Review of Adler Casino

Adler Casino hails itself as being "The German Casino", as that is the market the casino is primarily targeted at seeing as the only language supported on the site is German. The casino is owned and operated by L&L Europe Ltd, who also run a bunch of online betting sites that focus on the UK, Dutch, and European betting markets as a whole. Seeing as how I know a bit of German, I thought I would give Adler Casino a try. Is it as good as its other L&L sisters, or is this Germany focused site the black sheep of the family?

Software and game selection

Adler Casino has games supplied by Net Entertainment, Amatic Industries, and Microgaming. The games are provided through a web-based platform which is delivered directly through your web browser. Registering an account was pretty easy for me, as was getting my deposit placed into the casino.

The overall platform is identical to every other L&L casino out there, effectively serving as a German language skin that does its work nicely. The casino sorts out games into slots, table games, video poker, lottery games, and other. The layout is very nice and if there is a certain game you are looking for, the casino has an excellent instant search function that will bring matching games up immediately after you type in your search term.

The game selection is good, with the casino offering dozens of slots, some of which are tied into Net Entertainment and Yggdrasil's progressive jackpot networks. Additionally, there is a very nice selection of table games and video poker games, with several variations available for punters to try. If you want to test your luck at live dealer games, the casino offers an excellent online casino that broadcasts games live from two land casinos in Malta.

Banking and customer support

Banking at Adler Casino is par for the course, with the casino offering speedy banking options for their customers. Deposit and withdrawal options include credit card, bank wire, and e-Wallets, while punters will find that Paysafe Card can only be used for deposits. It should be noted that there is a €5,000 per day withdrawal limit at the casino, but this policy does not apply to the major networked progressive jackpot prizes. In my experience, withdrawals from all casinos in this group are often paid within 24 hours to an e-wallet, which is great to see.

One other great aspect of the banking at this casino is that its operator meets the UKGC medium standards for separation of player funds from operational funds. This means that should the casino go out of business, any money in your account cannot be used to pay creditors and it should be returned to you in an orderly manner.

Customer service is available from 10am-1am in Germany via telephone, email, and instant message. While I normally prefer to see help available around the clock, I think in this case the hours are reasonable due to the casino's narrow focus on German speakers.

Security, fairness, and responsible gaming

Adler Casino protects player information by using a standard SSL encrypted connection for all communication to and from the casino's servers. This protects your personal and financial information as you transmit data between the casino and your computer. Furthermore, the casino vows to protect your privacy by not selling or providing your information to third parties, and does give you the option of opting out of marketing opportunities from L&L.

There are no independent audits posted for any of the games though and the site does not publish any audited payout percentage figures for their games, which is a bit disappointing (if not unusual). However as per usual all the Net Entertainment games publish their theoretical payout percentage figures in the help files that can be accessed in each game.

The casino allows you to optionally set various limits on your account, including defined deposit and wager limits, along with a session time limit that automatically logs you out once your time is up. Adler offers the same responsible gaming advice to its customers as its English sites, and points punters toward German gambling assistance organizations.

Conclusion

Adler Casino is a very good casino that focuses exclusively on the German betting market. The site is very similar to others run by L&L Europe, and that is a good thing. I love the game selection here as well as the live casino, and think that the banking speed is pretty good. A few things could be shored up here and there, but Adler Casino is still a good place to play, providing you speak German.

Adler Casino!
they are part of L&L group, which provides several great casino's. for example, polder casino, all british etc.
in my opinion they try to create several casinos and every casino should be pointed at a country, and then adler is trying to have lot of german players playing there;) but also i do play there! they have very good customer support which all of them casino's has! and always once a week there's some promotion with free stuff for active players. active for them means last deposit has to be made in past 30 days! and then mostly on sunday you get credited with a mystery bonus or some free spins! but sad part still is that none of there casino's from L&L group process withdrawals during weekend, i hope they will really improve this so i also can play in the weekend to get my money same day! but during the week they are pretty fast with sending withdrawals. so a great casino, with very good promotions, part of the really trustful group L&L!

This casino is part of the Polder group and has great and constant offers and promotions. They were offering free spins on registration, which I received straight away. I didn't have much luck but I do however like this casino very much. They offer a wide variety of games (especially Slots). Support is good but they can be rude at times. I feel they should relook at their loyalty program as it's a bot unfair (I feel). Also the wagering on bonuses is very high and sometimes feels impossible to complete wagering on a small bonus. In adddition they take a bit long with withdrawals and inconsistent on the timeframe they display.
Besides this a good casino and great mobile site including most games.

Adler Casino is another casino owned and operated by the L&L group and can is one that can surely be trusted when it comes to cashing out with no issues as long as kyc has been done prior to requesting a withdrawal , the casino offers the top slots and games from all the big software providers in the industry such as Netent , Micro-gaming and Amamatic , although the casino is focused on German players players from many countries may register with Adler casino but may not be able to claim the welcome offer so its best to find a casino withing the groups many casino offerings to find one where you can claim loyalty and other promotional offers

I registered for this casino last year, until today I made a deposit 3 times. My last payment was paid on Skrill - 180 €. User support is great, I did not have a problem with checking the account. I recommend big deposits to this casino!

L&L Europe has announced that they will no longer be accepting new registrations at Adler Casino from December 1, and the casino will be shut down altogether by January 1.

I heard that story and its a shame as they really have some great casinos , I think they closing All Irish and a few others too maybe just keeping open All British casino as well as Yeti and fun , we will have to see how it pans out though, I personally think it was a bit silly to have so many in the first place

Yes they have several that will remain open. Their strategy seems to be to have individual country-focused casinos but some of them either don't do well enough or changes in regulations and laws over time have meant they have had to close some down.

Yea I saw that happen with All Australian casino about two or three months after I opened my account there there , their casinos are great but with Microgaming and Amamatic being restricted it only leaves Netent for South African players so I have since stopped playing with them
