BetAdonis Casino is an online casino established in 2010 that runs on a multi-software platform offering games from a variety of suppliers. It is operated by Allcomponent N.V. and is registered under the jurisdiction of Curaçao. Last updated: April 16, 2019.
These days we are seeing more and more casinos that focus on solely one betting product, rather than supplying a full betting product to their customers. I myself prefer to see a site that has everything in one spot, as I like to not have to go elsewhere to get in on live casino games after playing a few slots, or be able to effortlessly place a wager on a football game that I see good odds on. BetAdonis is an example of a site that tries to do everything in one place, and I was eager to put it through its paces to see how it stood up to its major competition.
BetAdonis offers its action via a web-based platform that loads directly through your internet browser. I found it easy to register an account, and I was able to start playing games within a few minutes from my PC. The casino also has full mobile compatibility, and I found that the site loaded equally well on my iPhone and iPad.
The organisation of the casino within the larger site is a little confusing as it is spread over four different tabs, with some of the content overlapping. There is the "Casino" tab which has everything that doesn't include live casino games, a "Casino3D" tab which only has Betsoft games (which are on the previous tab anyway), a "Live Casino" tab with games from XPro Gaming and BetConstruct, and another live casino tab named "Casino Evolution" which has games from Evolution Gaming. I don't know why they don't just combine the live games onto one tab and ditch the Betsoft tab altogether (preferably along with the games themselves which we believe are not fair). The presentation of the games themselves is lacking, with the preview logos and thumbnail images that you see when sorting through the game tabs all squashed to the wrong aspect ratio which makes them all look tall and thin, like when you view a widescreen movie in "stretch" mode on a 4:3 TV. This is elementary stuff that gives an bad initial impression.
The software suite at BetAdonis Casino is pretty hefty, with games from Net Entertainment, Playson, XProGaming, Evolution Gaming, and more finding their way into the roster. The game library can be sliced and diced by separating games by name, developer, and game genre. The site also has a search bar that lets you quickly find a game if you know its name, which is a good thing as the number of games easily reaches into the hundreds here. However it seems to me that the the site has some technical issues, with clicks on various things often timing out or leaving me with a spinning loading indicator that required me to reload the page and try again, or even "service unavailable" messages. It was a frustrating experience to say the least.
Most of the games on offer at BetAdonis Casino are slots, but there are also video poker, table games, lottery titles, and parlour games on offer in the main casino. The live dealer sections of the casino are great, with a diverse range of games that includes Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Sic Bo, Caribbean Stud, Dragon Tiger, and Texas Hold'em Bonus Poker. The live games selection is without doubt the greatest strength of this casino. In other parts of the site players can participate in sportsbetting, virtual sports, and poker.
If you're a player who's always looking to win big, the casino does include a small selection of progressive jackpots with some slots and table games, including Net Ent's Cosmic Fortune, Wonder, and Mega Joker jackpots. You will not find the larger Net Ent jackpots such as Mega Fortune or Hall of Gods at this casino though.
The banking system at BetAdonis looks fine at first glance, as the casino supports deposits and payouts through credit card, bank transfer, and various eWallets. The deposit process is instantaneous for all methods. I say "at first glance" because when it comes time to withdraw though you may fall foul of the casino's half baked multi-currency implementation.
I soon found that I had made a mistake when signing up and creating an account using Australian Dollars, because when it came time to withdraw I had to choose the amount I wanted to withdraw in Euros. Although the form appears with your whole balance in a box marked "AUD" along with another box marked "EUR", when I tried to withdraw I got an error message that confusingly says "Please enter stake". I worked out that I had to enter an amount in the Euros box which is then converted to Australian Dollars on the page. As I could only enter whole amounts without cents into the Euro text box, there is no way to withdraw the whole of my AUD balance. It boggles the mind that they don't do this process in reverse - i.e. let me enter AUD and they convert it back to Euros. I ended up submitting a withdrawal that left a bit over AUD $1 in my account. Sure it isn't a large amount of money, but it is still annoying and ranks as one of the weirdest things I have seen in all my years playing at online casinos. Make sure you choose Euros as your currency if you play at BetAdonis because the reality is that the casino's withdrawal system doesn't handle other currencies properly. The withdrawal itself can take up to a couple of days to come through, depending on the method that you choose.
Customer support is available between the hours of 10am and midnight GMT+3 and players can put in support requests via live chat and email. There are no phone numbers published for you to call them on though.
BetAdonis Casino takes care of it's customer's financial and personal data by integrating SSL technology, which encrypts information as it's sent between your computer and the casino's servers. In these days of repeated hacking of large sites, it's great to see a casino taking responsible steps to protect players.
The topic of fairness is one that I had a hard time locating at BetAdonis, as I went through the terms and conditions as well as the casino's lengthy FAQ section, and couldn't find any information on the matter. Some of the games on offer publish their theoretical return to player numbers in game paytables or help files, but others do not. There is no consolidated list of game RTP numbers, nor does the casino publish any payout audits or actual returns. As mentioned above, the casino offers games from Betsoft which we advise all players to avoid at all times due to discrepancies we have documented in their progressive jackpot games that lead us to believe that they do not operate fairly at all times.
Responsible gaming is addressed properly by BetAdonis. Via the account settings page, the site allows you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, and also allows you to choose to self-exclude yourself from the site for periods ranging from one week all the way through to a permanent exclusion.
Betadonis Casino is a run of the mill betting site with a lot of small problems that need fixing before it can shake off the impression I have of a site that is not being managed well. There is fun to be had here for sure, and perhaps your experience might be better if you are playing in one of the site's other languages such as Turkish or Russian, because clearly English is not the focus there. But as it stands I find it hard to recommend this site to anyone as there are many far better run casinos that offer a similar set of games without the hassles that I encountered.
