means for you is that you're going to have a recognised arbitration process in the event of a dispute, as mandated by the regulator.
Responsible gaming has its own page on the casino's site, and the operator provides information on identifying and fighting gambling addiction. I was able to find a variety of controls you can use, including play limits, deposit limits, and self-exclusion. Links to GambleAware and GamCare are both available as well, as they provide outside counselling services to those who need it.
Conclusion
Sure, CasinoCasino is obviously a stupid name, but I don't actually care that much about it. What I do care about is finding a casino that has a big library of games, good customer support, and pays out winnings quickly. This is exactly what CasinoCasino provides, and I'm happy to recommend it to you.
Comments
I joined CasinoCasino a few years ago, have to admit from the very first moment they stroked me as a casino with unusual name. I have played there a few times only and to be honest, my experience was quite average. The bonus options were quite limited, but I did make a few withdrawals and never experienced problems- verification was approved quite fast and withdrawal wasn't delayed. I haven't played there for a while but I can see they have added several good game providers, so I might pay them another visit. All in all, I think they're quite decent, I just wish they had some wow factor that would make me more excited.
