You're gonna argue with me and tell me that they finally managed to impose the policy of which I must say they're very selective for. I played in a very similar fashion with two other bonuses and they never imposed the policy the past 2 times and they decided to do it right at the time when I won big how's that even fair? If you have a policy then make sure it becomes public knowledge so that people don't walk away extremely disappointed, and don't apply it selectively but consistently. I even submitted this to the complaint board never heard back from them, to be fair I should of simply been given my earnings since it's so hard to win anything in an online casino these days anyway...

There is a specific clause in their T&Cs about this, so while it sucks that you weren't able to withdraw your winnings they are within their rights to do what they did.

Very disappointed how I got treated by customer service, they confiscated my $1,893.19 winnings and blocked my account out of the blue where they claimed that I had breached their bonus policy which was bullshit that I was not allowed to bet more than %25 of the original bonus which didnt make sense. I was never made aware of this policy and it was nowhere to find. I had won from the casino just a week before with another bonus money and I was able to take it out. All it was that they wanted me to stop winning so much so they created a fake policy breach used that as a reason to take my winnings and blocked my account so I would stop winning. How unfair and unjust way to be treated.
