Casino la vida is one more casino that really not very interesting, because there is some casinos that much more better in every point is possible, and of course i am not regular player at this casino. But casino have some strong points(pluses), and i am hurry to list their good things:
+(-)Software. I list is as a plus and minus, because download application from microgaming working perfect for me of course, but instant play experience was very bad, all slots loading for me for about 3-5 minutes, and it is very long. Also i enable quick spin option, but it is does not help me much and i am still have lags.
+ Customer support in live chat. Email and phone support i not tried, it is typical for me, but customer live chat working perfect for me, it does not took long for me to make answer when i get paid.
And few minuses for this casino.
- Lack of interesting bonuses or promotions. It is hard to get decent reload bonus from this casino, at least for me casino not prepare anything really good.
- Withdrawals. My first withdrawal took 5 days, it is very long time. Verification took 3 days, this is also very long.

This casino belongs to the kind of online casinos that quite often "harass" its customers with its advertising practices. As stands above, I got also a CD with their software also with post mail about their deposit bonus - however, unlike Aleswin, I consider receiving (better said sending) post mails or emails or whatever like that not a positive, but much often as a negative. I did not aggree with sending post mails anywhere (at least, they did not declare it explicitly anywhere).
