Obviously it is written in broken English by a non native speaker, but my interpretation of it is that it allows the casino to confiscate your money simply because you have not withdrawn it. Also in practice it allows them to confiscate wins made from bonuses that were not paid in a timely manner due to potential delays of their own making. This rule is enough reason for me not to play at this casino ever again.

Customer service is available through live chat and email. The reps I queried were fast to respond to queries, and I was able to end up getting bonus and game questions answered satisfactorily. I also enquired about the 45 day confiscation clause and after having to point the rep in the direction of the clause that he had no knowledge of, I was told that it must be a management decision and there was nothing he could do about it.
