A complete scam, I made a withdrawal then they closed my account to avoid paying me out.

Avoid, This site and its sisters dont pay out, they entice with no deposit bonuses and offer the simple gaming providers but require deposits and verifcation takes 2 weeks minmum for me here back in 2016

I look at casinos like Box24 with sense of humor. It's the only way to stay positive while thinking about such places.
I have registered at this casino long time ago, it was just beginning of my gambling career. I have got 25 eur no deposit bonus and was so exited and i was trying so hard to wager my bonus and to make easy cash. In these times i didnt know that such a thing like rogue casino can exist. so at least i had motivation to spin the reels and wager my bonus. But finally i lost that money because i wasnt able to check my wagering balance so i got tired and started to risk too much:) After some time i have read lost of bad comments about these casinos so never made a deposit.
But i came back to this casino one again recently. My account was already deleted and i was able to create a new one again. I did this just for fun. I have got no deposit bonus and started to play. I won very quickly big amount and after some of the time i have got extra free spins on any betsoft game. Why? It;s because to take them and after they would be able to say that i cant claim two bonuses together? I am not sure why but it was interesting. Later anyway i lost everything despite wagering was almost finished so it was sag that i didnt have a chance to check what would be next.
But i can say that they made step forward. Now a player at least can watch his progress of bonus wagering, also website looks much better, and player can upload documents on his account.
Yes, this casino looks better now but complaints from the players still going so u dont think that it's worth to donate our money to that kind of casinos.

No deposit winning no pay,let alone use real money, I was afraid to try a deposit here,in my opinion the casino with good etiquette is to pay the victory of depositors or without deposit,as long as we do not break T&C which is applied in the casino

Miyu is right. The statement of ownership can be found on the terms page. With the Topgame casinos' terrible reputation, I never understood why DeckMedia kept ownership of them.

I have only played the free chip offered above for this casino, and I dont even remember my experience very well as I went through and played all of the free chips at once pretty much! I guess I should have taken notes, huh?? But anyway, since I registered to play that chip I get daily phone calls from this casino-- sometimes even more than once in a day. So annoying,... Playing at Box24 is an interesting experience. Like Black Diamond and Spartan Slots, once you login, a clerk will usually urge you to deposit more for a more favorable bonus. My advice is to stay away from all casinos that use Topgame software.

Well evidently after I did play they closed all associated Accounts like I stated
in another forum message response, and Blocked me from any all funds access
and did the Reverse Withdrawl aspect on me...Very very roguish nature if you
say so in any regards!!!...

This casino is using Topgame software games. I do not like when a review or report begins with this sentence, although in the past I was in quite good relationship with this software provider (or at least I considered them not that bad like nowadays). Now minuses.
- Live chat is strange here, and it took a while to get responce from there(at least for me). Also not very good that agents from time to time pop up themself and start offer bonuses.
- Withdrawals. I had one withdrawal, it took 10 days. 5 days took verification, very annoying and slow.

I am not sure about this casino, but withdrawal took to long to rate it high.
